I just wanted to take the time out to express my gratitude for the fellas at Jiffy Lube in Randolph. I had the pleasure of working with a young man, I believe his name may have started with an R. He was tall and dark skinned and very pleasant. I initially came and they were about to close. He assured me he would be available the next day and for me to stop by anytime. I did just that and got exceptional service. Give all these boys a raise, they deserve it!

The guys in this shop were very down to earth and friendly, but still professional. Bryan F at the counter seemed knowledgable and asked good questions - he solved the problem I was having far more quickly than I thought and sent me on my way. When I think of the concept of a quick-service auto place, this really fulfilled the ideal vision and made me feel more trusting of the whole idea. It was proximity / coincidence that landed me at this specific place but I'd probably go out of my way to go there again if I needed service. (Also it's very convenient to IKEA if you're into that sort of thing.)

Tiffany was the absolute best!I was having a horrible day (mourning my husband s death) Tiffany asked me how my day was going and I broke out in tears. She immediately stopped doing what she was doing and asked if I would like a hug. It was just what I needed. Her compassion and understanding of what I was going through was spot on. Tiffany truly made my day. We need more employees like her. I am extremely grateful that she was in the right place at the right time.Thank you so much Tiffany and Jiffy Lube.

The Randolph JiffyLube is the best franchise I ve visited in six decades as a customer of JiffyLube. Staff were helpful, professional, and courteous. Waiting room is clean and comfortable.

Just had the ideal experience. The crew was working hard and efficiently, starting bright and early on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. Yamil (JL #1990) was honest, helpful, not pushy in any way what-so-ever and a pleasure to interact with. Much appreciated!

Yes I will be returning to this jiffy lube it was great customer service by front desk service agent and also by service tech on changing oil on top of that they checked my tire pressure vacuumed the inside of my car very happy with the professional service I received thank you again

Place is nice and staff looks professional. I was surprised to see oil has been sucked from top for replacement, not drain. Reason been given test this process to avoid the original packing below (actually I was not convinced).The guy Jameel was helpful.

Very nice, and professional. I am a regular customer and went there yesterday just for assistance with my tires. It was only one employee at the shop with a lot of customers and he said it just be a few minutes and he would be able to assist me. He did! Although he was swamped and I just need to air my tires he kept the same attitude as if I was making a purchase. I will be back for my regular service.

6/24/23, my car was serviced at the Randolph location. The manager offered recommendations that were spot on., my car is driving better than ever. This is the level of service I expect and pay for. Please don't change this quality of service.

They stripped the metal battery holder in my car so we had to cut it.....because they were replacing the battery that they had installed previously...not great

Quick service and knowledgeable employees!I m cautious when I get car maintenance or oil changes, as I have always been met with rude, patronizing people upselling me at other places, sometimes I think it s because I m a young female and cars are not my forte. This does NOT happen here. The same guy changed my oil a few months back. He was incredibly nice, advised me on how to save some money, gave me free advice on an issue a dealership wanted to charge me $150 for. I saved probably $200 because of this kid. I spoke with about 4 other employees when I was there and everyone is very nice!

This review is asking me what services they performed... turns out they didn't perform anything to my vehicle. Came in, got greeted by the really chill staff, requested an "oil change", waited, paid, they returned my vehicle, went about my day... a few months later found out nothing was done to my car. They dumped my old oil and they maybe poured a (I assume) cup full and then they stopped there. My vehicle a few months later stalled. Brought it to my mechanic. Turns out there was no oil. I had no leak and I'm not burning oil. Just a dry engine that was thirsty for oil. Pretty crazy how the management just let that slide. Will never be going here again and if you do and swear by them just make sure they did what they said they did. It could cost you your vehicle. This isn't the first time I've heard of this happening especially from Jiffy. Be careful.Service: Oil change
