Ive been in the auto repair industry my entire life which has made me a picky customer when it comes to my shop of preference and believe me when I say you will not find better than John and his crew, every single one of them provide amazing communication, excellent repair service, honest suggestions, quality parts replacement and fast turn arounds. I refuse to go any where else and you should too, 5 stars all the way, thank you for all your help and great service to all at JF Auto

Honest! As a person who knows very little about cars it's great to know that I can trust this shop to do honest, quality work. I actually drive by many other auto shops to take my vehicle to them.The only place that I will go.

Do you know how AMPED I am when I walk in to a shop FULL of cars and ask you guys look too busy for an inspection right? And a woman mechanic confidently walks up to me and says she can take me in five minutes !?!? Omg. I m so happy rn. Left a shop yesterday where I got an extreme form of the usual men being the worst. I saw two women working in this shop so far alongside their male coworkers and LET ME TELL YOU it s a whole different vibe than other shops you ve been to.Listen, women make stuff run. This place has 6 full bays, a lot full of 20 packed cars, and took me for an inspection in five minutes. The guy yesterday at School Street Auto had all empty bays and was so put out he had to stop doing nothing to help me I thought he might throw a tantrum. This place is bada$$.

Short review: They are the best service I've ever gotten! 5/5 stars. Will be going here for the rest of my life.Long review: I recently moved to Quincy, and needed to pick a new place for oil changes, auto repair, etc. I initially scheduled an appointment with a nearby Ford dealership, and they were going to rip me off! They also took forever just to schedule an appointment. I literally walked away from the dealership, and gave these guys a call.They were able to see me within a few hours. They were quick, courteous, and cheap! Really can't get any better. I paid less than $30 for an oil change. They were also proactive and recommended to get a (much needed) tire rotation, and reminded me of maintenance coming up. They were not pushy, very polite, and excellent at communication. I truly appreciate how good they are.

J.F. Auto is my neighborhood shop and John is extremely good at his job. He explains things to you, helps you save money, and is quick. If he can t do it he ll send you to someone who can. Truly what more could you want in a skilled mechanic? His daughter runs the door which I also love. I only have excellent things to say about this shop and I m just so happy they re close by with really great costumer service. 5 stars. Will return.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very fair price. Clean work areas.honest and helpful got my sticker and the found the little noise was loose lug nut ant she tightened them up and gave the name of a local transmission shop to check the fluids levels...

JF is great. We use them for all of our service needs, everything from an oil change or inspection to anything more significant. They're always very timely, communicate extremely well and charge very reasonable prices. I was recently in for repairs to my 17 year old Jeep, they got it back running like new in no time at all.

On June 8, 2021, I ran over a curb and damaged one of my tires. I was at the Stop & Shop on Southern Artery. After shopping I noticed the tire was low and probably should not drive until it had been pumped up. I had a pump in my car, so I pumped it up went on my way. Shortly the low-pressure tire light came on. At this point I knew that I had a problem.I tried several tire repair shops, but they did not have the replacement tire in stock. My girlfriend suggested going to her mechanic, John to see if he could put the spare on. We drove over to Super Petroleum and Stacia was outside, and I told her I had a tire with a slow leak and wondered if they could put my spare on. She drove my car into the bay and she and John started work on changing the tire. John found the leak in the sidewall and told me I needed a new tire. John said he could order a new tire and would put the spare on so I could drive home. I was very pleased with having the spare tire put on quickly and agreed to have John order a new tire and which he said it would be in the next day. I left my car at the station the next morning and asked Stacia to give me a call when the work was done. I received a call in the afternoon that the car was ready around 3. My girlfriend drove me over to pick the car. I was completely satisfied on how quickly and easy my situation was taken care of. John and company took all the stress out of the situation for me. Extremely very pleased how everything worked out. JF Auto Care is accommodating, cares about its customers, and does a great job.Service: Tires

First and Foremost, JF Auto is far more than a simple part changing location as indicated by a previous posting. John is probably the most trustworthy auto technician (and shop owner) I have met so far. Speaking from vehicle service as well as employment (previously worked for John), I have first hand experience on who is who. I have worked at two other MAJOR auto repair chains in Quincy, and JF Auto is by far the most honest and capable. Flat rate timing is not of an importance here. Customer satisfaction and trust is. John is a good guy, and is very knowledgeable when it comes dealing with quality work and client satisfaction. Part changing is easy, but JF Auto knows that understanding how to fully diagnose vehicular problems while systematically alleviating further discrepancies is imperative in the repair industry.

I'm a big fan of John's. I trust him to do what needs to get done. He doesn't try to upsell me or do work that I don't really need. He actually cares about his customers and has a great work ethic. Over the 18 years I've been taking my cars to him, I've recommended him countless times. He goes the extra mile and his prices are very fair.

I've brought all my cars to JF Auto Care and they have never done me wrong. They always call before doing any work and always got the work done on time and if there were any delays they would always call. Their prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent. As long as I live in the area I will always being my cars here.

John & his crew are the BEST available, honest, and reasonable when it comes to maintenance & repair suggestions and expenses. Always in the lookout to make sure my car is running the best possible way, any season. They ve kept my 2004 Chevy Suburban going for 200,000+ miles!!

When your mechanic tells you not to waste your money on this or that repair, he's a keeper. And they're good people - down to earth, no ego and very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off service. Lastly there is no hesitation on their part to recommend other mechanics when certain repairs are not in their wheelhouse.

Wonderful neighborly service station , only been here twice since moving to houghs neck ...both times very impressedI had an emergency tire problem , they took care of me immediately , almost half the cost of what the station up the street quoted me when I accidentally called them as my smart phone thought I was near them.I would absolutely go back to this station , very friendly and neighborly, good service and they are reasonable prices
