Dave replaced my old Radio( not working) with new and nice one. He went beyond the expectation when he replaced my hazard switch with his own and did all his effort to make sure everything is working as suppose to be. Excellent, amazing and professional folks.

Swapped burnt out HID bulbs and replaced my bulbs with LED bulbs in 20 minutes. They are brighter. Excellent shop!

Outstanding service, pricing and customer service. My Toyota key and Automate remote starter key fob died in the same week. I tried Toyota and multiple Lock & Key companies in the area and I just kept getting the run around. Auto Toys had me come in without an appointment and I left with both problems fixed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend!

Dave went above and beyond for me. I was nervous to get my loudspeaker box installed anywhere because i wanted for it to sound perfect and it was a gift for a special someone. Dave reassure me that he ll do it amazingly and he did.Dave is easy to talk to and he called me to give me updates on the install.Thanks Dave, I ll be sure to come back. You just earned a lifetime customer!

Dave was able to able to change the Halogen Lights to Led and also give me some fun options with the Flood lights on my 18 yr, 2005 Dodge Magnum.I first went to the shop I normally go to in Weymouth. They didn t even want to look at my car.Dave s the best around. I d recommend him anytime time for any job no matter how difficult.

This is the place to go if you are looking for any type of audio equipment, dash cam installs, remote start installs, weather guards and much more. They are extremely helpful and know a lot about the products they sell there. I had many questions and surprisingly they were able to answer all of them. Good quality merchandise for a great price!!!

Outstanding. My remote starter only worked sporadically. Dave was able to fix it without installing a new one. Just replaced some wiring and antenna. Saved me a bunch of cash. Good honest operation.

I wanted to get a dash cam, stupidly waiting until after an accident to finally get one, so I got recommended to Auto Toys. The guys are really laid back over there, got it installed just like I wanted it, and it's working like a charm. They did it so clean, I don't see any wires on the back camera and from the driver seat, don't see any wires for the front camera. The only wires showing anywhere run along the passenger side of the rear view mirror, very cleanly, to the top of the windshield where it gets tucked away.I waited in a waiting room for a little under an hour and he was already done. He even took a look at my headlight which was causing me issues an fixed it in a couple minutes.Highly recommended that you check this place out for anything electrical you need for your car. I know if I need something else done, I'll be coming back for more. Thanks again guys!

Owner was extremely helpful from the very beginning, I got a remote start and a kicker L7. Went back twice for some fine tuning, owner took great pride in making sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend

I had an automatic car starter installed in the end of November and was having an issue where my car was dying. Dave went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue. It ended up I just needed a battery. The whole team Dave, Joey, and Jay are extremely knowledgeable, and truly take care of their customers. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is outstanding. Thanks again Autotoys!

I got a car starter installed here. The staff is incredibly friendly and reasonably priced. The parts and installation were half the cost of what the dealer would have charged me and the guy who helped me was so easy to talk to. I have already recommenced this place to someone else. This is the place to go in the South Shore to add fun stuff to your car.

Fast, professional service. I dealt with Dave & Jason. Both were very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Very happy with the product. They replaced the entire audio system in my mother's 2003 Mustang convertible for me. I would highly recommend these guys.

This show is super friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to up sell you or get you to buy anything you don't need. Really welcoming and answer any and all questions. I go there for anything car needs that they can do!! Some things are better to get professionally done when it comes to electronics and cars and these guys are professionals!!!

I was there yesterday with my wife her remotes have been acting up for a while we figured we'd need new ones the guy wss great he explained that most of the batteries they sell in the big stores are already Dead anyway two new batteries 20 bucks and we are good very honest place he could have gotten 200 out of us for new remotes love this place

I had auto toys replace a defective remote car starter on my 2013 Toyota venza. Dave was great explaining how his devices worked and the advantages/ disadvantages to using a particular device. The installation was good and it worked good.

I have been using Autotoys in Randolph MA. since way back when it was called MHL. Dave the now owner and former employee of the previous regime is a true stand up businessman. He is cordial, respectful, and has the clients best interest at heart. Of course we all have our own wants as in my case I wanted to keep my factory deck to deter thieves and quite frankly the simplicity of it. Dave played along and let me keep my 8 track player lol his words.... The day of my install lets just say more than a few hiccups to my vehicle and its belongings and the nice new equipment I just purchased. It was a complete wreck. The next morning after cooler heads prevailed I called and spoke to Dave whom was not present at work the day of my install. I had informed him I was coming and was very dissatisfied. After going there and speaking with him he honored all the work and damages and even personally gave me a ride back to work. This allowed him ample time to right the wrongs per se. Can't say enough about a good company that just had an off day. I wish Dave and Autotoys the most success and prosperity they could ever imagine. Highly recommend them if not for anything else the service alone goes a long way in my book. Big ata boy to you Dave and your staff. Keep up the good work.

Dude is rude as soon as you walk in! And way overpriced! Wants 400 Dollars for a remote start installed. Won't sell Uninstaller. The thing cost under 200.

These guys are great! Installed an alarm, tint, tunes and a remote start. All work was done professionally and on time! Ask for Sean when you call, great customer service as well!

My boyfriend took my car into AutoToys next to my home, to install the auto-starter for my car because Massachusetts' weather has been so brutal lately. Although I had to take the car back 3 times for them to check it out because the auto-starter only worked maybe twice out of the 20 times that we've tried to use it. My boyfriend and I were almost running out of patience with them but decided to give them one last chance because supposedly the Toyota Prius push-to-start is a little more complicated than most other models. On the 3rd time, David, the owner had to replace the whole different brand of auto-starter system and different remote. He upgraded the system to the brand Excalibur and added the two-way receiver remote for me without additional charge because we were so patient with them. From what my boyfriend told me, it is a very good brand. David, the owner was apologetic and professional with us the entire time.Although I had to bring the car back three time for it to work, I give them 5 star for their customer service and how they handled the situation.

Auto toys customer sevice if you can call it that, it by far the worst we have ever seen!! We e mailed them to get a wire diagram of a vehical they told us to go to this other web site, after going there they told us we needed we pin number from AUTO TOYS, emailed them back and nothing was mail back to us for two day. all of this after they sent us the wrong part to begain with. There detail instructions on a wiring diagram that comes with the unit sucks, WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WISH ALL OF YOU WHO REAR THIS POSTING, TAKE IT UNDER ADVISEMENT THAT THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES TO BUY FROM
