Our Murano got nailed on the highway by a big piece of a vehicle in the road hit by several of us in a row. Front end was busted up. Bumper, hood and headlight got pretty damaged. Pleasant Auto did an incredible job repairing it!! We will be back here if we need body work again! It wasn t just the workmanship, they kept us informed about the progress, and made all prep work for the rental and picking up and dropped it off. Took ALL the anxiety out of the after effects of an accident! This place is the one to go to!

Great customer service; I liked that they walked through what they would do and how much things would cost (e.g. materials and labor). About $600 for a ~4x20 area of scratches on my car bumper - I had tried sanding some of the scratches and touching up myself before realizing I needed a pro. Happy with the paint job.

I am very happy and so thrilled that I chose Pleasant Auto Body. Kameron is so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and very respectful to work with. He went far and beyond in helping me get a rental car while they were working. I have no regret at all in choosing Pleasant Auto Body. Kudos to everyone there specially Kameron. Pleasant Auto Body & Collision Center is the best place to go in Randolph to have any body work done on your vehicle. The work is spot on. They not only fixed my vehicle but I got it back clean. I got it back with the inside and outside cleaner than when I brought it in. The workers are courteous.I can t thank the workers enough at Pleasant Auto Body & Collision.I would definitely use them again.

Pleasant Auto Body has been repairing my business vehicles for years, but this latest repair was different in that it was my personal daily driver, my baby. Kameron and Sal took excellent care of my X5. Pleasant set up my car rental reservation for me so I could get right into it when I dropped my car off, which allowed me to get right back to work with little time lost. The repair work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned not just the exterior of the car but also the interior, which was the cherry on top. They are very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient and I am happy to recommend them. Thank you Pleasant Auto Body for making a typically unfavorable experience much more pleasant!

I have used Pleasant Auto Body in Randolph on two separate occasions for body work after collisions. Both times Sal and Cameron were very professional and helpful. They got the work done much faster than i had anticipated and I got my truck back looking very clean and nice. Inwould recommend them to anyone.

They did an incredible job on my 5 year old car with major damage, it looks brand new. Some extra touch ups were much less expensive than I was quoted by two other (out of state) shops. They had a few weeks lead time which turned out a little longer, but they were upfront with time-line. Employees are impressed with their vacation time and how the shop is run, when talking to them at pickup. I had a rental from Enterprise in Randolph who love Sal, the owner of this shop as well. Overall, couldn't have gone better.
