I can not reccomend Columbia Auto Body enough. After a family trip to get a christmas tree a giant buck ran into the road right in front of my SUV. The deer got up and ran away but my right passenger side was severely damaged. After searching for local shops and being given outrageous wait times for any possible service I discovered Columbia Auto Body and was able to schedule an appointment after my insurance appraised the damage.I have to say that I am blown away with the service I received from the first phone call until I picked up my car. I received help navigating my insurance's initial and follow up appraisals and received updates throught the whole repair process, including when parts would arrive and an estimate for the total repair time.When I went to pick up my car and I did the walk around with Tony I couldnt beleive how good everything looked. From the paint to replacment parts everything was immaculate. The complete, interior and exterior were detailed to the point that my 2011 Pilot looked brand new, the team even did a headlight treatment on the side that wasnt damaged. It's the best my car has looked since the day I bought it. Hopefully that deer is ok and I never see him again but If I do I'm going to say thanks !Thanks to Tony and the team, Columbia Auto Body is highly reccomended.

I have a cool story to tell and it starts like this . A couple of weeks ago i went shopping at a big box store. I was in there less than hr , i come out to find that my BMW had the biggest dent ever from a big blue iron shopping cart , i mean it was so big it looked like a car hit it. I called a friend because im new to the area , He told me to go to Columbia auto body. I called, i went, i met El and Tony. This is where it gets really cool i dropped the car off after i secured a rental. Enterprise picked me up there and thats all i had to do. They did all the work with the appraisal/ appraiser, they communicated with Enterprise as far as up dates on the time i needed the rental they did everything. Today i picked up my car and it looks brand new like the day i got it . The detail that they put on that car is like diamonds. They also let me leave the rental there so they can take care of it for me. So if you want world class service go see El and Tony down at Columbia Autobody Raynham Massachusetts. Get your own cool story because im keeping mines. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS EL AND TONY ALONG WITH ALL THE STAFF

I had such a great experience. Awesome communication and they detailed my car inside and out! Shop manager was very upfront about how the process would occur. I was in a car accident andColumbia auto body was amazing. I had the accident in February got my car back earlier then predicted. When I tell you my baby look and felt like she did when I drove her off the lot buying her bran new. I have a 22 nissan rogue sport and they were able to take my car right away get parts quickly and fix her asap. The Team at Columbia Auto Body did an amazing job on our Honda Odyssey. Substantial body work was needed after a deer stuck our vehicle and the team handled everything from a rental car, to coordinating with our insurance co. to delivering the vehicle, neat, clean and detailed. Excellent communication when the work would be done as well. You will not be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

Oh boy where do I even begin .. car was involved in an accident back in February.. beginning of March I brought my car here. Someone here ( I won t mention his name) told me they couldn t find my RR door. Well if he knew how to do his job correctly, all he had to do was call a VW dealer. I literally called a VW dealer to find my exact door in stock on a shelf, ready to go! That s all I did! Had to call to find my OWN door for my vehicle that they were replacing. Ran out of my rental at the same time but no one seemed to care at that point. That is why I decided to do their job and call around to find my own door. Get my car back weeks later for my stuff to be stolen out of my car, my door to sound like a tin can because they forgot to put the middle piece back in the door. So here it goes back. Now they can t find my moulding and again the SAME human who doesn t know how to do his job told me it will take a few weeks and he will call me to swing in to pop my moulding on. it will take less than 5 minutes . Well here we are almost 6 months later .. I called VW myself to find my moulding. Found one RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AT MASTRIA. So I call them up & they got it for me. Also, it has RR suspension damage that they didn t find.. shocker people must be blind. ( don t worry this still isn t fixed) Again, why are they even in business when the customer had to call for their parts ? Seriously. Worst customer service ever. Only ONE human was nice enough here and I m unsure how he works for such a disrespectful and inconsiderate company. Needless to say, don t bring your car here for ANYTHING.

