Neighborhood Auto should be your first and final stop when needing work done on your vehicle! The folks here are the most honest and hard-working mechanics you will come across. I have been a customer for 9 years now with 2 different vehicles and Neighborhood Auto has never let me down. The owner, Mike, is a car-whisperer and a good man who always puts safety first and will always make sure that you don't leave without your vehicle being road safe. Whether it be an oil change or an engine replacement, Neighborhood Automotive always gets the job done right without murdering your wallet. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Next time your vehicle needs maintenance or repair, make sure to drop by Neighborhood Auto for peace of mind and honesty about your vehicle. 10/10!!!

I have been going here for more than 10 years. I found the Neighborhood Auto garage because of a Randolph neighbor. She told me I must go there to have my 2000 Volvo convertible looked over. Before I knew it my son, wife and many friends were going to Mike. They still do. He is personable, flexible, and skilled. They are very honest about what the issues, options and consequences are. When you leave the shop you feel safe and knowledgeable. Not asking yourself ' Did I overpay for that service?' I am very happy that we have this gem in Randolph!

I have brought different vehicles to Mike and his crew over the years and he is always looking out for the customers best interest. There have been many occasions where I thought I was in for a hefty bill to repair my vehicle however Mike found the problem quickly and fixed the issue within hours. Neighborhood Auto is not like most of the mechanics out there, he does not install/sell you any unnecessary parts just for the work. he is very upfront and honest and even if you were a first time for us tomorrow you can feel comfortable knowing they re not taken advantage of you or your situation. I highly recommend Neighborhood Auto and that is not something I typically say in a review, he has definitely earned my trust over the years and I would not even bother going to another mechanic.

Mike was very professional and takes obvious pride in the work that he does. Brought in my car for brake work and he walked me through what was going wrong and what he was doing to correct the problem. He took extra care with a few minor things that he noticed and I was very satisfied with my vehicle when it was returned to me. Will be going back in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have nothing but raving reviews from Mike and his automotive repair shop. The prices are always reasonable Mike is extremely professional courteous and cares about you as a customer. I have been going to Mike for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. He's a very knowledgeable person

Mike and has team are excellent my family and friends all go to him.He does his research and informs you step by step what needs to be done to your vehicle.I highly recommend him skip the dealerships go straight to him and his team.His prices and service can't be beat
