I came to have my heat fixed, my car was there all day (9am - 5pm) but they did not fix the heat. The troubling problem is that I had my heating and cooling systems replaced at the same dealership no more than 5 -6 months ago.

Have multiple ford vehicles in my fleet, Quirk Ford in Quincy has a fantastic service department. I ve worked with both Chris and Brian, both were great. Even the advisor who helped me when both were gone was top notch. Highly recommend!

Great customer service !It is so helpful when you get reminder dates for servicing your car, sticker time updates too. So my car is 4 years old and in great condition as I kept up all my servicing done at Ford in Quincy where I bought it. A Ford Fusion

Took my Chevy for an Inspection sticker. As with all the folks at Quirk I have dealt with these past 40 years or so, great bunch. Had my Chevy in for an oil change earlier in the month and it never occurred to me.

Dropped off Ford Edge earlier than the appointment date and the service department asked me to explain the problem. He said he thought he knew what it was. He came out and inspected the vehicle personally. He called over one of the mechanics and the mechanics put it up on a lift and reconnected a clamp that had come loose on the turbo. They cleared the codes, took it for a test drive and resolved the problems within 45 minutes. They went above and beyond.Service: Engine repair

Quirk Ford does not service Ford's over 10yrs old! Of course that's told AFTER i came in for my appointment.
