Grieco is my go-to dealership for my Fords have purchased three vehicles from them great service with the sales staff Robert Childs Emma and all of the service staff Laura, Keith, Gary, Zack, everybody is very accommodating and friendly, mechanics know what they're doing and don't cut corners. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone especially in the high performance Department weather trucks or Mustangs. I've always been a ford guy I have owned dozens over the years currently driving four of them now.

Grieco Ford is the best in the business. I do not usually leave a review, but the service at Grieco Ford is above and beyond anything I ve ever experienced before. They are the best in the business that I ve experienced. Mr.Kramer Service manager not only cares, but knows what he s doing. Because of him, they have a customer for life. Also, Mr. Zine assistant sales manager has went out of his way to make sure that my sale went as smooth as it could. I genuinely appreciate Grieco Ford, and highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought my Edge about 6 months ago and brought it in for first oil change and service, Everything was great from sales to service, They really treat you like family, very friendly and professional staff throughout. We will definitely be back as my wife wants a car just like it

Greco Ford is the dealership that my family has bought cars from for years. I think that they are number one in being genuine, considerate helpful and a true friend and affordable and the service is fantastic. Sales person was the best! Jamard was professional, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This was the very first car I had to buy without my husband. Jamard was so thoughtful of my situation, and made the process so easy. Great customer service. I would definitely purchase a car from him again.

This is probably my 10th vehicle I ve purchased through Grieco Motor Group. Currently driving a 2019 Ford Expedition Odometer just turned 90,000 miles and I have to say it s been a fantastic vehicle. I just received a major service which was done in a timely fashion, and the truck is running better than ever. My last experience was by far my best experience yet, I drop my vehicle off they gave me a rental. They let me keep it overnight and I got my truck back the next day They cleaned looks and feels like a new truck. They even dropped it off at my office , which is right up the street. My service advisor was Keith, I even had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Domenic Grieco, who was very kind and appreciative. I look forward to buying my next vehicle at Grieco Motor Group whatever that may be.

Grieco service department and has been great at keeping my vehicles going. They are quick and effective at getting them in and out of service as well as making certain the repair is completed correctly. The service department also checks in to confirm everything continues to go well a week or two after the repair.

Grieco Ford was the only dealer in the area to recognize a moon roof stuck in the open position was a problem that warranted an appointment sooner rather than later. I contacted 4 other dealerships in the area before Grieco and was told either sometime in September or 2nd maybe 3rd week of September . Grieco picked my truck up fixed my problem and delivered the truck back to me once it was complete. I will not waste my time with another dealership ever again. 5 Stars isn t enough.

And giving them one star for two reasons, first reason telling me my car only take three hours not five days for a recall on a gas tank . second reason I had to beg for a loaner car on second day to get to work

Keith at Greico Ford was fantastic! He did a great job of getting some minor wheel damage on my Mustang done super fast. The whole team is very nice and personable. I had a great experience getting my car repaired there. And for a dealership the price was pretty good.

I always have such a positive experience when I bring my truck to Greico Ford. They are timely, treat you with respect, explain what needs doing, why, and how much it will cost! Ask for Keith, you will not be disappointed! He is fantastic at what he does and is honestly what draws me back!

Recent unexpected front suspension issues required prompt service. Service dept quickly diagnosed problem and initiated repairs. Done within 24 hours. Outstanding service from Keith in Service.

I made my appointment over a week in advance. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am. At 4:30 I had not heard from Greico, so I called. I was told they were busy and had not done the repair work requested. They told me the work would be done the following day. I told them I needed the vehicle for the next morning. They did a repair to one of the 2 items on my repair list. I picked up my vehicle and will NEVER go back.

Grieco is the best Ford dealer I ve dealt with. I went t a couple other Ford dealers before finding Grieco and did not have good experiences. I highly recommend salesman Bob Childs. He not only helped me find a new F-150, he got me in the truck of my dreams that I never expected to afford. The current vehicle market is tough but Grieco made getting a new Ford a piece of cake.

The team at Grieco Ford are amazing. They get the job done quickly and as promised. I live on Marthas Vineyard, so it is difficult to get boats on and off the Island. They are very accommodating and always make sure they are done in time for me so I can catch my boat home.

Our Class C motor home, Ford E-450, while on vacation developed a battery problem. Pulled into Grieco Ford to have it checked out. First was told it might take a month to look at it. No choice but to leave it with them. Less than 24 hours later they called and said bad alternator and the replacement part would be in in the morning. It was and the vehicle was fixed and ready in less than 48 hours after I first walked in their door. Super service and really nice people, they went to extra mile for us.

I came down to Greco Ford and purchased a 2022 Fords Shelby GT500from Robert Childs. He friendly and fun to buy from. The finance department was outstanding. He me bought that day and i picked up my car the same day. I want to buy a Ford F150 Lightning from him.
