The customer service I received was immaculate. Salesman Josh Souza was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Amy in finance was on point! She s super personable, treated us right, and made the finance process quick and easy. Josh helped me find my perfect vehicle. Impressive service over there.

I want to say I had the best experience buying a car. I hai been to many dealerships and this was off the charts. We drove off cape and had a really good experience. Jacob and staff were super great. I love my new Equinox.

I First brought my Cadillac in to service the backup camera and some other odds and ends They told me to come in on a Saturday. Come to find out they don t do anything other than oil changes and tire rotations when I brought my car there in the morning. We then rescheduled for the following Wednesday and I dropped off the car Tuesday night for the appointment the next day. I didn t hear from them all day to find out that they didn t see my key in the drop bin and didn t have any appointment set for me. Now getting upset, I left it there another night for them to look at it Thursday. Again did not hear from them all day Thursday so I went in to talk to them and ask that they would be more communicative. Left it there for a 4th day and was told they performed the inspection I asked them to do. They had no notes at all about any condition of parts or if it needed anything just everything looks good which I knew was not true. I was also not charged for it so that leads me to believe they didn t look at it at all. They didn t change the oil as I asked, the technician didn t even look at the paper with notes I had left with them. When I got the receipt I was only charged for half an hour of work to fix the back up camera which had no progress made at all. So it seems they spent very little time working on my vehicle after all the problems that they had created. I can understand if they have a lot of cars to deal with and are busy. But scheduling me wrong twice AND not doing anything with the car after 3 full days of having it is unacceptable.

My wife and I just purchased a Barely Used 2022 Chevy traverse high country. Our sales associate Jacob Eldridge was fantastic and made my wife and I feel comfortable. There was a small blemish on the vehicle that I noticed and Jacob immediately stated that the dealership would take care of it when I come back for the inspection sticker. As well as detail the vehicle for us due to the fact we were at the dealership close to closing time. Would recommend this dealership along with Jacob. I should note also while waiting for my services the sales staff and even management were easy to talk and have open conversations with.

I had an apt to look at a vehicle. Drove over an hour in the pouring rain and when I got there I sat around until Nick my salesman told me oh sorry we sold that yesterday. So I will never shop there and frankly won t buy a Cadillac. It only takes one time to lose a customer. It s worth putting an effort into customer service which it was obvious they don t. The whole atmosphere was unprofessional.Great outcome though I went down the road to Plymouth Volvo and purchased a vehicle with 3k miles like new for a great price and I love the color. Thanks Volvo .

We had the easiest, most pleasant, stress-free car shopping experience EVER at Tracy Chevrolet! Gil was personable, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. My salesman Chad, was excellent, I went in thinking I wanted a specific car. I tried it and was also shown a second car and liked the second one better. It was less expensive and had everything I needed and wanted. Everything was explained to me and my budget was taken in to consideration to help me make my decision. The finance manager was wonderful, he listened to what my needs were and sold me only what I needed and took care of me quickly an efficiently. The whole team at Tracy was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and friendly. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Kyle + John were very helpful. A ride was offered round-trip from my home and I didn't need to ask. My business felt appreciated. Complimentary wash that I also didn't need to ask for. Paperwork provided helps keep records and keep up with maintenance.

Easily the worst dealership I ve ever been to they charged me $363 for an oil change and filters and $50 dollars for a marker bulb that cost maybe $3 at autozone I ll never be coming back you guys are a bunch of con artists. They tried tell me that my transmission is over 100k miles and that it need a transmission flush when I just put a new transmission in 40k miles ago they lie and up charge everything by a lot I ll never recommend anyone to come here. Worst dealership ever..

Elizabeth and her team rose to the challenge of jumping into the middle of a planned project for my car after a personel change. They did a thorough job and the issue is fixed. Come check out time, Elizabeth took the initiative to go over everything they did in detail before I paid. This gave me complete confidence they did thorough work to take care of an oil and coolant leak that other mechanics failed to address properly. I'll come to them again should I have another issue!

