Was able to get a quote for what I needed the same day and got my car fixed up that same week. Prices were the same as everywhere else I checked. However, the staff was friendly, and drop-off/pick-up was easy.

I could not be any happier with my experience at Sullivan Tire. John was the most polite, friendly, and professional auto mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to meet today. John was very thorough in accessing my cars situation - and got my car fixed and ready for same day pickup. Sullivan tire will be my place for all my cars moving forward.

I had a tire punctured while driving and Sullivan Tire was just a few minutes away. John was able to take a look on short notice and offered clear steps on whether he could repair or replace. We ultimately had to replace and they were able to source the tire within a day and have me back on the road. The customer service from John and Matt was excellent. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for my all tires services needs and Jon always greets with a smile and tried to accommodate drop in and scheduled appointments. Also took care of me when he dropped the ball on something mior. the new service manager here is rude and doesn't even try. just lost a loyal customer

We came in for an alignment issue and got an appointment in the week after. Had to come back once the same day and they helped fix the issue. My car was as out aligned and going straight again! The amazing store manager John, the mechanic who picked up the work on my car on the spot and another staff member who scheduled my appt and answered my questions, thank you guys so much for all your help. For someone who knows very little about cars and probably asked a bunch of silly questions, I was treated with respect and professionalism, and I m so happy that we could find a store in our area that we trust.

Used this tire place for decades for all family cars tires needs. They offer sidewall protection which is a must for families with young drivers (and for me!). Helped me out recently on low tire warning and worked me in despite full schedule. It pays to stay local and loyal.

Excellent service and people. We were visiting Boston from Canada and blew a tire on one of Bostons many above ground sewers that weren't. Covered. We called them first thing in the morning and John arranged for us to come in first thing and within the hour he had us booked in and out the door with a new tire. He was so friendly and helpful not to mention excellent service by the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

I had a bubble on one of my tires on Sunday. I thought I had set up an appointment with a sales rep for the next day in the morning. When I arrived for my appointment at 8:30am, the manager Matt said that the appointment was actually for next week on the following Monday. He was actually very professional and polite and said that he had a bunch of cars that were being worked on that day, and that they were short staffed because there were people on his crew that had PTO, but he would try to do his best to complete it on that day. If not, the car would be ready for the Tuesday or Wednesday. He would call me when it was ready. Not ideal, but I understood. True to his word, he actually completed it around 3:30pm on the same day. Because of what Matt did, if I ever need to buy a new set of tires which is inevitable, I will go to Matt and Sullivan Tire in Quincy because of his professionalism and him keeping his word.

AAA suggested I go to Sullivan Tire in Quincy when I got a flat. I spoke with the manager, John McCarty. John provided me with options for tires based on my driving habits and budget. Very easy to talk to. No heavy handed sales pressure. I will do more business here.

The guys who work here are so kind and efficient. Been here more than once but the first time we went we mentioned we were scheduled to have a baby soon they prioritized our car in their booked scheduled and then gifted us the service. They have been just as kind in the subsequent visits even without an impending baby :)

Had an appointment for two weeks, showed up and they told me they don t actually hold appointment times, they said they could hopefully get it done by the end of the day. They know how to take appointments but they do not know how to keep them- they ve lost my business!

I went to the Quincy, MA location twice so far and they have been nothing but AWESOME! John, Matt, & AJ are the people I worked with & they ALL were beyond helpful an friendly. John was super helpful the first time, to the point where he is the reason I went back because I never knew Sullivan's worked on more than just tires. When I went back the second time to have my car rotors checked out an Matt helped me an he made sure to explain to me in detail what work was performed on my vehicle (which was very much appreciated). BEST EXPERIENCE.

The team in Quincy quickly found the problem I was having with the front driver's side wheel, let me know what it was, and had it repaired by the end of the day, including the alignment that was necessary because the issue involved the front wheel. They accidentally overcharged me for the alignment, which I didn't even notice. Still, they later called me to tell me they had overcharged me and returned the overage amount to my credit card. I appreciate both their professionalism and their honesty. I highly recommend giving them your business.

