I was in need of a tire for my 2023 Volvo and Howard S. was able to find one and get it for me next day. I took my car in to his location and it was all set in less than 20 minutes. His customer service and willing to help made a stressful situation go away. He is an asset to Town Fair Tire.

What a great experience here! I called had a flat. Brian the sales agent was so honest and helpful. I for sure thought I needed a new tire with the screw I found in my tire. They could have told me I needed a new tire like other places trying to make a buck. Nope just needed a repair for $13 bucks!!! Can't go wrong. Great prices, super friendly honest staff, quick in and out, and I'll be coming back to get new rims and tired on soon.

Great Experience all the time I call or walk in. Johnny from wholesale always friendly and professional. When I arrived to pick up Russ helped me out. And explained to me some good info I didn t know about the tires. Process was quick and precise and pricing is always good and fair. Been coming here personally and business wise for a couple of years already. Thank you Town Fair Tire.

I came in for a wheel balance on 4/10 and Howard did an exceptional job taking care of my services. There were a few underlying issues unbeknownst to me that the employees were able to identify during the service and Howard did a great job at showing them to me and explaining in a way that was comprehendible. This definitely gave me insight on what I needed to do in order to keep my vehicle up to safety standards. Highly recommend!

A family member hit a curb and punctured one of the tires on his father s car. His father would have been very upset. Thankfully Howard was able to confirm he had the tire in stock and with just one hour before closing, put the new tire on and did an alignment. Now the father won t have to know! We really appreciate the fact that Howard at the Quincy location was able to help us out so quickly. Good job Howard!

Drove over a huge screw (Quincy road construction on every single corner, no doubt) and needed a patch. Dropped off my car around 4 pm expecting it not to be looked at until the next day, but they got it patched and ready to go in an hour. Brian and Howard were both super helpful. Affordable fix and solid customer service, hopefully don't have to go back for another fix anytime soon but if I do, I know where I'm going.

I m very impressed with my experience. When I called with a flat tire, Brian by default had said they could look to see if multiple had to be replaced and that he was going to order four in case it was needed. When I got there, we reviewed the tires and he identified that the last tire company I dealt with put the wrong sized tire on my car. He was able to replace all needed tires efficiently and allowed me to keep one tire as an additional spare. Much appreciated and I m pressed with the service

I worked with Howard, who was outstanding.Was a walk in, no appointment. I was able to get right in and up to the desk no issues. Had a leak in a tire that was relatively new, so I was frustrated. They identified the problem quickly (had a screw in the tire).I was told it would be around an hour and a half and was out in 40 minutes. Howard was knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and easy to work with.Had amazing experiences with every TFT location I ve visited. They have a customer for life

Took my car there today for the second time in a year, this time needing a flat tire replaced. Don t normally leave reviews but they have been great both times I ve been there. Mel today was super helpful and kind and everyone I ve encountered there so far has been the same. Normally I feel overwhelmed at car shops but haven t felt that there yet, spacious and comfortable waiting area and fairly quick service times. Would recommend to anyone!

Russell and Howard at Town Fair Tire in Quincy rescued me from what would have been a disaster. They were able to find the one tire that I needed, and installed it on Saturday at 3:30 after another TFT could not deliver what I had requested. Customer service and kindness can be hard to come by. These guys offered both, and went above and beyond to help.

I brought my 2014 Camry in and got an appointment immediately! Russell and I believe his name was Brian, (I m so sorry if that s not his name, he has glasses) were so kind and informative. I get pretty embarrassed knowing nothing about cars but they helped so much and treated me with such respect! I m definitely coming to this specific location every time!

I pulled into the Town Fair with my PSI dropping quickly, and I parked and looked at the tire and saw there was a nail puncturing the tire. I tried to use my own jack and replace the tire with my spare, but I couldn't figure out the Jack. I went inside and was promptly helped by a nice gentleman named Mel, he walked out to the car and looked and said it could likely be patched. After about 20min my tire was repaired and I was able to leave. (See nail photo attached that was sticking out of my tire)Thanks Mel, Thank you Town Fair Tire!

First time to Town Fair after recommendation from friends.. I was more than happy with visiting their location in Quincy.. After being greeted professionally, being helped by Ty, he explained to me what they were going to look for to fix my tire issues.. service was quick and again everything was explained to me what was needed and what they did.. A+ to Ty and all the staff.. I will be a repeat customer and wouldn t hesitate to recommend to friends or family..

I have shopped at this location twice. Once for brand new tires for my old BMW and the second time for Road Force/High Speed balancing.They were able to take me an immediately and complete the job promptly and professionally. Ty was awesome, very friendly, professional and helpful.I was very satisfied with the results, My problem was fixed very quickly and for a competitive price.I would shop at this location and brand in the future for my tire needs.

This Town Fair location has consistently provided great quality service since buying my tires here 4 years ago. Russell made my visit today really easy, despite my late arrival, he got me right in to fix a puncture and tire rotation. Will definitely be my first choice whenever I need service.

Had a doozy of a pothole-popped tire. Called Town Fair Tire in Quincy and spoke to Ty, he confirmed they had a replacement tire in stock and could switch it out for me within the hour. Headed over and was met with a friendly face and speedy service. Thanks Ty!

Great service at TFT in Quincy. Mel was very helpful! Brought me back into the garage to show my tread on my tires and everything. Very quick service, 1 hour for tire replacement and alignment.
