Lou's in Brockton, Ma.gave me the best service, and they were done in 45 minutes. On a Friday night, too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service at a fair price.

Love this place! My family has been going there for years with various problems with my Subarus. They are always very quick fast honest and do a fantastic job. Super straight shooters. They also allow you to bring your own parts if it's going to save you money or them hassle.

I've brought a total of 3 cars here for deletes and installs. Welds on everything has held wonderfully. I will always recommend these guys. Great service too

My Ford Edge suddenly sounded like a hot rod so I knew there was an issue. I talked to a couple friends and we all seemed to agree it was an issue with the flex pipe. I called Lou s, they were able to fit me in that very day and had the job done in less than 1.5 hours. Very fair price, great customer service, and even better work/labor. Couldn t be more pleased with them and will recommend them to everyone!Service: Exhaust

Everyone hates bringing their car in for service and then you get the call saying "you're gonna need a muffler shop...". However, Lou's is fantastic, efficient, clear with their repairs, fast and not that expensive. Years ago they fixed something in my car that saved me thousands. This time around they did it and in only a couple hours. That's phenomenal service.

My son took his van to get an exhaust bolt changed. The guy wanted to charge $250 just to take out the old broken bolt and put in the replacement bolt that I had already purchased. He also wanted me to leave my van and said it was going to take 2 hours to swap the bolt. He didn t even take a look at the van to see what he was dealing with. This guy is insane, outrageously ridiculous. The other mechanic was only charging me $50 to do it but he was booked. My advice to others don t go there and shop around first for prices before you settled

Had a Flowmaster 40 installed and resignator delete on 2022 5.7 RAM 1500. Sounds awesome and the work was done quickly. Staff is professional. All around a top notch exhust shop.

Most of their service is good, but I did not have a good experience of having my brakes done. They gave back my car without even telling me that they had not done the parking brake, which didn't work at all, then they refused to honor my next two appointments.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had an amazing experience at Lou s custom exhaust in Quincy. I stopped there today in desperate need of help. My check engine light was on and my car was over heating. I was trying to make it home which was another 40 minutes away. I was unfamiliar with the area and I was all alone. I was unable to drive my car and I pulled into Lou s custom exhaust looking for some help. I had no idea what was wrong with it, but a very nice mechanic came out to help me. He told me my water pump was broken and my belt was totally gone. It had snapped off. He was so helpful and offered me many options. He was pretty busy that day but I m a young girl and I was all alone. He ordered the parts and took time out of his busy day to help me. I am so incredibly grateful that he was able to fix it up for me in only a few hours. He was such a life saver!! Being a young girl alone in an unfamiliar city with a basically broken car and no one to turn to is definitely scary. I am so thankful that he was able to help me in a last minute situation. He was so kind and caring. It is definitely refreshing to see kindness like this from strangers. I will absolutely be recommending Lou s custom exhaust to everyone!! I couldn t thank him enough. It was a great experience.

Dont go here! I was there today on November 26, 2022 for the clear oil undercoat treatment. I told the guy with the beard three different times that I wanted the clear oil and of course they didn t listen. They put the black coating under there that turns into plastic and literally does nothing to protect your truck. when I called and asked why, they didn t have an answer for me just a lot of uhhhhhhhhs and ohhhhs. $280.00 down the drain.

Went in and got a reasonable quote for a performance muffler on my silverado. Made appt for next morning. Dropped off at 9, picked up by 11. Sounds great, no complaints.

Always professional, courteous, and prompt service. Very knowledgeable team. They have helped me save considerable money with repair options and suggestions. They have also installed brake rotors and pads for us as well. Definitely a shop I trust and they stand behind their warrantied work.

Brought my car in for a new exhaust and also asked them to look at a 2nd issue. They replaced the exhaust same day. They looked into the 2nd issue and ruled out what they could...but told me it wasn't their specialty. I appreciate their honesty rather than just replacing random things.

The guys here are very friendly and helpful. There was a crack in my exhaust and they were able to let me know the extent of the damage in under 5 mins. Repair was done quickly, under 45 mins and very affordable. Would definitely recommend others to get their exhaust work done here.

Had a leak/crack in my exhaust. This was hands down the easiest, quickest experience I've ever had with car repair. Dropped my car off after hours, they called the next morning to tell me what needed to be fixed, they called back about a half hour later and it was done. Paid online. 180 bucks and my car doesn't sound like a dirt bike anymore. Can't suggest them enough!

It happened last year(Quincy location) I had an exhaust leak on my car, went there to repair coz there was no waiting line n it was rated 4+stars online. They try to rip me off by saying I had a hole on my exhaust n need a few hours to fix it n labor was 200+ plus parts. I was gonna do it but after i told him I need to schedule a time to come back coz I didn't want to spend a few hours waiting. Then they said they will get it done in 15 minutes, I was thinking a few hours to 15 minutes? Something must be up. So I lefted n went to another shop find out it was only a small crack n can be sealed up really quick n only cost me 35 dollars. I would not recommend this shop because no honesty.Service: Exhaust

Broke a flange, called the Lou s in Quincy. Super nice guy took the car right in checked it out while I ran to Dunkin a street over. Called me and suggested just a weld over an expensive fix, and was finished by the time I got back.This is the place you go when your exhaust breaks and you don t want to pay for a super expensive fix. Great guys that do good work.

I had a small leak in my exhaust system and I stopped in at Lou's. It was lunch time and I interrupted the staff. They said no problem ,diagnosed my problem,welded my small leak and was on my way in less then a 1/2 hour. Great service and a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Awsum service I didn't even have n appointment , needed my car looked @ was told as soon as they had a lift available they would bring it in n look @ it. Very friendly n polite staff looked @ my car told me what I needed I asked how much was told a price.I asked do u take credit n he told me yes n I said go ahead, waited while work was done which didn't take 2 long @ all . I'm very pleased n happy with work n price, especially when I shopped round n every 1 else wanted double. Thks Lou's Custom Exhaust uve earned my loyalty.

I went to a chain store who told me I needed a full exhaust system for almost $700.00. The shop manager looked at my car himself and said it only needed a muffler and something repaired up front. The total cost was $230.00 and they even gave me a 2 year warranty! Thank you to these people, a true hidden gem in Quincy!Sara

Lou's is the only place for automotive exhaust work.My GF's car was rear ended and the exhaust hangers broke in the collision. I took it to Lou's in Quincy, and they took excellent care of the car. I didn't have an appointment, and didn't even bother to call ahead, but they brought the car in right away and put it up on the lift. They inspected the car and told me they could create all new hangers, while saving the factory exhaust system, and saving me money in the process. The work was fast and of a very high quality.I would recommend Lou's Quincy location for any exhaust related work. From high performance upgrades to repair of factory systems these guys can do it all!
