I recently visited your store to get windshield, wipers and a battery and my service was absolutely outstanding. I wish to compliment Tony for helping me replace my wipers in battery with very courteous, very professional all around good guy. He went above and beyond you should be Honored to have an employee like him.

I went to autozone in Randolph and I found Okechuko who helped me with my whippers. I really appreciated his support and kindness. He is a real professional person. Please anyone visit Autozone Randolph on N Main Street and always ask for him. He knows how to take care clients.I can t thank him enough

Went to this store to pick up something small, and received great quality customer service from Big -AUnfortunately when I was trying to leave I couldn t get my car started, ended up getting stranded in the parking lot. After trying to handle it myself with no luck I was approached by Okey, the store manager. Okey helped me identify that it was an electrical issue, and that it was likely the starter. After a few taps to the starter I was able to get it started so I could make it home. Luckily they had one in stock, so looks like I have this weekend s project booked!Okey and Big A were a HUGE help, and without them i d be sitting in the parking lot waiting on a tow truck. Both had positive attitudes and insisted on going above and beyond to help. Service like this is why I always come back to this Autozone.

Super good store and friendly stuff, especially Okey and his mates. I drop my car for scan several times. They did their best to help me out of mechanical problems, and saved me lot of money. I will definitely buy car things there.

Okey saved me when my car battery died due to all this flooding! I came in early, unplanned and was able to get out in under 20 minutes car working great! Thank you so much!!

There s an old saying things happen for a reason I was driving my car with no oil!!! This angel , Mr. Okey O store manager of Randolph ,Main Street.not only helped him professionally but was so kindhearted, calming and reassured my safety getting back home.THANK YOU!!!THANK YOU MR. OKEY is absolutely great! Changed a battery for us and really took his time to make sure it was done the right way. Autozone is lucky to have him as part of their team.

The poor kid here was not trained well and couldn't figure out return. Kept asking other guy for help. Guy kept blowing him off and doing other things. I waited maybe 10min Then spoke up when other guy walked away to start doing something else without helping the kid who had been struggling the whole time. Just a poor experience unfortunately.

I went to Autozone on Belmont St. after being told my transmission maybe failing by a nearby mechanic. I came across Messiah and Ethan than the Manager. They ran an a OBD11 for me and found out it was simply a neutral safety switch, which is minor. I ended up purchasing some high mileage Lucas additive fuel and a new gas cap for my 2006 Saturn Vue. They re customer service was both friendly and accommodating as Ethan put my new gas cap in and it me at ease. I recommend coming here for all your needs.

Shout out to Marc in the commercial department Went in for a part for my truck and left with a commercial account, now I call him anytime I need a part and he always tries to get it as soon as possible if he doesn t have it in stock. If you call the store definitely ask to speak with Marc he ll take care of you !

Waited in line for over 20 minutes then they took another customer before me just because he had less than I had. He made the excuse that he wasn t supposed to be there(?). Rude. Maybe it s okay if you call ahead but this should not have happened this way.

Came in when Bill was manning the front, he was very friendly, helpful, and polite. He found my part really quick and let me look at the product before purchasing. Great service and very nice store, thanks Bill!

They say that they open at 7:30am, but they are not open. No one is answering the phone either.That's not cool at all. Times a wasting ....8/7/2022 Update: I went to Advanced Auto and they were open as their sign said. Got my military discount and left a happy camper.

Excellent service all around!! The employees were very helpful, polite and professional and the store was immaculate, I didn't have to hunt around for the price of an item, ya they are a little bit high but do-able. Thank you.

Wish I could give them less than a star..they stole my refund, I was supposed to get a refund on my card and never got it , I messed up by giving them the receipt and told them that I didn t need because I trusted auto zone. They processed the transaction as cash after I left and kept money, called HQ and complained never heard from them since.

Came to replace battery under warranty female store rep said I was here earlier, I informed her it is my first at this store, I showed her a failure test receipt from Ntb where I had an oil change earlier she showed me the screen showing that the warranty expires in 2020 But she disagreed and said the battery is not covered and need to talk with a manager which the experience took over 20 minutes, the manager looked at the and said that she needs to review it, I said I will take my business elsewhere, which I did go to another location (Braintree) which was excellent, and swapped out quickly. I will not do business at the Randolph location. This was ridiculous!

I just walk in to get new wiper for my Kia Sorento the gentle went to get the wipers and even asked to put them for me he was so nice of him Bless him you don t get many help this days.

This store has the worst customer service ever, the manager is so arrogant never try to help his customers, he's just not a nice person in general, how come someone like that chose to be a manager, they don't even clean like they supposed to. I wish I could give less than one STAR.

Usually very pleasant,Parts counterman, was, personally Ruthless about Mask cover.Yelled and was very disrespectful.He thought my mask was a shirt,and attacked..I won't return there again.Masks are an infringement on all our civil rights.Stand-Up.....

Worse customer service really rude and not helpful if you want the rite part you need to look up the part number and give it to them has happened to me and 2 other people I know will never go back what a shame
