I never do reviews, but this place deserves it....This place is great, Alvin is top notch and knows everything about BMW, and probably other cars, since i saw some other vehicles come into the repair bay. Beside that, Russ is awesome, always remembers my name, it means a lot, outstanding customer service, the prices are fair. If you aren't under warranty with BMW this place wiil save you a fortune and be just as legit. I drive kinda far to go there for anything I need.

They messed up a simple maintenance service and they refused to make any effort in customer service. They re nice until there s a problemI paid $361 for simple maintenance service with $216 labor. In the report, they said they corrected the tire pressure. However, the next morning I got the tire pressure alert, both front tires were 41 and both back tires were 35. They apparently made a mistake. I texted Russ with a photo of my car s alert right at the moment.A few days later, Russ offered to adjust the pressure if I bring my car back, but it doesn t make sense to me to take at least 30 min out of my day to fix the mistake they made. I d rather to go to a gas station nearby and fix it myself. He was respectful at first until I told him I don t want to waste 30min and he should refund me the labor on the part they messed up. He started to accuse me lying about the tire pressure and say I m just there for the money. Oh well he did offer me $8 off for next service. I told him I m okay with $10 because I need $2 for gas station air. He just lost it. Really??? I m there for $10??I was looking for a solution that d work for both of us. Because I felt unfair that I had to deal with this after I paid for the service, and he s just so DISRESPECTFUL to meTo be fair, at the beginning, Russ did seem nice. He squeezed my appointment in and explained in details about the issues my car has. But it s not worth the trouble and disrespect at all Update: the owner Alvin called me back and apologized. I do appreciate the follow up and apology upfront

Have been servicing my 20+ year old BMW at Import Autoworks for many years. Alvin, Rus and the other tech always give great service, explain everything very well, offer choices on repairs and replacements when they can and have very fair prices. Highly recommend them to any BMW owner.

Best place to have your BMW serviced. Been coming to IA for years w my 2010 550i M Sport. Alvin and team have decades of experience and Russ does a great job of communicating and discussing needed repairs. This is THE place to go for BMW service and upkeep in eastern MA. Heard great things about the crew ahead of time (just moved back up to MA from NJ) and was not disappointed. Russel is a BMW whisperer - able to diagnose and get my E89 Z4 3.5i back quickly and also great at explaining the unique features of the vehicles maintenance needs. Also spot on with replacement tire selection - ride is perfect. Support this business - true enthusiasts and prices are very reasonable.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Had tail light bulbs replaced on two separate occasions left and right lights went out. It was quick and painless (on the wallet) very nice staff and knowledgeable on other things pertaining to BMW. Will definitely stop back in if other services are needed

Excellent experience...the cost for the work completed on my car was actually less than the estimate I was given. When does that happen? Very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. This was my 1st time using this auto repair shop. I will definitely use them again...and would recommend them without hesitation.

In for an oil change yesterday. Russ and Alvin run a great shop. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair with a passion for performance vehicles makes it a pleasure doing business with them. I d rather be here than a dealership any day!

Russ and his crew alway dip an excellent job servicing my car. They don t try to up charge me, and if there is ever a problem or a question, it is addressed immediately and professionally. A great alternative to taking my car to the dealer for very expensive repairs

This is my 3rd or 4th time bringing my vehicle there. So far my experience has been excellent! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs have been done correctly and at a fair price. I highly recommend Import Autowerks.

I took my car here thinking something was wrong. After they checked it out, they informed me there was nothing wrong with it. Instead of making me feel stupid, they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be going back for all my auto needs.

Have been with these guys since day 1 they opened shop and had gone through multiple vehicles with these folks. It s such a crucial key to have a good mechanical team to support your back and does NOT inflate the price/cost like a dealership would and yet still A+++ services & results. Alvin and his team know what they are doing and are definitely critical problem solvers!

Nothing but love for them and the work they ve been doing to my bmw really appreciate the hard work and time the put in to make sure everything is all set. They really went above and beyond for me the first time i brought my car to them with the timing chain issue I ll never forget it. Definitely will continue to come back here. I've been with Alvin and Import AutoWerks for many years now, and just visited their new location in Quincy, which is super spacious, comfy chairs, TV etc. To me, trust is one of the top priorities when choosing your mechanic, and it was easy for me to trust Alvin and his team from day one. You can tell they are hard working, honest and that they care about best service for you and your car. Don't hesitate to take your car here. Best people, best service!

I was recommended to Import AutoWerks by a family friend and couldn t have been happier with the service there. If I could give zero stars I would.I called and left a voice message. I shortly received an email telling me their telephone systems were down.Somebody reached out via email asking for my VIN#, which I provided. Ever since then radio silence for the last 3 weeks.I will never reach out to an unresponsive repair shop such as Import Auto Werks ever again.
