They did an excellent job detailing my car and providing an oil change. They even gave me a loaner car for the day, which was a nice touch. Dan provided exceptional service, and I was impressed by the amenities offered, reminiscent of a luxury dealership. My car looks better than when I first bought it. Overall, highly satisfied with Honda in Plymouth s service and attention to detail.

We've purchased three vehicles from Honda of Plymouth and I highly recommend the location. We live closer to two other Honda dealerships and go the extra distance to Honda of Plymouth because it''s worth the drive. The staff and management have been ultra responsive to our needs, and they go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend.

This is likely the best dealer we have ever dealt with! The salesman, Bill, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We live about 15 miles away from the dealership. My daughter had to return her rental car before picking up her new car. Bill offered to drive from Plymouth to Hanover to pick her up, when she returned the rental and back to Plymouth to pick up her new car. I don't know how many salesman would do that.

I do not own a Honda; however, last week I stopped in for an inspection sticker, and was very well impressed by what I observed: The moment I walked up to the service desk I was greeted by Dan Doherty. I asked if I could get an inspection. "You sure can! Drive it up to the door and we'll get you right in!" Wow! There I was, not being made to feel that I had just bothered someone for a favor! I could not help but notice that this place is immaculate! I also observed customers being treated respectfully. The vibes were all around very good. Dan continued to project as a genuinely friendly guy. Well, the car didn't pass inspection due to some dry rot taking place between the treads (7 years). Dan politely explained why they would not feel comfortable passing the car. To me, the dealership's credibility, and the inspector's and Dan's integrity were further demonstrated by opting to place the safety of the motoring public above the risk of upsetting a potential future customer. I would not hesitate to do business with these good people!

I sent online inquiries to many dealerships in MA and ended up purchasing a new Honda CRV Sport-L Hybrid from here because they gave me the best out the door price. Jason Gardiner was very straightforward and fair. He gave me a generous trade-in price for my 2014 Altima to seal the deal. Other Honda dealerships were lowballing me or trying to convince me to come into their dealership in order to get their best quote. Jason was the opposite; our communication was a quick text/email exchange and I did not have to waste my time at a dealership. No annoying salesmen games were played here. He gave me a honest price that beat out his competition. I drove an hour here because they earned my business. Paperwork was done quickly and they did not try to upsell warranties that I didn t want. It s worth making this place your last stop so they can seal the deal for you. Easiest place to buy a car and trade in your old one.FYI: They also allowed me to put a $5k deposit on a CC so I could earn points. Other places were only allowing max $3k on CC.

Josh and his team are the absolute best. I couldn t have asked for a more easy or comfortable transaction with trading my car in and getting the new one of my dreams. It s intimidating being young and doing something like this alone but Josh explained everything so thoroughly and I couldn t be happier with my experience and my car!!!

A week ago, I walked into Tufankjian Honda for my third lease in 6 years; And, trust me, it takes a village when it comes to finding a new lease for me. I met them all. This village went out of their way to assist with the process, without being pushy at all. I appreciated their approach for sure.-I also felt their Service Department was excellent, especially Dennis Sullivan, Service Advisor, who went above and beyond to help me.-Last but not least, they say that behind every village there is a Sales Consultant. In my case, it was LEE HICKEY. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and understanding, while succeeding in keeping my anxiety at bay. He definitely made sure I left there with the boxes all checked on my "impossible" wishlist, and.....with a smile.-Without question, I will be back there in 3 years for my next lease.Mary Horton-Smith01/25/24

This Honda is a refreshing relief compared to two other dealerships I have tried to purchase a new hybrid from over the last few weeks. Initially, I was hesitant to make such a long trip out to Plymouth as there are a number of dealers found more local, but thanks to such an informative and polite phone call with the branch and such a positive and enthusiastic individual found in Eduardo, I can confidently say that this has been one of the most positive experiences I have had with car dealerships in my life by a long shot.Instead of rushing or pushing some urban gray SUV that had just arrived, Eduardo took the time to talk about options available and even let me check out upcoming arrivals. Over the course of my visit, I was able to confidently select the color, model, and attachments of my preference and was given the estimated time of arrival. I was genuinely impressed with how flawless this arrangement felt and I am still so happy with my choice!!Within just a week (arrived early too, but no promises for yours), the car had arrived and the process with the financing department went by without any stress at all (honestly surprised at that; the whole team here is so polite)! Following a thorough state inspection and registration, I was driving home with my brand new hybrid happy as can be, car blessed and everything.If you are looking for a reliable car and are willing to visit the beautiful town of Plymouth, I would strongly advise you to give this branch a chance and even ask for Eduardo (Edo). Genuinely such a positive experience and I am thankful for finding such online. 10/10

