Had a fantastic experience working with Marianne at Quirk Mazda. Marianne was knowledgeable, friendly and offered just the right amount of options during the purchase of the car without being pushy. I felt well informed and in control of my purchasing experience working with her. I walked into the dealership an hour and half before closing to test drive the car I wanted, and left having purchased that car the same evening. On top of speedy check out experience, the price was also right. I reached out to several other dealerships and was offered the best price at Quirk Mazda, which is why I went there in the first place. I am very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend.

Marianne at Quirk Mazda made my experience today great. She listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make a deal happen! My favorite part of the experience was only dealing with Marianne through the entire process so there wasn t all kinds of back and forth then meeting with finance after it was all done at the same time! I had a fantastic experience at Quirk Mazda. Marianne was my salesperson and she made the whole process stress free. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Marianne was transparent. I knew everything about my purchase and she gave me more than I asked for off the price. Almost seemed too easy. I will definitely be recommending Marianne and Quirk to my friends and family!

Marianne was our salesperson for our CX-5. She was phenomenal! This was my best and easiest car buying experience. The deal was made primarily through texts and email. Marianne was responsive to all of my questions. Once we had a deal, the car was ready the next day! We met when she handed us the keys. The only time we were in the dealership was spent setting up the Mazda app.

Marianne was super helpful over at Mazda. As was Derek who showed us the different models and did some test drives with us. At no point did I feel like I was stuck at the dealership, or being tricked or lied to about pricing and incentives or given the run-around - which I have experienced at many other dealerships. Marianne was super responsive and straight up about the deal and the paperwork was all done remotely online, from my own home. It was the easiest car leasing experience I have ever had. So excited about my new Mazda, too.

Marianne made the whole car leasing process easy. Once we decided we wanted a Mazda we reached out to a few different dealers and Marianne offered substantially better terms. She basically handled everything and we just had to sign the paperwork. I highly recommend Marianne, she is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I asked them to change the wipers, change one tire and troubleshoot the engine. I came back a week later(7 days) and the one single tire wasn't changed so I had to wait there. The wipers are the wrong size. And I was charged for service on the engine when my car is still under manufacturer warranty.Customer service was also not on point. After dropping my car off on a Thursday I was told by Michael he'll call me on Friday with an update. No call from Michael on Friday so I called back on Saturday. After speaking to Michael on Saturday he said he would call me on Monday but never did. Knowing that I would not be getting any updates over the phone I drove there in person on Thursday the following week to find out the lack of competency mentioned above.Edit: added a photo of the wipers. Apparently they charged me for two and only replaced the one with the wrong size.Edit#2: added a photo where the warranty says parts and labor is covered.

Yesterday I leased a Mazda CX-5 from Marianne and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. There was no pressure and Marianne gave me payment options on multiple cars so I could find something that worked for me. I really appreciate how thoroughly everything was explained and Marianne went above and beyond to get me my car quickly. I strongly recommend Marianne and Quirk Mazda to anyone looking for a new car!

My experience at Quirk was quite abysmal. I went in trying to inquire pricing on a 2024 CX-5. I went to the front desk and had asked about speaking with someone. I was told to sit and someone would be with me. After 10 minutes of waiting I still had not been seen. I then said something to the front desk because of this.Once I had said something someone came over unfortunately I don't remember there name however it was male tall and bald. As they were completely disrespectful and prejudice. I had given the run down of what I was looking for and if they could run numbers. Not once was I asked how much money I would put down, if I was financing or even leasing.The Sales rep returned with chicken scratch to show us numbers however they showed no real discount on price or an effort to want my business. I then stated I was disrespected because I was not being taken seriously. I then asked to re run numbers with money down however this sales rep had no true interest in wanting my business. I was told the Mazda is a "boutique" dealership and they don't offer discounts the way other manufactures do. That Quirk is lucky to sell 100 cars a month at this dealership.I then went to leave and he tried to use the old the car may not be here next week on us. Which little did he know we had better pricing from a dealership that really wanted our business. It was not until then that he tried to show an ounce of wanting our business.This experience has made me never want to go to a single Quirk dealership ever again. THIS WAS AT 2:25 On 3/1/24 AND THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DEALERSHIP.

A little over a month ago I brought my 2018 CX-5 in for an oil change, and accidentally traded it in for a brand new 2024 Turbo Premium CX-5! Saw the car outside while I was in the waiting room, and it peaked my interest so I asked a sales rep about it. It was the new quartz model and I hadn t seen that color option yet. Within minutes I was test driving a different one since the one I saw was being sold that day. Met up with Victor C. after and he walked me through the paperwork and let me in on some of the promotional deals they were having. He was very fair and patient, and made me an offer I couldn t refuse. I told him where I wanted my car payment and trade-in to be, and he worked with me on it. Bought it on the spot and the car wasn t even there! It was getting delivered the following week. When I went to pick it up after work one day, the staff there stayed late with me to get the remote start and CarPlay setup for my device. Really can t say enough good things about the service department. They do great work and are all very friendly and personable. Kim is awesome, too! Been going there for years, and glad to be able to keep going.

