Broke screws to skid plate on truck while preforming oil change . Handed skid plate over, sorry don't have tools to put skid plate back on. Paid bill and left . Cost over 200 to have broken bolts taken out and replaced. Corporate was contacted and was told that's what happens in New England cause of the salt on roads . So everyone's skid plate gets handed to them . I'm in my 50's and have never had a auto company break something hand over the part and say pay the bill have a nice day. Over a hundred for the oil change and 200 for taking out broken bolts and fix. This is wrong on so many levels. Customer service will kill a company . Just watch .

Went for an oil change a few times here and the service was always fine. The last time I went there I went to pay with my card. The machine asked for my pin and I asked if I can bypass the pin. The man said to just press the enter button twice which I did but nothing happened. He then looked at it and said I had to enter my pin. I told him once again, I'd rather pay without entering my pin and the man chuckled and mockingly said "What, are you nervous?"I looked at him and asked him what he just said to which the man put the card machine in my hand and said "Here, enter it and I won't look." He then turned around. I didn't want to pay that way but I did it to just to finish the transaction. The man then turned around took the machine out of my hand and threw it on the desk. He walked away and talked with other workers. Filled out the windshield sticker, then put his hand through the open window without saying a word or even looking at me. He stuck the sticker in my face and the just walked away without saying anything after I took it.This worker had such terrible customer service that it makes me not want to return. It's too bad too as the man outside checking the lights before you enter was a genuinely friendly person and started the transaction off right.

Absolutely amazing place. Great service. Very thorough. Super fast. No wait . In and out, they go above and beyond and check so many things. Highly recommend and will be going here from now on for any oil changes I may need !

I get my work van oil change here. I try to get there around 6-7am and I almost always taken in immediately.Work is always done as promptly as my fleet service company will answer (ARI sucks ), and correct.

Never again. "New policy", they have to go with the manufacturer suggestion for oil?What about what the car owner wants?Another scam to charge more money.I'll do it myself.

A nice, clean, and busy facility. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did everything I would have done and then some on my oil change. I was in and out around 15 minutes as advertised. The price for full synthetic was high, but it was very convenient. Check their site for coupons.

My low rating is not because of the people working at ValvolineIv been going to this location for years and they are always the best as far as customer service, however a new method of oil changing is the reason I will never go to a Valvoline instant oil change station again. The new method is a machine that sucks the oil up out of the top of an engine threw the dip stick hole. I am no mechanic by any means but I have common sense. So you re telling me you are draining all the old oil out of an engine threw the top against gravity when the engine was designed to have the oil plug pulled and drained from the bottom? I highly doubt that. The oil change time was significantly less and this is no accident. They are using this method to save time and also to save new oil while still charging you the customer the same money. This new method for sure leaves old oil inside your engine witch means they have to put less new oil in to reach the full mark on your engine s dip stick. So let s low ball it , if they save a 1/4 of a quart of oil in every engine they change a day just imagine how much new good oil they saving in overhead by not having to put a true amount of new product in your engine , meanwhile still charging you the same money. So I say to corporate at Valvoline , you should be ashamed of yourselves for cheating your long time customers and I will never buy your product or services again and I apologize for any effect my bad reviews have for the hardworking employees at your oil change stations but in all honesty to anyone reading this, ValvolineIs cheating you out of product you pay for and potentially causing your engine damage in the long run DONT BUY IT till they stop !

This is second time I ve been scolded by staff !! Very unprofessional. They also didn t secure my skid plate twice and had to repair it. Never again. I ll go to another oil service company as there are many!!

Very courteous and professional i highly recommend them! I usually change my own oil &;filter but i didn't have time because i am in the process of moving, I chose the $107 full synthetic high mileage oil & filter change package and they torqued the oil filter and drain plug to factory specification, They also show you the engine oil dipstick and the level anf cleanliness of new oil , You don't even have to get out of your vehicle and they were done in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

It's an okay place to go if you have to get an oil change quickly (cause you forgot or in my case a loved one forgot and needed it done ASAP). But it's very expensive. They offer a little money off, but if you have a vehicle that uses synthetic oil it's $100 for an oil change. That's ridiculous!! I don't care if they check all the fluid levels and your tire pressure too. I still would NEVER pay that. I did the vehicle and got the conventional oil change. With a $10 off coupon it was still almost $50. The employees were great and did a fabulous job! However I won't be going there ever again due to outrageous prices!

They were very quick and efficient in and out 15 minutes or less was able to use a 50% off discount on a conventional oil change so I only paid about 30 bucks for everything highly recommend to anyone

I went for an oil change only and was aggressively unsold in a sort of shell game by two young men first saying my headlight was out. Then they alleged they found a mouse in the engine and all of a sudden (without showing me the mouse as proof), they came to the passenger side to open the glove box to see if the mouse got in through there .lo and behold the tech pulls out an air filter to show me what I m breathing in and offered to give me a coupon to replace it. Two seconds later, the other tech shows me an engine filter. It was literally a fast paced upsell shell game which I suspect is used more on women. I filled out a survey and customer service gave me a refund. I will never go back. I felt swindled.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change
