The worst guy in the world he hit me while i was in my friends car I didn't realize at that moment i would be in oain ended up aith whip lash missed over 2 weeks of work now and he made a deal with my friend but said to me i was going 3 miles an hour and im sorry 3 miles and hour doesnt do this. He admitted to being in the wrong made it right with her but let me just hang. Now my friend is nervous about me using her car to make money in a hard time in my life. So thankyou so much Jeri real solid guy not.

Every time I gotten into a accident, I take my car to Gerry. Best of the best. He always makes sure I understand what he does and goes above and beyond.

Gerry is a great guy and his team are excellent. 100 percent recommend and would go back again if need be. While my car had a few additional problems after the initial repair (it went in for extensive front end damage), Gerry had no problem taking an additional look at it and fixing whatever the problem was after the fact. Great service. Gerry is also very responsive and always gets back to you. He took care of everything for me, dealing with the insurance companies, rental companies, etc.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Your car will be given away without your permission with belongings/plates still with it. Jerry seems nice and truthful at first but he will do shady things behind your back. He is rude and will give you attitude once questioned. Save your time and don't go to this clown. Even though he's been doing business for 27 years he clearly doesn't know the laws - he ll talk down to you and assume things. Save the stress and go to someone who wont just give your car away without your permission/knowledge. I will NEVER be going here again and will be sure to let everyone know how unprofessional/ sketchy this place is.

If you need literally anything collision or mechanic related, do not call anybody before you call South Shore. Jerry is the man when it comes to any and everything car related. 10/10 recommend him to EVERYBODY I know

It was a bad winter for me, my wife and my sister. My sister's car was parked when a guy backed into her 09 Chevy Malibu. It is a very sharp car with shiny blue paint and fancy wheels. It has very low miles and a is her pride and Joy. My cousin recommended SS, so I took it there. I liked Gerry and left car with him. The car came back looking new. He touched up (cant notice) a couple of good sized scratches, washed the car and cleaned the interior, the car looked amazing. Only thing better was the big smile on my sister faceNext while travelling to store in Feb 12 snow storm a tree fell on roof of 06 CR-V while moving. The roof was smashed as was windshield. Its an older car that was purchased new, is great in snow (awd) and perfect for lab and border collie's daily park runs. I really wanted keep the car but thought it was toast. Gerry worked with the appraiser and fixed the car leaving it looking like it was never hit. A few days later I noticed that the satellite radio was not getting reception. I Called Gerry Jr., and as someone who is always anticipating a problem with car guys, I was very surprised and please when he said "come on by. we'll take care of that while you wait. 10 minutes later the dogs and I were grooving with the temptations on cloud nine.finally my wife was hit driving my car, which is a total loss. the insurance company offered a low price but Mark (gerrys other son) had researched the car om NADA, which allowed me to be better informed while negotiating with company. I was pleased with the final amount, but not looking forward to car shopping. Gerry has offered to find the car I want at auction. I cant imagine anyone finding fault with the service I received and I'm just some Bozo off the bus.Mike McDonough

These guys were chefs kiss Not only did they go above an beyond to get me into a rental, they had my car looking like it was brand new off the lot! Absolutely will be back if need be! This was the best, quick, and easiest experiance I have ever had getting my car fixed. Great service, Great work, easy to deal with and I couldnt be any happier with making the decision to get my car fixed here.... I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. :)

I've taken my car in to South Shore Collision several times now, and each time is very fast, friendly and professional service. They are always able to handle the problem without issue and explain to me what happened and how to prevent future issues.
