I ve had my car repaired here a few times and each time the service was good and I was satisfied. Recently I had an issue with a catalytic converter and oxygen sensor and the issue was identified and resolved. John the front desk manager, is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel confident in bringing my car here for service!

The service manager John came right out to check my vehicle when I pulled on the lot. He made a couple adjustments and things seemed to work well. Made an appointment for some additional work to be done. Had an 8am appt, received estimate within 2 hrs. and work was completed by early afternoon. I have used AXP for years and have always found Roger, John and their team members, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

AXP north did a great job with replacing my alternator on my Lexus GS300, and their price was very reasonable! The shop manager John is very knowledgeable, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and schedule me in for a appointment. AXP north has always been very helpful with maintaining my cars over the years. I highly recommend them for your next repair.

Can t say enough good things about this shop, if you re having car troubles this is the place you want to come to. Johnny and his crew fix all my problems, I ve brought two cars to him now and leave happy every time. They re honest and will not charge you/perform a service you don t need. They care about your safety more than making a buck, I popped my hood for something the other day and it wouldn t close I obviously couldn t hit the highway like that, I called Johnny and asked if he had time to look at it and he told me to come by whenever. I arrived and he came out immediately and did his thing and sent me on my way. As soon as something seems even slightly off I find myself going I need to call Johnny I recommend AXP North to family, friends and strangers, their loss if they decide to go somewhere else, I ll stay loyal :)

I don t know if this is my first experience there I may have come there before in the past, but in this experience, I will say that I was very pleased with the work I dealt with John he was very professional. I was happy to pick my car up and have it not making the noise it made, however Unfortunately the incident that occurred with the lift and my car door is kind of a little bit troubling and I m hoping that it can be repaired to 100% customer satisfaction.Service: Exhaust

Took my car in to replace the brakes and John waited on me. He asked me if I'd been here before and I said yes but he couldn't find me in the new or old system. John didn't give up though, he was determined to find me and he did. Thanks John for being so persistent and delivering excellent service!!! I ve been getting my car repaired by AXP North for 3 years now. John is great. Very knowledgeable and honest. Not the cheapest but they are FAST. They always have my car ready in one day, and running better than ever.

when to apx on a Thursday and asked about putting a flowmaster muffler & tail pipes on my ram... I was told no problem, made a 10:00 appointment for the next day, dropped it of the next day @ 10:00. received a text a little after 11:00 saying the work is done & ready for pick up..price was very fair, work was super great.. looks & sounds goood.. they do great work!!

I've been using AXP for years. Great customer service and communication, great prices, and mechanics you can trust to not oversell you things. Them updating with modern times, by allowing you to text throughout the whole process, is very reassuring that these guys mean business and plan to be here forever. Would definitely recommend

I came in for an oil change not knowing that I needed a left tire rod and was losing antifreeze due to a collapsing hose, they identified the problem immediately and serviced my car. If I hadn't randomly went there for a routine oil change my engine would have seized. I highly recommend this place. They're both knowledgeable and honest with great customer service.

I m so lucky to have found an excellent M-shop. Although I m not in direct contact with the technicians I ve gotten satisfactory results from them with fixing my vehicle. I mainly communicate with John, he s awesome, he makes me feel at home and like a family member with his caring and polite attitude. First step into the shop I m always greeted with a warm welcome. John takes the time and explains his expertise right down to layman s terms, never rushing. From what I ve seen while waiting for my vehicle in the shop John treats every costumer walking in and on the phone with high respect. He s concern for your vehicle and shows concern for you as a customer and in return, I must mention, I ve seen his customers share a special costumer bond with him. I feel at home when I m in the shop waiting for my vehicle. From experience their services are excellent and the prices are jaw dropping affordable. In the past at the other M-shops I held my breath in a panic when getting estimates. John is the best, I trust him. Short story I began using their services from March of 2018 when I was on the Hwy following a friend to Brockton I heard a knocking sound in my engine, i immediately called via phone to my friend and we got off the hwy and went to the AXP shop from that day that s my M-shop I m so comfortable and content. I continued to bring that car to the shop until ending December 2021. John knew how I valued my 1999 Toyota Corolla , the sentimental value and memories I had in the car since l had raised my kids from toddlers driving the car and it s reliability taking us here and there. John did everything for me to possibly save the car despite some rust and cosmetic issues and having another Toyota Corolla 2016 it was hard to part with that car. The final diagnostic test John pulled me aside with almost tears in my eyes and give me the painful news not to pour any more money into it and for impending safety it served it purpose. Asking John if he s sure and again with empathy for me he said sorry Content and mentioned it again. I greatly appreciate him for his honesty, he ve earned my trust. Since then I ve asked for advice when buying a vehicle for my daughter; it was sound advice. I ve referred a friend to him, asked the friend how was his experience and the friend stated they were great never gotten service top notch like that in the past. I ve been continuing their service with the other vehicle I currently drive and I m so content with their service. Keep up the great work AXP, keep up the great work John continue to serve your costumers with great honor. You re the best!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I've known Roger the owner of AXP for 27 years. If anyone wants to choose a place to fix their car, please do not hesitate to go to John to the one from N. Main St Randolph Ma. I promised you Jonhn will take good care of you. His professionalism and kindness with his crews are awesome. As a client of AXP, I've been fixing my cars with them for the past twenty- Seven years. AXP is the best!! I've been going there for years. A friend recommended them. Vern the owner and his team are excellent to deal with. Probably some of the nicest people you'll meet!! They take you when appointment is. They stay in communication and your service is done when they say and always done right. If you want an easy and honest car experience, I highly recommend going to AXP North Main St, Randolph.A team of reliable mechanics that fix your car, They explain everything going on with the car in detail and the best options for you going forward. I have had oil changes, control arm, suspensions and breaks and pads, exhaust done, and I would not trust anyone else with my car with how great my experience was here.That one unique experience is; THEY FOLLOW -UP after any repairs to see how your car is doing. Who does that? (THEY DO).If you are looking for a new shop, definitely AXP NORTH MAIN STREET RANDOLPH!!!

I have been a customer of AXP since 2009. I have taken all of my cars to them.They have always provided great service with reasonable prices. They have also recommended their other locations when their Randolph location could not complete a particular task. They accept appointments but will also try to fit you in if you have not scheduled an appointment. I like that they are not pushy and they will provide you with a reasonable plan for providing the appropriate car services. I would highly recommend them!Service: Oil change

Had a tire blow out at 5am. Not far from AXP north in randolph. The after hours drop off was awesome. John communicated and gave us information about the tire. They are honest, professional, and all around wonderful. We've been bringing our cars here for over a decade, different kinds, AXP proved to be knowledgeable on everything. Thank you