On 2/7/24 I brought my first hybrid, my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L into Tufankjian Honda to get an oil change. Dan in service was totally helpful and explained to me about the new (2023) Accords and its computer which determines when to change the oil. I was thinking/operating on the old ICE (internal combustion engine) oil changing standards. Long story short, Dan saved me the cost of an oil change, helped me change my wiper blades in a matter of minutes, and measured my tire tread depths to determine that I didn't even need to rotate my tires - Dan was knowledgeable, affable, and sincerely helpful which is not as often the case as it should be in automotive dealership service departments.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday leasing a vehicle. Eduardo was so patient, kind, pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I never expected him to take the time he did to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He patiently showed me every option. In todays society, Eduardo was a breath of fresh air to say the least. This is my 2nd time using Honda of Plymouth, and now I know I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Eduardo and Jason for all you did for me. :)

8 years ago my dad purchased a Honda Civic through Honda of Plymouth-specifically Edo. When in the market for a new car, my dad called Edo and let him know he would be the last stop of his car buying adventure. Edo was patient taking the time to explain to my dad how other dealerships got their pricing and what he could offer would be the most beneficial. Edo s honesty with my dad lead my dad into purchasing his new 2024 Honda CR-V EX-L. In today s market when you can buy from anyone, it speaks volume that my dad, 8 years later, still has complete trust in Edo and Honda of Plymouth.

I was happy to see they had two female salespeople. Lydia was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and explained all the features of my CRV. The preowned sales manager was very helpful as well. Well worth the drive from the Cape to have such nice and ethical people unlike Hyannis Honda.

Bought a Honda certified HRV I'm Aug 2023. Now having an odometer/gas guage issue. Honda USA really not helpful but, the dealership is trying to help. Not completely happy with the outcome but, the service dept is trying to be helpful. So, I appreciate the dealership working hard for their customers.

Shopped for a hybrid car for several weeks. Had some pretty bad experiences. Honda of Plymouth was a breath of fresh air. No hard sales tactics, competitive price and all around present experience. I just purchased a new 2024 CRV Hybrid for them. Will update my experience as I have a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty.

Personally had horrible experience. I'm giving two stars just because Eduardo salesman, who seems like a good person and sale manager who was not rude and he was apologetic.This dealership was very promising at the beginning as they were upfront with pricing and we agreed on price for the used Mazda that they had on the lot. I had an offer from other dealership that was for the same price, but this was closer to my house and in same state so I decided to proceed with them.I spoke to Emily who ensured me that the they will honor the price we agreed on and we scheduled the meeting next day. Due to issues that I had in the morning with my bank, I was going to be slightly late but I called to let them know 1hr before arrival and asked if the car is still available. They confirmed that it is.I drove hour and a half and when I arrived, I saw the car on the lot. Eduardo immediately approached my wife and me and went to bring the car so we can test drive it. We waited for him inside the dealership. After he got the keys and brought the car which took 5-8minutes, we met outside. My wife and me sat in the car waiting for him to go get the plates so we can take it for the ride.He came back with another salesman which name I forgot. He comes out and with smile (???) tells me that I can't do the test drive because he just sold the car to somebody over the phone and they put the deposit. I thought that he was joking because I did not find anything funny. He was actually serious.From everything that happened later, my guess is that other sales person made a call when he saw Eduardo going to get the car for us. Guy that bought the car was there the day before, and I'm pretty sure other salesman contacted him im between to push for sale.They tried to offer me some other cars which were nothing compared to Mazda we agreed on. For things to be worse, Mazda from other dealership also sold and now this will cost me another week of rental and misery of trying to find a good vehicle. I'm a first time buyer and new to USA.They could have informed me that I can put deposit on the car when I called them to check if vehicle was still there and I would have gladly done it.