Got our white cx-5 Mazda from here. We didn't take extended care for the first year but they did first oil change free. Buying cars in Massachusetts is expensive due to the excise tax that we have to pay for cars. The newer cars have very high excise tax which needs to be paid to the town that you purchase car at. Experience with the customer rep was great, no complaints. They also helped us with the license plate and registration which saved some time. We were able to pick the car very soon. Purchased the car in sep2023.

Went in for an oil change, & to check why the maintenance light came on? Turned out, the spark plugs were miss firing, and they stated I needed new front brakes & rotors. Wasn't prepared for all that, but I bought my car new from them 8 years ago, so I do trust them. Friendly staff, love my Mazda

I went to this Mazda dealership excited and ready to sign to lease a car. After getting a quote on the phone from one of the salesman Carston, that included taxes and fees (which I specifically called out over phone and was important to include in my quote), I headed straight to the dealership and I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude from him the moment my friend and I walked in. Clearly not taking my business seriously, when I was finally able to get his attention and sit down and talk through the quote, he completely backtracked on what he had originally told me and said that he never included taxes and fees in his phone quote. He said all this in such a belittling and rude manner, speaking to me as if I was dumb and didn t understand how the numbers work as he so smuggly told me as if I don t know how car leases work. Was ready to sign on the spot but his rude attitude and lack of professional integrity lost my business. Drove straight to the IRA Mazda dealership in Norwood where I was welcomed kindly and not spoken to like I was beneath them. And guess who got my business that day for a new car? Not Carston from the Quirk dealership. Save your time and energy and please do not go to

I came into the Quirk Mazda Dealership this past Sunday afternoon, and I am beyond grateful I did. 5/5 customer service. I had a lot to learn regarding leasing and buying a vehicle and Victor Cirino was a beyond stellar, professional, educated, and transparent employee to work with. He truly cares about the best option FOR YOU. What you are able to afford, what you want to drive, and what makes the most logical sense. Victor made it easy to say yes. I had full faith I was being led in the right direction with full transparency and integrity. Once my deal was made Victor had me in my new vehicle LESS THAN 24 hrs later. He was prompt and efficient with his time- not over promising and definitely not under delivering. The day I picked up my car, he again showed 10/10 professionalism and empathy. He explained every feature of my new vehicle.I am extremely pleased with the customer service and true integrity here at Quirk Mazda. Needed help to add new phone to my Mazda Bluetooth. Was told to make an appointment? It was too many steps to convey over the phone? I watch a video, which had 5 steps and did it myself. They need a better customer service department!!

I had a great experience at Quirk thanks to Rachel's accommodation! Despite a minor financial hiccup, Rachel was able to help me get my paperwork done and made sure that whatever solution I settled on was the most convenient for me. She also communicated with me frequently on the status of my car and the paperwork. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and my dealership choice! I will gladly recommend Quirk to anyone I know who is interested in buying a vehicle.

I have had the worst experience when car shopping in the past, so of course I assumed I would have the same experience here......was I sooooo wrong! I can't express enough my gratitude for my salesman Anthony Valdez, who literally made this the most pleasant and seamless process ever! He was courteous, patient, and kind, and took his time explaining everything to me ensuring I understood the entire process step by step. I could not have asked for a better person and I am so glad I got to work with him!Picking up my car was also just a great experience!!! I had the pleasure of being helped by Josh who not only showed me all the cool features my car has, but took the time to answer all my questions, programmed my phone to my car, and made sure I had no additional questions but told me if I did call him and he'd be happy to help anytime!!! These 2 staff made this such a great experience and I will definitely be recommending any of my friends who are looking for cars to them!! My car's water temperature never came up after driving for 2 hours, and it continued to drop when driving on the highway. So I went over to ask what the problem was and was told that it was normal. I was very curious, shouldn't the temperature be in the middle when driving the car? Just say it's normal without getting tested.

Cannot say enough good things about the employees here! This wasn't the typical experience I've had at a car dealership, where the sales team is pushy and trying to get you to buy at a markup.The Quirk team (specifically Anthony & Nami) were extremely kind, professional, and truly working to earn my business. They made me feel like a valued customer, and when I decided to move forward with leasing a new car from them, they had me in my new car within an hour. I would recommend anyone to them!
