Absolutely GREAT customer service, very affordable products with a wide variety to choose from for any budget. Jimmy's repair service is A1, I had a cracked screen and was having issues with my phones core and he was happy to fix it, in such a timely turn around. I will be a return customer and will for sure refer family and friends. Thanks again Jimmy for your help.

Jim's a great guy, very knowledgeable In most everything... is very fast at fixing devices, and very reasonable pricing although he will work with you on pricing if need be... Has most parts needed in stock... I would definitely recommend fastlane gadget repair to everyone and anyone!!!

Fastlane is deffinatly the place to go for any gadget or electronic my switch OLED needed a new charge port owner was very knowledgeable got it done correctly and for a good price and fast and also very easy to get a hold of I would recommend them to anyone.

Life saver!! I'm an artist and use my 4th gen ipad air for most of my work, so I was devastated when the screen shattered after a fall. Jim was super friendly and professional. The general vibe of the shop made me comfortable leaving my ipad in his care. Highly recommend and this will be the shop I tell my friends to go to if they need a repair! While I hope I don't break anything anytime soon, I will 100% go here again!

Had an emergency with 2 separate phone transfers that the Verizon Store just couldn't figure out. Jim handled both phone transfers and repaired a damaged screen effortlessly. Quality work and awesome results!! Professional, Fair, Efficient, and Qualified.

We brought my son s tower for his PC for repair. It s was fixed on the spot with excellent service. Highly recommended! If we ever need a computer or gadget repaired we will absolutely come back to his shop!

The owner is great! He repaired my Xbox Series X hardware issues and cleaned the inside of my system. My hdmi port had broken on the system. He was able to fix it very fast. Thanks again man!

Fast Lane was a Miracle worker!! The charger broke in my daughters phone and was in deep. We went to Geek Squad and they couldn t get it out. Fast Lane was our last hope and he was able to get it out!! Any phone or tech issues go to Fast Lane gadget repair!!

I was having a hard time with my iPhone it was hard this hear the person on the other end and also the sound on music and videos was low even though I had the volume at the highest it could go. I called fast lane gadgets and explained my issue, I was told I could bring the phone in and they would do their best to help me. I took it in this afternoon and the gentleman helped me within minutes of being there. He took my phone and within 5 minutes my phone was back to working normal. I was very happy with the service, the gentleman was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back with any other issues that may arise with any of our phones. My phone wouldn t charge or do I thought. I couldn t turn it on even though I charged it overnight. Xfinity couldn t figure it out and sent me over to Fast Lane. The owner knew exactly what to do fixed my phone in less than a minute. It was just stuck . Thanks so very much for the quick fix and saving me the headache of getting another phone.

I found fastlane gadget repair by accident, originally I had an appointment with a chain store nearby to repair my phone and they didn't even show up on set time, as i waited for over 45 minutes i finally left and seen Jim's store down the road. I'm so glad it happened, Jim checked out my phone and knew exactly what was wrong with it, he ordered the parts to do the repair and had it done in less time then he originally told me... super fast service and offered to stay late past store hours to get my phone fixed that same day!! HUGE shout out to Jim the owner very professional and GREAT customer service!! Support your local privately owned business... I'm glad i found this place! Will definitely return!

If you want to save tons of money, go to this shop and meet Jim. I went to his shop with a shattered screen and a bent on side of the phone. After less than an hour, I got my phone back as if nothing happened. Outstanding customer service, transparency, and very professional. 5 stars are not enough.

Jim is the best! Twice now he has helped me out of a jam when my email stopped working. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable. They were relatively quick fixes and i suggested he bill me, but he declined. Recommend him highly!!

Jim is great. I ve had him work on my iPhones for simple stuff like a new screen protector, my kids IPads when those get messed up. He tuned up and got my home computer running faster then it has been in a long time. This is the one stop shop everyone needs for their gadget repair. I won t go anywhere else in town for repairs or servicing. This guy does it all.Thank you Jim

LIFESAVER!!! Let's start there, Jim is the best. No denying his quality of work. Not once but twice within a week he saved the day! He under commits and over delivers when it comes to service and value. After going to FastLane Gadget Repair the bar is set very high. Jim will always be my go-to guy for screen repair. I came in to get my charging port replaced on my galaxy s21, after looking at the port, they determined it didn't need to be replaced just needed a good cleaning. He was fast and friendly and make sure my phone worked before leaving the store.

Jim Lane is awesome! He was able to retrieve the data from my phone that died on NY Day and get me back up and running on my old phone. Then he got me all set up on my new phone. Jim went above and beyond what most store owners would do. We called him to see what time he was open until and he had just closed the store but reopened it for us. We were met with a very friendly and patient owner who went out of his way to help us. My husband had his phone back the next morning all fixed and good to go.My husband and I both said "the world would be a better place if there were more people with hisCustomer service personality.We would highly recommend him.

This is the best place ever to have your electronics repaired. Jim is the easiest person to talk to and knows his stuff. He goes above normal customer service.My old school phone was repaired in less than 15 minutes!Thanks so much Jim, we will be back with some computers!

My son was in a 4 wheeler accident and had his phone on him. The phone was shattered front and back. Brought it to UBreakifix and they wouldn t even look at it. Drove up the road to Fast Lane. He fixed my son s phone in 2 hours and it looks amazing and works perfectly. Highly recommend and will be back in the future for all of my family s phone repairs .

This place is amazing! Walked in hoping to get my iphone fixed up for a reasonable price, and Jim helped me right away. He was able to fix up my phone that same day and gave me a great deal. He is super knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend going here!

I walked into FastLane today ready to burst into tears of frustration after 3 unsuccessful trips to Staples and a general sense that nothing could be done to help fix my laptop, which would not power up and would not take any form of charge. Nothing. Just a blank screen and no power indicator lights. Jim took the time to hear what was happening and understand how upset I was, and he reassured me that it was very likely a situation that could be fixed. Within 5 minutes, he had the battery charging, explained what the problem could be, and he offered a solution for ordering a new battery if it was needed. I was happy to pay for the consult and help, and he asked for nothing in return. He was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain the possible problems and solutions. Nobody should bother wasting time at Staples! Go straight to Jim at FastLane!
