I received excellent service from this mechanic. They were thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. They accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, and their pricing was fair. the service was professional and courtesy. the vehicle received a full and comprehesive inspection the description of which was provided in full detail. this enabled me to determine which repairs were necessary and why along with the associated costs. all work was performed and completed in one day! i will be bringing my vehicle back in the future for maintenance and any repairs

Called 10 place to look at a tire leak everywhere said appointments priority and minimum hour wait. Meineke Quincy said come on down we will look at it right away. After 20 mins with the car on the lift searching for the screw they found it patched it and told me it was free! Customer service top notch will definitely be back and references others. Great job.

I always bring my car to Chris and same for my husband with his truck. Chris is a professional with years of knowledge. Most of all he is honest and detailed about any repairs. We recommend him 100% and would never take our vehicles anywhere else. We are lucky to have him in Quincy.

Very nice atmosphere while waiting. Coffee (the good kind) and water. The owners are awesome people and mechanic was great with my car. I went in for an oil change and left a happy customer. I will be back for my oil changes and possibly other things I may need in the future. I didn't go in for diagnostic but doing the oil change the mechanic noticed 2 issues I was having. No up sell here. They gave me the print outs with my receipt & we disused how I know a mechanic so they advised to do it soon. The printouts told me why it is important to fix. I chose Meineke because I wanted more than just the 20 minute in-and-out oil change service you get elsewhere. On top of that, I had a coupon which made them a better deal than other service centers. They provided myself and my son a warm and welcoming place to wait, and even showed us the cool cars in the back of the shop.

The owner Chris has years of experience to evaluate your concern of your car repair. That said the team works to get the job done. Goes over cost and parts needed. I left there confident my car was repaired correctly and confident I could return there for future concerns regarding my vehicle. Thanks Chris and team.

I had a good experience. They were very professional. The person on the phone was very nice. The price was better than most places for a synthetic oil change as well. I will go back again.

Ever since I stumbled upon this hidden gem I haven t had to look for service elsewhere. The folks here are knowledgeable, reasonable, and trust worthy.I have been bringing my fleet here for a little over a year now and I m always impressed at their expertise and customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

Be prepared to wait or call back to see if they are done with your car. The servicing was good. If they were proactive on the Communication, would have been a 5/5

Not happy with my experience since I paid $2000 to fix my muffler which was more than I paid for my 2001 Camry.Although they gave fast service they did not offer any less expensive solutions.I CANNOT recommend Meineke

All I asked for was an oil change, it must be full service here because I see my wheel has been taken off. Not much area for parking, make a schedule online before you come, if you are dropping off a car ot seems like they will work with you. You can most likely find a coupon online so you're not paying $50+ for a tube and lube. There's definitely a bit of things that they do your car when you go there I was here for an oil change and was here for legit an hour and it looks like the recommended items to fix on my car are a list of things that come out to 1600 $1,600 1600 they asked me if I want to take care of any of the items today I almost paid 6995 for an oil change but you got to read the fight fine print on the coupons I almost paid almost $70 for an oil change luckily the coupon wording with clear enough that I got an oil change for almost $30 still expensive but it does the job thank you for your help you're interested in being successful, experiencing professional growth, and achieving excellence here at Meineke

This meineke is very convenient and the people are always nice and friendly and they fit me in with basically a drive up. However it took longer than they said it would, although I'm not sure exactly how long because they didn't call me to tell me my car was ready so I walked down on my own and it was ready and waiting. Wouldn't have been a big deal except that I had somewhere to be and I ended up being pretty late in part because I was waiting for a call.Service: Tires

Meineke made my oil changing experience a great one! From the moment I walked in the door Christine greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel at home. People here are knowledgeable. I went in for a brake pad check (30k mi and haven't got checked till date). Techinician Chris did walk me in through the car to show me that the brakes are good and doesnt need to be changed in near time. Appreciate their Frank behaviour. He also referred me to Ford for Unusual tire thread wear issue in my car. Awesome place

Would have given 5 but had to B wait as online appointments displayed times that shouldn t have been there. As for the woman at the front - awesome as well as the the manager or owner (not sure what his position is)
