Took my car in for both some routine work (oil change, light replacement) and a repair (brake rotors and pads). This place was great. They were able to see me the next day after I called and completed the work in a single day. They clearly explained what was wrong with me car and why I should fix it, without condescending to me or pushing me to do anything I didn't want. They were friendly and personable whenever I spoke with anyone working there. My issue (shaking when I brake) is completely fixed. Overall great experience and will return for future auto needs.

Worst place ever. They towed the car that's fine. I was ready to pay for the towing expenses. When I called them the day itself, asked about the charges and about picking up the car, they stated that some guy will call me back but never called. Next day I called again, they said they are busy and they will call me later but I never got any call. They purposefully wasted two days so that they can get money out of me for the storage, be aware of this SCAM!! I went to the store, confronted the owner, he was mean, rude and pathetic. I insist a "pathetic human being". Cheap tactics to take money. I told that I called multiple times, even showed the call logs. The owner kept saying "I don't know" and "if you need the car you need to pay 2 days of storage" which was $70-80.

Biondi s is my go to place to get my car serviced. Biondi s offers affordable prices and I always go in knowing that I don t have to worry about whether or not I will be getting a FAIR price. Any time I ve even had minor issues with my car, Biondi s has always helped in a timely manner, sometimes with very short notice. They always make sure I m all set. I brought my '98 Lexus to have the suspension checked. The mechanic test drove it, gave me his honest opinion that it didn't need work and didn't charge me. In my opinion, this is a good business model and makes me strongly inclined to bring my repairs to them in future.

Aren't really open for 4th of July when me and my best friend that had a 2020 Crystal black Honda HR-V towed from 95 West squantum north Quincy. We were able to fix the problem and because there was a garage and we called and spoke to somebody afterwards they sent somebody and picked up my best friend to go and retrieve and recover his car that was 5 minutes down the road walking distance or driving. Problem solved after pulling teeth.

The worst site I been, my car was towed to their shop to trouble shoot. The mechanic took almost two weeks to get the fuel pump supposedly because it was burnt, he never changed the pump and couldn't trouble shoot the problem either, he installed the fuel level sensor wrong, I had the same problem when I got back to NY, my mechanic checked it and he said that they did nothing, the problem was really a socket, they charged me more than $500 for nothing, additionally, they hit me in the front of my car. Don t go that place.

This place is a hidden gem, a real old school shop in Quincy that has been in business for decades. All stand up guys & gals that work there, they do great work always at a good rate. The boss is all about Price matching or a better price than somewhere else.the employee's are professional and ready to help even for the smallest problem,If it's a one stop shop they do it all even have full service gasoline available and the Best deal on tires. If you want to take your business to a trustworthy service center this is that shop.

I was in an accident on my way to work on the expressway. It had been years since I was last in an accident and my nerves were shot. I had no idea what to do. The car was not drivable .my poor car. I got a tow from Biondi s. The tow truck driver was super nice and I was feeling better within a few minutes. Biondi s made everything so easy and even brought me to a car rental place. I was on my way back to work in less than an hour from when I got in the accident. I did not have car rental on my insurance but got a great rate because my car was at Biondi s. The car was fixed in no time and looking awesome. I felt like I had a new car again. Everyone I talked with at Biondi s was super nice soup to nuts. Thanks from the Gallant owner!

To say they everyone at Biondi is amazing is an understatement. The staff is funny, kind and thorough. They exceeded every expectation I ve ever had of an auto body shop and I really couldn t thank them enough. I m so happy to have them as my auto body shop from here on out. Biondi's is beyond great. Had an appraisal on body work and the appraiser was knowledgeable, intelligent and fair. She was friendly and explained everything so I could understand it.

