I can see how others have positive reviews. Mike is a nice person to deal with.However, I think three things are less than desirable:1. Their quote was on the high side2. The attention to detail is lacking. After a week of repair, I picked up the car only to see the hood was noticeably lower than the fender. Mike agreed to get it fixed for free, though the repairman likely pried the hood up instead of properly adjusting the hood. This prying caused the paint on the fender to chip off, so he touched it up w/ some white epoxy/paint.3. This prying also led me to suspect their quote didn't reflect actual work done. For instance, their quote included disconnecting car battery during repair and reprogramming car collision alerting system. I was told "that's the right way". But given the do-it-quick-but-not-do-it-right hood repair, I doubt those work were done, yet still charged $ for.

Repaired my damaged car last July and couldn't be happier with the results back then. I recently noticed the plastic replacement bumper is peeling its blue surface paint, opening up the black color of the unpainted bumper below. C&L must have used the wrong paint or failed to prime coat the replacement bumper. Metal painted surfaces remain intact. Perhaps a different paint should have been used in the plastic bumper.

Best in the business only place i willTake my multiple vehicles mike is fair honest and a pleasure to converse with he 10/10 Every-time have referred multiple family friends and neighbors will continue to do so! His garage staff is top notch as well

Mike is a gem, I m so pleased I had my car fixed by C+L!My driver s side door was smashed in a hit and run, and Mike worked directly with my insurance and Enterprise car rental to make sure everything was taken care of, with the minimum amount of fuss for me.Mike was extremely communicative and prompt in responding to questions, and the quality of the repair work is excellent.It was SO convenient to be able to drop my rental car off at the shop and not have to find someone to drive with me and shuttle around.Highly recommend this shop!

My family and I have used C & L for any and all auto body repairs for a long time now, and each time we go back we are somehow even happier than the last time. I was recently rear ended and my bumper was cracked. Mike and his team contacted the third party insurance for me and set up a rental to meet me at the shop when I dropped my car off. My car was all set within a few days and when I picked it up the inside and out were completely spotless. They go above and beyond every time to make our experience well worth it. Mike the owner goes above and beyond for his customers my car came back to me better than new he detailed the entire car which he did not have to do and even filled the tank for me. From day one I had 100% confidence in mike and his team. Made sure I got into a rental car for the time being, and fixed myCar in a timely manner as promised. His secretary Kendall was so kind and helped me with my insurance claim and much more. They did any and everything they could to make my life easier and I couldn t be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend C&L for all of your auto needs. 10/10 .... thanks again Mike your hard work doesn t go unnoticed !

I would like to commend the excellent work done by Mike and his team at C&L Auto Body. A family member brought her car in after an accident and Mike's team did a fantastic job. They worked with her insurance company to repair both the obvious damage and also hidden damage that was revealed after starting the work. The car was returned spotlessly clean inside and out. They even let her leave her rental car on site for Enterprise to pick up later. Highly recommend this company.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Been dealing with Mike for years. Has always took care of my cars.When I get it back it looks like it it just came out of the showroom. Very friendly ,know what he is doing! Kendall is awesome. He has a great crew working! I recommend going there. You wont be disappointed!!:

C & L auto body shop in Quincy is outstanding. My car was in an accident and Mike the owner did a wonderful job fixing it quickly and what makes it even better is that it came back sparkling clean on the inside and out. Mike and his staff are very friendly and know their stuff. They do whatever needs to be done to make sure their client leaves satisfied. I highly recommend this place of business.

I had a Geico claim for some fender damage and brought it in to Mike and team. They did an amazing job and turned it around in a timely manner. I have had to get body work done 3 times from different places and this was by far my best experience. Totally impressed and highly recommend!

Awesome customer service. Kendall, the secretary, knows everything!!! She walked me thru what to expect during the process of fixing my car. I unfortunately didn't have rental coverage with my insurance so I was basically on the bus. They worked fast to get me back into my car in less than a week! They cleaned the interior of my car which was unexpected. My car looks awesome!!!! Doesn't look like the body of the car ever had any damage. Mike, the owner, took great care with everything. If you need an autobody shop to go to, hands down C&L Autobody is the place to go.

At first, Great impression of Mike! Until he butchered my car.Minor front damage ( Grill to be precise ) ended up taking off my headlights and cleaning them ( headlights should of Never been touched ) but never putting bolt's back on. So when I went through car wash right side headlight fills with water blew ( ballistic and igniter) Went back to C & L his BrotherCleaned it out Quickly.. Said he would order part ( Called it a pre-existing condition my insurance will cover it ) NEVER Ordered Part Lied. Called & Called Mike. His response "It's Coming UPS" . Sad, when he knows this car is strictly for driving My Disabled Child to school and hospital. Now it's Civil Court. Please don't be fooled. Picks & Chooses His People. Has his receptionist say He's not there ( I pull right in there he is) Bad businessThis has been going on for a Year.Should have listened to My Family & AgentPray nobody has to experience this. He'll cry about all his problems. How Everyone calls and threatens. Him! HMM Wonder Why.???When my husband finally went down frustrated Mike puts his chest out ( Like he's an alpha male ) OMG When my husband Responded In The Same Manner!! He had Jen call the Cops. Almost a year later and my car is still not fixed bc of the cost to repair the car from the original damage, that the body shop did not fix despite getting paid. And the additional damage my car incurred here which is a curbed tire, and at least two, two inch squares of scratch s they put on with a wet sand. And one long two inch wide scratch they put one with the wet sand, after I asked why the damage wasn t even touched on that part of the door. Also used the wrong color paint, and spilled it on the door handle sensor which, voids the warranty of the handle. Estimated to cost for all the repairs at two other body shops 2,500 to 3,500 and it can t go through insurance bc the claim was put in already with this body shop, and the damage occurred as a result of the body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great shop with awesome customer service. Have brought my car here twice, once for body work after a bad accident, and once for break repairs. Both jobs were well executed. Was treated super well by the owner and staff. Highly reccomened C&L Autobody!

By far the greatest autobody place you can find! I have brought all of my vehicles here and have been completely satisfied every time. Mike and Kendall are great to work with and will help you out the best that they can even if the problem is small they take it seriously!!

Couldn't have been happier, met me at my work and made sure that my rental was setup and ready, went above and beyond as far as the work that they did and actually had to do, and were very respectful. Also had 3 snowstorms in a weeks time and still was finished in a more then reasonable time given the weather situation

My car was damaged so I contacted to the C & L autobody. They were very kind and also they did their best to fix my car, so now my car is already fixed and everything looks good and I can drive with my car with no problem.