During my lease buy-off, I had a great experience with general sales manager Jason, and someone in service (I think named Matthew). When I first entered though, I was spoken to by someone who didn t introduce himself or tell me what his job was. I later found out this was Eduardo (Edo). This man HOUNDED me about trading in my leased vehicle. I very much want to keep the one I have for personal reasons, and I work with middle schoolers so I can be patient and firm for as long as necessary. I came in knowing that there is a great need for used cars, so I expected *some* pushback. This man came back to me on 3 separate occasions while I waited for Jason, and ignored my 5 no thank you, I want to keep my car s, to the point where he said I m going to explain it to you again, because I don t think you understand. You think I don t understand a trade in? Basic math? This was the most pushy, condescending experience I ve ever had at a dealership. A nice older woman came up to me afterward from a nearby table saying how shocked she was at his pushiness. Usually I bring my dad with me to help avoid the misogyny, but he wasn t available today. I ll come back for other folks, but will avoid Eduardo like the plague.

Best car-buying experience ever! I can't say enough about my purchase at Honda of Plymouth (Tufankjian Honda) - the best service from start to finish. I knew I wanted a Honda; did my research online and decided on Honda of Plymouth based on previous experiences of friends/family. After submitting a pricing request, I was contacted by the very professional and friendly internet sales manager (Kristen). We discussed what I was looking for; she made recommendations and reviewed pricing and I made an appointment for that evening. Once there we were greeted by Eduardo (Edo) and -- once again -- the service couldn't have been better. He was extremely friendly, respectful and courteous, I never felt pressured and he always spoke directly to me (never tried to defer to my husband -- a pet peeve of mine and a common occurrence at other dealerships). I got a great deal on my CR-V; it had all the features I wanted, and Edo took great care to explain every detail about the car to be sure I was comfortable and understood all the features and how to use them. Vitor handled the financing for us quickly efficiently and -- once again -- an amazing, friendly and painless experience. We were at the dealership well after closing time and not once did we feel rushed. AMAZING service! I'll recommend Eduardo and the team at Honda of Plymouth to everyone I know who's in the market for a new car. P.S. I love, love, love my CR-V!!

Had a great experience looking at vehicles at the Tufankjian Honda today. Kayla was very friendly, and explained everything very throughly to me regarding the pricing differences & every vehicles pros and cons. They were not pushy or pressuring at all when it came to making a decision, unlike most other dealers. Whether or not I decide to purchase from here I will always recommend this place to people looking for new cars:)

Lacking integrity. The maintenance intake personnel disregarded my mechanical issue due to the fact I am a female. I am a new customer to this dealer as I recently made a new purchase. The tire pressure warning light came on, they filled the tires, reset the light, once I got home, the sensor light came on again. This happened twice. After the second time I brought my vehicle to an independent reputable garage and was told I had a bad sensor. Upon this diagnosis I returned to the dealer a third time, and my concern was dismissed. I was told, that "if it is a sensor, it has to fault completely. Until then there's nothing we can do because we do not know which sensor it is and we can't replace all of them to find the bad one"...,"If it is EVEN a sensor ma'am, your tire just needed air." Again, on my way home with freshly filled tires that light reappeared.Bottom line, Once they've sold you the car and you drvie off the lot, they wipe their hands clean of you.I will not purchase my next honda from them.

I had a cut in my tire and it was on right front needed to be towed in. I called and spoke to Christine in the bdc she was amazing and understood my son was getting married she jumped thru hoops to get me to service. I then spoke to Chris in parts who assured me he has tire and then Steve in service closed the deal. They went above and beyond for me I can not be grateful enough. The service I received was above and beyond another Thank you!

Marion was the SWEETEST! Good prices on used vehicles. As sad as I was that the manager refused my car for a trade and had to purchase elsewhere, I was able to get myself into a '23 Civic Si down the cape instead of the '18 Civic Sport there so I guess it all worked out in the end.

I just purchased a certified previously owned CRV and had a great experience with salesperson Dahlia Lamarre. I was planning on going to several other dealerships but was persuaded and relieved to find a car I wanted at my first stop. Dahlia has a very user-friendly attitude and trusting style that made me feel comfortable in making the deal. Hopefully I will be keeping this vehicle for many satisfied years to come.
