I've dealt with this Napa through my job and for my personal needs/wants. The drivers are friendly and the parts are quality. Customer service is great; I've been in a pickle a few times and they've always pulled through!

Recently my car took a dump around the corner from these guys in the parking lot of the ice cream joint down the street (Frozen Freddies). In an attempt to avoid calling AAA, I stopped in here to get some advice and satisfy my own rookie suspicions. They listened to my story/analysis and narrowed it down to two issues based on my story (and they were right). They offered advice and I used their battery tester which proved further that they were correct in their diagnosis. Very helpful. Very friendly.To be clear - I spent absolutely zero dollars here but got treated like I had a fleet account that was decades old.Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of using NAPA to repair my 1998 Toyota Cummer, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns.The staff at this auto parts store were incredibly helpful in finding the right parts for my car, and they even took the time to explain the different options I had available to me. They made sure to get me the best deal possible, and they were even able to get the parts to me in a timely manner, despite the fact that my car is an older model.The staff at this auto parts store were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of car parts or repairs, and I will definitely be returning in the future for any of my automotive needs.

Extremely warm service people. Might not be the fanciest shop, but they treat their customers like family. They gave me a lift home after I purchased a battery and stayed till they knew everything was going to work out okay. It didn't, so they gave me a lift to a nearby competitor so I could pick up a part they didn't have in their shop, then drove me back to my house. Everything worked out great in the end. Work ethics like these is extremely hard to find these days!

Everytime i go never have nothing i need get treated like my money is not worth anything or maybe it s because i look arabic because of my beard place is trash dont bother going here was told they *independent i couslnt return a part i bought from brighton napa!!

Arrived prepared to buy a tool to fix something on my car myself, but instead Michael insisted on fixing it himself for no charge at all.Since then, my boyfriend has gone their asking for advice for different parts and such, and everyone has always been so helpful and knowledgeable with helping us find the right parts for our vehicles

South shore flagship Napa store. Get the right parts or tools the first time. Extensive plow parts. Last place that makes hydraulic hoses around here. Ask for the round man and tell him I sent you for a special discount.

I went in to grab a rear windshield wiper for my SUV and Steve was a great help. He got the part for me quickly and even put it on for me. Will be back!

Facility is small but stocked with the essentials. While the staff are very knowledgeable, they get distracted by the constantly ringing phones which can slow you down at the register.

The place looks like a broken down shed. Went in there to get an air filter and a washer for my car and they sold me the wrong size.
