John Puffer and his crew do excellent work at making sure you understand the problems with your vehicle. They make recommendations rather than bully the customer into sales and service. The technicians are a bunch of professional individuals as well. If you don't understand something, they will explain it in a manner that can make anyone know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this business for automobile needs. Great staff and great pricing.

Came here on a Sunday to get a valve stem on my tire replaced. Met with Nathan. Had no appointment. He had me in and out in under 10 mins. Excellent customer service.

I know Firestone can have mixed reviews, they are all individually different. But out of all of the ones I ve been to in MA/RI, the Raynham location has been hands down the best. They are very informative about the needs of your vehicle and the customer service is second to none. There is a particular service manager there, Steve. The man needs a raise/promotion with the above and beyond he goes for customers. I recommend this location to everyone when asked about a reliable, consistent, and cost efficient shop for the services they offer. Keep up the good work people!

Went in for oil change and they disconnected my cold air intake to remove the filter to show me. Unfortunately they didn't put it back together glad nothing major happened with it moving around. Sad we need to double check their work

I brought my car here on Sept. 1 because I was having issues with my car stalling out. Firestone had my car for 1 week and then finally called me to pick it up. Within 4 hours my car wouldn't start again. I brought it back and they said they'd look into it, but TWO weeks went by before I heard from anyone. I had to call again to find out what was going on because at that point I didn't have my car for 3 weeks and no one would help me at this location. In fact, one of the service managers, Matt, was so incredibly disrespectful. When I told him we are on week 3 with no answers he told me "that's how life works, we aren't catering to you"The only good thing that came from this was I was refunded for only half the money I spent for them to screw meI didn't even get an apology from the manager despite him being the one who refunded me.

When I went to Firestone in raynham Mass I needed rear brakes badly but I only had $500 to spend the technician's there was able to fix my brakes and keep it under $500 and I'm very appreciative of that and I decided to go to Firestone for all my car needs because of that.

Update: 12/13/21: Brought my truck back to Firestone Raynham to get the TPMS sensors installed 12/12/21. They were installed and they work fine now. I did have a conversation with the Service Manager in private to discuss my displeasure of the entire weekend. I asked for at least a refund on having to pay for an additional warranty and was given it. The service manager listened to my complaints. He said that he will have the GM call me when he was in on Monday. Well Monday 12/13/21 has come and gone and no call back???. I have bought tires and have had services for 15 to 20 years at this shop. I honestly do not see me going back here again. A simple call from the GM and compensation for my time having to deal with this HUGE inconvenience over 3 days on a weekend would have gone a long way since it was in my opinion their fault and negligence that a value stem and TPMS sensor blew inside my tire!!Update: 12/10/21 I have driven about 75 miles total since I bought the Destination LE2 tires. Today my right front tire blew out on the highway. I didn't hit anything, there was nothing in the road. So not happy that this happened. My truck is now at Firestone Hingham as I was on RTE 3 north when this happened. They had to order the tire to replace as they did not have it in stock but would tomorrow. I've never had a tire blow out like this did today, especially a brand new tire. So not happy right now. Turns out the valve stem and TPMS sensor blew inside the tire. This should never happen! Was also charged another 21.00 for a new tire warranty. Never mind the additional cost to have my truck towed.12/4/21: Went today for 4 tires for my truck, a new battery, alignment, and air cabin filter replacement. After installing my new tires. I was told three of my tire sensors did not work. They were fine when I brought the truck in. Joe said they would replace the sensors for nothing, but it was only after I argued that the light was not on as they insist it was? I think I would know if the light was on! After installing after market TPMS sensors the tire light was still on. Joe told me that this has happened before and they will now replace all the sensors again, but this time getting them from Toyota. Again they will be replaced for nothing. He has ordered the new sensors from Toyota and will call me when in to replace. I never did get a call to say I was allset. It was only after I called during the week to find out the parts were in?