I placed my car for 5 mins In a no park zone at Home Depot. I had knee surgery and I asked one of the employees from Home Depot if I could park there only to do an exchange and one of their trucks which was parked in the area came and started towing my car. I apologized as I came outside and I asked the driver kindly if he can let my car and explained what happened. He was rude and very unprofessional and made me pay 80$ just for leaving my car at the spot. Very disrespectful and when I went back inside and spoke with Home Depot s management they suggested that he shouldn t if hadn t leave the parking lot and he shouldn t have charged me just for releasing the car 80$.Awful service.

In short, they charged over $2000 to do a crappy job, and one star is one too many.Another driver backed into my car at a stoplight, and their insurance agency suggested several body shops. Being new to the area, I chose one nearby and arranged to have them repair the damage. After approximately two weeks without any call or update on the condition of my car, they called early on a Monday to say, The car is ready, but needs to be washed. I ll call later today to let you know when to pick it up. They didn t call back on Monday. They also didn t call on Tuesday. I called them on Wednesday and said, I m coming to pick up my car. When I arrived, I realized that the insurance allowance of rental car coverage had passed, and I was liable for the extra day s cost. I complained, and Enterprise agreed to drop the charge for the extra day.After leaving, I noticed some white paint on the three black grills and the black rubber gaskets that surround the headlights. This showed that they didn t remove or properly cover those pieces when painting the replacement hood. I also noticed that the one headlight that was affected by the accident had not been aligned properly.I called the owner, and he said to bring it back. The owner used his hands to try to force the light back into place. After pushing for awhile, he didn t even take the initiative to ask his employee to get tools or make arrangements to do anything further. After he walked away, another much younger employee continued pushing both lights with his hands, including the one that was not out of place. I was afraid that he would break something. I asked if he could take it apart and adjust it from behind or inside, and the employee became agitated. The employee responded very rudely and in anger. He claimed that the light was FINE! , but I could see with my naked eye that the two headlights were not symmetrical. When I pointed out the difference, he just said, no and kept pushing on the other side. The owner was friendly, but didn t really do anything to calm the employee or fix the problem. I ultimately had to remove all of the errant paint myself, and the headlight still doesn t look right.I wouldn t recommend this body shop to anyone. I ll never go back, and given the number of shops in the area, I m sure there are plenty of better options. Avoid Biondi s Service Center at all costs.

My car was on route 24 for almost 3 hours due to a glitch with AcuraCare and Jim came to the rescue. He called to let me know he s be there in 30 minutes and was friendly and kind and towed my car to Prime Acura quickly he made sure I had a ride coming to get me before leaving me in the lot. I recommend Biondi for towing!

You go there one time, and you ll have a horrible story to tell. No transparency. Bad service and employees there will make you think you re nobody. The reviews on Yelp are more accurate than those on Google. No one been there could ever give this location 4 or 5 stars. Leave your self pride outside the door and prepare yourself to beg for good service, honest information and timeline.You ll feel the pain and the anger days later. It s been 6 days for me. You re the next prey.

Awful, Awful, AWFUL Service! There is an obvious lack of communication between the empoyees at Biondi's as whenever I called I'd get a differnet time frame as to when my truck would be done and they rarely called me back when they said they would. My truck ended up being stuck there for over 3 weeks when they initially predicted they'd have it done in less than a week. The most frustrating part is each time I'd call they would assure me it would be done the next day. The fourth time they told me this I got fed up, asked to speak to the supervisor who then told me they had JUST put it on the lift (3 weeks later) and discovered it would need more work than they expected. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY. Save yourself the hassel and go to an legitamite body & repair shop.

Lifesavers! Biondi's has been my wife's go-to garage for more than 10 years, and today they swapped out a punctured tire and sent me on my way in 30 minutes and for a song--in 95 degree heat no less! The least I can do is leave them some online love: Biondi's is a Quincy institution and still going strong after all these years.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very unprofessional people if comes to town a cars. My car get towed out off street because of snow storm . Upon reclaiming a car I find that my car is park in somebody else unsecured properly 600 yards from their shop.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, these people are working at 3am to tow the cars of drunk people who are just trying to stay safe and not drive drunk. I m extremely upset and hate this company
