Edwin and the guys at Champion are top notch . I test drove a beautiful WRX at 10:30 am and by 4 the same day I had completed the deal and was driving it home, and with negotiating a trade for my motorcycle. There was no stress or pressure, Edwin is very honest and upfront with everything . He even pulled some strings to get the car cleaned and detailed as we were doing paperwork!. I will be telling everyone I know to check out Champion if they are looking for great vehicles. Keep up the good work guys!

Edwin and crew are professional, fair, and not out to screw you for your money. I highly recommend Champion Auto I bought an 04 Toyota from them, and have been driving it for about two months, and have had no serious problems. I bought this car with the hope of it lasting 1-2 years, and so far so good.The total cost was around $5k with less than 120k miles. When I first went to check out the vehicle, Edwin offered to knock off $1000 bucks the online price, or to sell it to me at the listed price plus body work (no additional cost). I didn t even have to ask for this deal. I believe this is because they already had bought parts to do body work. Even though I was lookin for a clunker, it now looks great, and my wife is happy, so I m glad I went with the body work.They were cool about me dropping it off at Toyota for a pre-purchase check, which Toyota charged ~$150. My big question was, Will this car break down tomorrow? Got a resounding no looks great. They did suggests a list of repairs, which was mostly Toyota trying to make money. The one big thing they suggested I do was replace the suspension, which they (Toyota) wanted to charge ~$2k. After getting wise counsel from my father, who has many decades of mechanic experience, I returned to Edwin and asked if they would do the repair for cheaper. We came to a deal where they would do the repairs for free if I paid for the parts, which was ~$300.Overall I m very happy with their willingness to negotiate on this repair. They put everything in writing, including offering me a warranty on the suspension repair were something to happen. Very cool There is always an inherent risk when buying a used vehicle. Do your research ahead of time, look at maintenance record, check the common problems sites to see if that model-year has notorious transmission issues, etc. But as far as used car dealerships are concerned, these guys care about their reputation, and did their best to give me an honest deal.Also shout out to Louis for dropping off my drivers license to my house after I mistakenly left it there super cool

Emailed and texted them via the website late one night after stumbling across a Subaru, they called me the next morning and I was on my way to check it out same day. They had the car ready up front, cleaned in and out, let me do a full lookover/inspection while they took care of another customer, and talked to me like humans instead of salesmen. Had a relaxed test drive and after an hour the car was mine. Super friendly, hospitable staff. Worked with me on a realistic price, made sure the car was ready for a 2 hour trip home, and off I went. Maintained communication after the purchase and offered to assist with any potential issues that can pop up with older used cars.5/5 Recommend.

I just bought my car from champion auto and I have to say WOW!! Edwin is amazing! I first reached out to the dealership on their website and the turn around time to get a call back was within the same hour. His dedication to helping his customers is fantastic. I was super impressed with his customer service and how stress free he made the process of financing a vehicle for the first time. I picked up a 2018 Nissan from this dealership, and I've got to say, it was one heck of a smooth ride. Edwin, man, he knows his stuff, gave me the lowdown on the car, and made it all crystal clear. Hunter made the test drive a breeze, and Louis had my back on the financing side. But let me tell you, Olly's vibes were off the charts, always sporting that smile and real-deal energy. I'm shouting out a big recommendation for this place, it's a total one-stop shop experience!

My nephew age 22 bought a vehicle that the dealership aquired an inspection sticker prior to my nephew driving his new vehicle home. However the vehicle had among other issues an exhaust leak. An official Mass. Inspection station stated it did not pass inspection. The car was found on Car Guru's. Do not trust this dealership. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT OF Champion Auto make this issue right. Updates will be given of this needed repair. I was unfair in my review without giving Champion Auto the opportunity to make this right for my nephew.

Please Stay away from this cheap dealer they buy car from junkyard n repair and rip people off I bought 2015 Bmw 435xi convertible recently pay so much money for nothing front bumper was damaged and also top was repaired i did not noticed when I bought.

Really efficient and professional staff. Recommend place to buy an pre-owned car. They could help buyer registering vehicle shortly even under such pandemic situation! It will cost at least one week to make an appointment with RMV by our own.

Champion Auto sold me a reliable 2010 Honda Civic at a great price. Frankie made sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. Champion Auto even drove me to the RMV and came to the RMV with me to make sure everything went well! After I bought the car from them..a month went by and I realized the air conditioning wasn't working. I called Frankie up and he had the mechanic, Jay, fix it for me right away FREE of charge. These are good, honest people and they have some great cars to sell.

I made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. Once I arrived, they said it was in the shop. They were very apologetics but I would have appreciated a call since I live over 45 mins away. They tried to find something else that would work for me but there was nothing that fit my needs.

Amazing experience purchasing a car from Edwin at Champion Auto LLC! Best customer service from a car dealership in the nation. He has lots of patience and listens to all the customer requests. True to his word during and after the purchase. He is a one man team at this dealership! Edwin truly went over and above to satisfy me as I decided to make an out of state purchase. He was extremely diligent and was exceptional communicating at every step of the process. I had asked him to get some additional work dont prior to shipping which he gladly arranged for. I would highly recommended him and would be fully trusting of the dealership for any vehicle purchase. They have a unique model which allows them to have some very unique cars.

With the crazy price spikes on used cars right now because of the chip shortage I still feel I got a more than fair price with Edwin, and he was polite, helpful, and responsive at every turn. Amazing Customer Service!!!! I Just recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes CLA250 and Edwin was my salesperson. He made the process of buying a vehicle so much better than other experiences. Their vehicles are very well maintained and taken care of and they are very helpful when it comes to getting things done. 10/10 for customer service and my experience! I would recommend anyone looking for a good priced reliable vehicle to come here to purchase!!

My parents recently bought a 2015 Range Rover. They had a good experience and the process seemed easy for them especially when English is their second language. Edwin treated them well and walked them through the process. The car could have been cleaned and detailed better but otherwise everything went smooth for them.
