My favorite Aubuchon to shop at. Store is very clean, neat and always stocked. The entire team there goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I appreciate their help every time loading wood pellets I bought into my truck. Great store because of the great people!

The entire staff is well trained, polite and intuitive.Ryan runs a "Great Show"! His employee's like and respect him and each other. They work together and seem to enjoy their jobs. Something you don't see a lot of these days

Always my first choice over any big box stores. For a few years I was getting bags of pellets from Aubachon but last season I was forced to order pellets from HD because I needed delivery. Listen closely. Even though they sell the same brand "Green Supreme" at HD they ARE NOT THE SAME PELLETS. HD sells a lesser quality version of 100% hardwood while Aubachon sells the much better blend of both hardwood and softwood. The blend will give you less than half the amount of ash and more BTU heat output. So of course this year I bought a pallet of pellets from my local Aubachon team. Ryan and his crew are awesome.

In the past I have always found the staff to be very helpful and gave a 5 star rating. Not this time unfortunately. I ordered curbside pick up for soil, fertilizer, and other lawn supplies and recieved text that it was ready. After hitting the link notifying them that I was there as required, no one responded. I asked the staff member in the parking lot for help and he told me he didn't know so to go inside. Only part of the order was ready and they had to look for the soil which was out back and not with the order. So much for curbside on line service and the notification that my order was ready. I would not have requested curbside except that the soil and fertilizer bags were too heavy for me to lift. Very unsettling to recieve such poor service and the store wasn't busy at all.

Helpful, friendly sales associates.Good marketing. 10 ' off, 2 days. Worked for me. Then I spent another $20 when I went to pick up my lids. Happy to get things done!

I've always had a good experience here. It is convenient and the staff are always very helpful. The inventory is adequate for my needs, and I especially like the quality of the bird seed the store stocks now.

Stopped by to have a key made. Simple enough but what struck me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The gentleman that helped me with the key was funny and incredibly helpful and the gentleman who rang up the $2 purchase was lovely. I used to travel into Falmouth from North Falmouth to their other location but this one is so convenient (I had no idea it was here) . It completely fits the need of a local hardware store.

This is the worst place EVER!!! Beware of going to this Aubuchon! I ordered from their online pickup during the virus in May and it was a single pair of gloves that took them until the time limit(2 hours) to confirm it, and then later they cancel the order and claim they cannot find it just as i had arrived and waited in line! Then they hold my money for 4 days before returning it to my account!!! The manager is incompetent and lacks all customer skills/customer care. Stay far away from this thieving place...WARNED YOU

Was told military discount is given after you enroll amf you give phone number. Not a big deal or much money, but no discount was given while at Middleboro store

Excellent curb side service....online order was done in less than an hour, showed up to the dedicated parking area and was placed in my trunk in less than 3 minutes. Fantastic
