Do yourself a favor an NEVER purchase a vehicle with Gary at Auto Tuner at 146 S Main St. in Randolph. VERY Unethical business practices. Purchased a vehicle that started giving issues within the first week and refuses to accept the return. He refuses to return payment to the lender and has possession of the vehicle, leaving me with payments. I urge you to find another reputable dealer.

Auto tuner is a great repair shop, Always received quality work at a reasonable price. Never really had any issues. If I did have any problems then it was quickly resolved. You got a customer for life! Also to point out they sell cars too which is a huge plus.

I have purchased 2013 Mercedes-benz ML35011/2/2018 and upon test driving the vehicle I brought to the owner Gary Watt attention, the concerns that I have: brakes, vibrations at a certain speed, noise from the front passengers side and was told that all concerns will be completed upon pickup of the vehicle. Upon pickup of vehicle on 11/5/2018 the brakes and front clips was the only thing that was completed, the axillary wires was taken out of the vehicle, no screws for the license plates and less than 1/4 of fuel. I have made several appointments with Gary and he cancelled every one. I went and have a mechanic shop did a used inspection and send him the information and still can't get my vehicle repaired. I personally would not recommend this company due to very poor customer service and very poor communications. I have called, texts and in person but he have avoided very form of communications. I paid for this vehicle cashHe got the money and the service went downhill. The only resolution is to take legal actions, which is last thing that I wanted to do, but he left me with no other choice. I have dropped my vehicle off 12/5/2018 for boots repaired and as of 12/18/2018, I have left several messages and I can't get any questions or answers about my vehicle.

This guy sells lemons and Guarantees they will pass emissions. I wouldn't buy a glass of water off him on a very hot day because it wouldn't be what he said it was! Save your money and find a reputable dealer !

Gary Watt provided a service I did NOT ask for. I asked for an explanation and he LIED about it: Then OVER CHARGED me for the service. Dont recommended NONE OF his businesses... he s a LIAR and THIEF
