It s hard for me to separate my experiences, this was a hit and run repair setup by MAPFRE. The entire experience was a nightmare, but as far as Willard Street goes, they quoted and replaced just the bumper and then called me and asked if the airbag light was on, I said not when I brought it in. They then had to reopen another incident to handle the seat. Now my car rattles and sounds like a loose aluminum car is jammed in the wheel well somewhere and MAPFRE and Willard is fine with it. ALWAYS USE AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE!!! I d probably avoid MAPFRE AND WILLARD Street!

They appeared on top of their game. Will know more when vehicle is fixed. Although they mentioned vehicle was only authorized second hand replacement parts. I was it while stopped second hand my assets.

First time customer here! Just moved to the area and needed body work done due to an accident. Staff was so friendly and quick. I was quoted a week, but they got it done in 2 days. Definitely recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I've had my car repaired here twice. Both times they have provided excellent service as well as the repair itself. The car was ready when they said it would be, and it looked great when I got it back. They even washed it and cleaned the interior! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful; she took care of the insurance paperwork cheerfully.

Our hood's safety latch failed resulting in the hood smashing the windshield. Had the windshield, hinges, and safety latched replaced. Job quality was great, price was reasonable, turn around time was appropriate, and Jay was easy to work with. I definitely recommend them!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We love Willard St. Phyllis makes the whole process seemless and simple. She has great relationships with the rental agencies and which helps with that part of the process. Jay is great and his team does superior work- body, paint, etc. The car is always returned in a reasonable timeframe and is clean! My husband and I have had a run of unfortunate accidents... working with Willard has made it less stressful and we are confident that are cars will be great when we get them back. Thanks!!

Phyllis and Jay are great. They took care of everything. The work was exceptional, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish.. Hopefully I don't need a bodyshop again, but if I do , its Willard st. collision for sure.

Outstanding service . The front office assists you in navigating through the insurance paperwork, which is extremely helpful and reduces one's stress level. The auto body techs are friendly and experienced. My car,was ready when promised. The owner makes it a point to converse with the costumer in order to make sure the costumer is satisfied.

Had my car repaired here- I initially brought my car to the dealership and they quoted me at 3x the price. The service here is exceptional, the receptionist is so welcoming. I will definitely use them again!

I would recommend Willard St. Collision Auto any time to anyone who wants an excellent job done on their vehicle/s at a fair price. Everyone is so kind and helpful and they get your car back to you as soon as possible. You can't go wrong with Willard St. Collision Auto.

Hard to drive into their lot. But side entrance which had huge potholes during the first visit was mostly repaired two weeks later. They're upfront about their repairs.