Jimmy and Steve A were absolutely amazing, got me in last minute on a Saturday, got everything done quickly! I haven t had very good experiences as a women getting something done on my car but they treated me just like any other customer and it was a great experience! Had a good experience here. They were able to take care of my car same day, unlike most places that want you to leave your car and be stuck without wheels for a day. Replaced a worn out tire. Good job and will be back if I need more work.

Firestone did my boyfriend and I s alignments on our lifted trucks on a busy friday afternoon in such a timely manner. The alignments were heavily needed, Yet turned out beautifully.Trying to find a shop that will touch aftermarket suspension and wheels is hard, but this shop will do it for you.Instant 5 stars, the employees were extremely kind and I purchased the lifetime alignments for $200, which is a great opportunity for anyone that owns a modified suspension.

I was unable to be reimbursed by my Vehicle Service company because Firestone couldn't get a Motorcraft part, so I'll never use this place again!

Service is top-notch.� You hear people saying, "...they treat everyone equally...".� In this case, it is entirely true, which is like a breath of fresh air.The waiting area was spic and span.� It's not like anyone likes to hurry up and wait; but, here they make it as pleasant as possible.� I� HIGHLY recommend this place in and of itself; but especially in comparison to their competitors.

I've gotten my oil changes done here a few times instead of going to the dealership. Very nice workers, informative, and gets the job done in a very timely manner which is very much appreciated. I've had zero issues thus far.

I came in with a rental car that had blown a tire, and was driving using the donut spare, which has a limited range. I called the store the afternoon before coming in, and the manager patiently discussed the donut tire's limitations and safety issues, explained the process of getting the rental car agency to pay Firestone directly for the tire change I needed.I arrived soon after the store opened the next morning, and met David for the first time. He quickly arranged that direct payment for the work to be done, and I had a new (normal) tire installed and was out in less than 1 hour.I was very impressed all around.Service: Tires

Always great service. Very understanding, and they don't talk down to you like other places do. They act like real people and it's a relief. I've been going here for a few years for my car stuff and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a problem and they've done some pretty serious stuff to my car. If it means anything, I'm a woman and I've gone there several times and I don't feel the need to bring a man with me- they talk to me exactly the same way whether or not there's a dude with me. That rules.

I brought my Chevy truck in for an oil change Jan 2022. I left 4 hours latter with a tune up, ball joints and rear brakes for $2,600.00 . 18 months later and 12,300 miles my rear brakes failed and I almost got into a serious accident. Somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. They "misplaced" the keys to my vehicle after they said it was ready to be picked up. I got a ride over there to pick it up and just needed to end up being picked up again because I couldn't leave with my vehicle due to them losing the keys. They offered a free alignment after which was a nice gesture.

Service was ok. $1135 for fuel pump replacement. Ridiculous $649 just for the pump rest was all labor. I don't think they spent more than 2 hours or 2.5 hours on it total. Plus pump being a rip off. Only sticking to tires, tire rotations and alignments the most at this place

I had a great experience with Firestone Raynham. I called at 6:15 pm and Matt was able to get me right in to have my tire plugged and re-mounted even though they close at 7pm which I was not expecting. They were so quick to help me out. Nick serviced my car and did great job. He was very thorough and provided quality care that I will surely come back for again in the future. Everyone was really pleasant and worked to get things done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this team for your auto needs!

My car had warp on one tire, I was in Taunton but worried to drive back to Boston so I call the closest Firestone. They check on my car and say I also need replace two other tire asap since it was low on the ground. I went ahead. What a big difference my car now drive smoothly with the new tires. Nice staff, clean & fair price

They were open on a Sunday and I had air conditioning problem with my Sonata. I really appreciate the air conditioner union tech stayed past his time on Sunday. He did not have to do that but I'm so grateful that he did. Air conditioning works great. That's again.

Haven't been here for four years. Brought my 2019 jeep in for simple oil change. Had inspection done 3 weeks ago. All of a sudden I get a quote for 1200$ with all kind of "issues". Place is a rip off! Won't ever do business here again. Good luck if you do.
