I emailed the shop and sent a pic of my damage. I was given an estimate of how much the job would be and how long it would take. Derek was very responsive to my questions and very knowledge. Derek and his team did an awesome job getting a dent out in the rear of my suv and replaced the emblem as well. My vehicle was returned to me looking brand spanking new! I would definately recommend the shop and would return should I need any future work done.

Broke down today on highway, got towed to Demko based on recommendation by the tow driver. I was in and out of the shop in a hour, they fixed the car immediately, topped off the fluid and even gave me some laughs and advice! I brought my car to Demko for a repair to my front bumper. Right away, I was impressed with the customer service! I called ahead to check if they would be able to work with my insurance and they handled everything for me. The work was done in less than a week and my car looks perfect! They even went above and beyond and did a little interior clean up for me.I am so happy that I found a kind, reliable and hard working shop to take care of my car. I did shop around before coming here and I'm so happy I made them my choice! I highly recommend this business. Very compassionate and professional and honest. Had body work done on my car and they did an awesome job for a "reasonable" price. They saved me from buying a new car. If you are undecided on where to take your vehicle, give Demko a chance! I was rear ended on the highway and needed to pick an auto body shop in the area. I heard Demko Collision was very good from a friend and gave them a call. Derek from Demko collision went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my choice. I dropped the car off along with the claim number and he handled the rest. I had a rental waiting for me and was on my way. Derek called and updated me on the damage and gave me an accurate timeline of when to expect the job to be done. He was able to complete everything in roughly a week and it came out great! I drive an Audi and they replaced everything with genuine Audi parts. I was very surprised how quick they got everything done and how awesome it looks. They even detailed the car for me. I can t recommend Demko Collision enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I couldn't be happier with this shop. Their quality of work, their communication throughout the duration of my car being there, their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule was top notch. Their manager Derrick is a terrific guy, he went above and beyond to work with me from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for work in this part of MA, look no further. 5 stars!

Car was service there after an accident and was returned with no antifreeze and cap not on. Car started smoking and I put antifreeze in and called Derek and he mentioned he put it in and everything is fine. As an owner he should of took accountability but he told me they are understaffed and busy and he did it personally and what I am saying is not true. Antifreeze is not expensive and I was not asking for anything just wanted to let him know so he can make sure it is done but he did not seem to take accountability. I would beware of this shop. If the owner won't hold himself accountable for mistakes it could cost consumers lots of money and stress.

These guys at Demco Collission were total professionals. I was so happy with the quick turn around with my vehicle. In fact when I got it back from their shop, I was completely shocked at how good my repair was. My truck looked better than new. All my friends keep asking "hey Jim when did you get a new truck?" I always get a kick out of that. Great job by Derek and Joe and their team. I highly recommend Demco Collission for your body work needs. You will not be disappointed.

I had a fender bender leaving work a few months back. Got rear ended. My car is my baby. Absolutely love her and hate being without it. So I get nervous when people I've never met work kn her or have her for a period of time. But this shop did such beautiful work and did not scam me out on products like the insurance company asked of them. If you need body work done or any type of maintenance, visit them

I found Demko after I had a little fender bender and my insurance allowed me to take my car to any repair shop I wanted. Originally I chose the Herb Chambers collision center, but they told me their next available appointment was over a month away. That was really helpful when I had a car with a broken headlight, making it illegal to drive.The guys at Demko were really helpful and went above and beyond the work they needed to repair. The work took about a week to complete, and they even called me to say the car was ready a day early! I really hope I don't get into another accident any time soon but I would take my car back to this shop in a heartbeat.