Very impressed with Sullivan Tire s service and courtesy when getting four new tires for my (not young) mother-in-law s Camry. Pricing was excellent, they got her in and out promptly and looked after her so well. Thank you to Matt and the team.

We had a flat tire and the team was so kind and efficient helping us fix it. We were going to take the red T and come back in the afternoon to pick up the car when the fix is done, they actually called us before we got on the T telling us they already started working on it. We are very appreciative of John and Mike and the team's help.

I called to see if I could possibly get an oil change the following day and Jim was very nice on the phone, checking the calendar to see what was possible. He told me they were booked but "things always happen" and I could drop off my car so it would be there in case others cancelled and the schedule opened up. My car was ready a few hours before 5:30pm which was great since I was walking to get it. I always have really great experiences when I bring my car to this location!

I typically don't leave reviews, but this was the most pleasant experience I have had while getting new tires. They price point you up front so you know what you're paying for, and they go above and beyond to be friendly. When I walked in to pick up my car, there was a man screaming and berating the employees, they were nothing but kind and patient towards him, and assisted me in the process.

OMG... They are all good human being here, especially their auto specialists whom I have never met because they are busy working at the back of the shop but have gained my trust after several visits with their abilities and skills in the industry. The auto techs or specialists diagnose your cars and fix it like a champ, sort of like a good doctor to your health.

Mat, the store manager, was phenomenal and helped me out of a bad spot when I needed a tire quickly. We initially agreed that I would just pick up the tire and have the rest done elsewhere because of staffing. When I picked up the tire, though, someone else guaranteed they could have it done by the end of the day, so I canceled my other appointment. I didn't want to overstep what Mat and I discussed, so I told them they didn't have to commit if they weren't sure, but they said they could do it, so I went for it.Unfortunately, they never called me, and when I finally called, they said it must have been forgotten, and the guy I spoke to didn t remember me . They did eventually get the job done and they did it well the next day, but not without some grumbling and reminding me that the original plan was to have it done elsewhere. You ll feel well-cared for if you work just with just Mat. Otherwise, the rest of the team didn t seem too concerned with the customer experience.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Mat, Jim, and John at the front are so friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. My fianc� gets both of our cars serviced here and they always do honest and thorough work for a fair price. They did a great job checking a new car we just bought with their head-to-toe vehicle health check and gave us the necessary proof paperwork so the dealer could make the final repairs they were responsible for post-sale. Jim and Mat set up the appointment for our 100k maintenance and the new car runs great. Thanks Team!!

The first time I went to Sullivan Tire in Quincy it was ten years ago and it was for new tires. I've been going to them ever since for all of my car maintenance needs. The main reason I have been going to this particular Sullivan Tire is John McCarty. From day one, he gained my trust. He has never condescended to me and has always been very honest regarding what service I need and don't need. He's also always happy, friendly and funny! (Actually, everyone at the Quincy location is friendly and nice.) That's why I still go there for service despite having moved out of Quincy several years ago (and despite there being a Sullivan Tire location about a mile from my home).

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when it comes to car s services omg I will be going here for all my car maintenance for sure !!Got a flat tire and boy oohh boy beside the price that was way way cheaper than my dealership I got a warranty for $14 like for real ?!?! However as soon as I stepped in this place it was a very professional service that made me feel so confidential that I felt I was leaving my car in good and trusted people! As a woman you are always afraid to go to any mechanic but please believe me here you will get a good and honest service for sure! Unfortunately I am super bad with names but all the staff who helped me were 5 stars! I do recommend this Sullivan 100%!

Sullivan staff was honest and helpful when I came in with a concern with my tire light. I was referred here from my Mechanic, and feeling relieved with the information I was given and how I was guided to fix the issue my car is having. I spoke with a staff who had insight on my Subaru vehicle and he was able to advise me to call the customer service line and what to ask for inregards to my vehicle. I will go back when I need new tires and any other issues that may come up if my mechanic (Donovan's in Quincy) is not able to help me

There was a slight mishap with the original tire put in for my flat and not the exact one I needed. John was very understanding and sprung into action getting the correct tire in a few days later and squeezed me in to get the tire put back on quick. Great service and communication. Their policy is treat all Customers like they are members of our family and I felt that type of service.Thanks again !