VERY happy with everything. From the estimate to the finished work, my experience with Columbia and it's general manager at this Raynham location was professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. I needed work on my back bumper after an accident, and Route 44 Toyota recommended I come here. That says A LOT! And I m so glad I did. El helped make certain that my insurance follows through on protocol and pays for the full cost of damage. Ines reached out to me a couple times regarding my car and was so sweet and helpful in letting me know what is going on.I came back to my car looking more beautiful than ever! We would highly recommend Columbia Auto Body. Not only did they fix our car after a fender bender, but their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional and communicated well about what was happening with our vehicle. Our car looks brand new after being fixed. I went to Columbia Auto Body Inc to do some work on my wife s car after having a great experience there I brought my car to also get some work done. I dealt straight with El he is very professional, explained to me The process, they did excellent work and El made sure it was done on time, Also saved me money. I brought my car to Columbia Auto Body. To get a couple of scratches fixed on my 2021 Kia Sportage. When I brought the car in the first time, they did a great job with the actual repair of the scratches. Unfortunately, when I did get my car back. The interior was more filthy than when I brought it in. I've noticed that the buffing of the car seemed rushed. I did leave a 1-star review. I'll say this El and the DM of the company reached out back to me and asked to bring it back in for another chance. I brought it back they gave me a complete detail at no cost to me. When I got the car back.....IT LOOKED BETTER THAN NEW! I was pleased with the customer service from these guys. El did inform me that he did have a meeting with his guys. He used my car as an example of what not to do. So I'd like to think that moving forward that they'll keep a better look at the cars leaving the lot. So I'll give these guys 5 stars because they do care for the customers. They treat you like family. Overall they did do a great job with the car and, I'd still recommend them. I had recently purchased a new Honda from the local Honda dealership and a few months later I realized there was scratches on the rear end of the car. I called Honda and they gave me a list of body shops I could use. I decided to go to Columbia Auto Body because it was close to home. I stopped by and I was greeted by Sonia that works there. She immediately welcomed me in and went over my concerns with my car. We went outside and went over the car, she took pictures and made an estimate while I waited and she was able to give me a fair price. I wanted to drop off the car but had no ride home, she offered to have a driver bring me home. Not only did they repair my car they gave it a nice car wash and even delivered the car to my home for me. All said and done I was very satisfied with the service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Columbia Auto Body to my family and friends.

I had my car fixed here and I must say they did a great job. Everyone knows when you get into an accident your car never runs the same as it did. Well I m here to tell you my car runs exactly the same. I had rear wheel axel and suspension damage and you would never know from the outstanding work that was done. Not only was my car fixed but it was also detailed and when I picked it up I felt like I was getting a brand new car. I advise anyone that needs their car fixed or detailed to go here. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience everyone was very patient with me and were very willingly and able to help me resolve the issues with my vehicle. I delt with a young woman named Sonia who had a great personality and an abundance of product knowledge. I actually ended up spending less money than I expected which is what will definitely make me go back again when needed. I'd highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My 99 civic Si was invovled in a bad accident where the entire front end was destroyed to the point where I thought it was a total loss. The district manager herself Sonia Depina along with the shop manager, Rodrigo gave me assurance that not only could they fix my car but they would make it look better than before it got into the accident. They sure did come through on their word! Their tech, Felipe put my civic back to how it was from factory, all OEM parts from fog lights to fender. I highly recommend COLUMBIA AUTO BODY for anyone in proximity to the Raynham or Whitman area. Thanks again guys!

I was in an accident and contacted my selling dealer. They advised me to call Columbia Auto Body. I called and scheduled an appointment and I can't say enough about the service I received! Even better my car looked like it was brand new the day I picked it up. I will personally refer all my close friends and family to Columbia Auto Body!

Unprofessional, disrespectful and demeaning to women! My wife had a detail appointment with this company today as a gift from her father, after looking at her vehicle and noticing some extra labor time she was told by a man named EL to "call her daddy because its going to be alot more money"! When i called to talk about this i was threatened with police by EL because i mentioned coming there to discuss this issue with the owner. EL also claimed he was the top guy and id have no one else to speak to. I cant wait to have an official sit down with these people to discuss their complete disregard for professionalism and service. Eli is amazing took care of me the second I walked in. I got side swiped and he took care of everything!!! My baby (car) came back shining like a diamond I couldn't ask for anything better. Highly recommend using them if I could give them 10 stars I would

Showed up with a small bumper issue, guy said that he couldnt do work on it without insurance. When I told him I wasnt going through insurance he told me that they couldnt even give me an estimate until a week and a half from now. Absolutely terrible service, DO NOT GO HERE if you want your car fixed.

Was in for some bodywork and paint a little over a month ago. Had door trim that came loose. Called, brought it in next morning and they repaired it better than new...no questions asked...great job !!

The people there are really nice and welcoming. Their service is super fast it only took 2 weeks for me to get my car back after some pretty good damage.

I have had my car there 4 times now and the work still is completed. Each time it has been either damaged, the paint has been peeling, or just poor quality of work. I would never take my car here.