Kyle in service was great! The tech Ryan was also very knowledgeable and professional. Chevy needs to get their act together with these radio issues! This is my 4th service call since I bought the truck this fall. Chevy doesn t seem to value customer time at all. Fortunately you have excellent employees to soften the Chevy failures! All further upgrades (which I hear are inevitable since Chevy isn t sure what s wrong yet) I think customers should be given points, gift cards etc.? Please don t lose your employees due to company failures to resolve common issues. Keep up the great strong work Tracy s! Merry Christmas

I called ahead for an appointment for an oil change, a simple oil change. It should have taken at the most one hour to have taken. My husband sat in your waiting room for three hours. I'm not sure if whoever does your scheduling over booked or if there was a staffing issue or whatever, but a three hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable. If nothing else, there should have been some type of compensation for the inconvenience. I will seriously be rethinking if I will be coming back for any more oil changes when I can go right across the street for the same price and be done in 15 minutes.

Came in to purchase a truck. Listed online for 29,115 sales manager Myles became upset when we held them to the sales price. They stated earlier in the morning they had received all kinds of calls yesterday. Faulty advertising on their website. The salesperson first day on the job was very accommodating. He should be promoted to Myles job. Tracey has a bad reputation in town and it showed this morning

I made a post earlier last year saying it was easy buying a truck from them and it was thenNow after owning the truck, service was decent until recently. My truck had a sensor come on saying brake pad sensor. We brought it to Tracy to have them look at it. Women came back and told my wife it needed brakes for the sum of $1800 . I got on the phone with her then she said it only needs fronts done for roughly$900. My truck was in for a service roughly 6 weeks ago and brake life was at %75 and was told they were good. Now 2000 miles later it needs a complete brake job?. Women told me it was $280 in labor and the rest was parts. I can buy the parts for roughly $300 to do front and rears. So they are marking up parts x4 ??! Found a garage to do it for $400 seems like price gouging to me. After this experience I will be bringing my business elsewhere for sure ,recommend others do as well.Faces in service have changed there in the last few months and it seems like they're going downhill fast. Just my experience thereI'm giving a one star because of my buying experience. Service gets zero stars.

My girlfriend and I went here to buy her a new car, and we were greeted right away by Jake even though he was very busy. He made car buying a very easy and comfortable process. They helped in every way possible and we ended up leaving with an amazing, affordable vehicle. Best dealership around here hands down.

I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection sticker. The oil change went fine with no issues. I failed the inspection because my back rear tires had dry rot on them. That s all that s listed on the failed inspection form they gave me when I had the test done. I was told at that time that there were other issues that needed to be addressed but none that would hinder the inspection sticker approval. I went and got my tires replaced that day and brought it back, only to be told that something else needed to be fixed before it would pass. It s not listed on my form that I failed because of anything other than the tires. I became upset (though remained professional) because I was given false information at the time of failure and showed the man the paper I was given. His response was I m not going to lose my ability to do inspections just because you want a sticker . I wasn t upset that I failed, I was upset that this wasn t told to me from the start. Furthermore, after I left, I realized I didn t have my registration in my glovebox and when I called to inquire about it that same day, I was told that it must have been lost by me. It wasn t. So that s another $25 I had to pay to the registry to replace it. I ll never be a customer again. I didn t appreciate the way I was spoken to, the way I was given false information and the way I was generally treated.

Brad was great trying to get my old Chevy van fixed.It was thought that my problem might be the transmission.I told Brad that the van wasn't worth spending thousandsof dollars to repair.Brad suggested that I do a BG transmission flush that sometimescorrect the problem.Sure enough after the BG transmission flush my van wentback to normal and it was only $ 350Thanks Brad, you gave my old a girl a new lease on life.

After getting new tires installed incorrectly by a well know tire dealer, with stripped lugs and bolts, Tracy Motors took me right in to try and fix the problems. When it was discovered that the problem was more than just stripped lugs, Tracy fixed the issue on the same day without an appointment. Really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help a customer. I should have purchased the tires directly from Tracy in the first place! Lesson learned.

If you offer a pickup and delivery or courtesy car for customers to use while their car is left for repair for a long period of time. You should have it available. Recently I brought my vehicle in and there was no car available. Not cool.

After bringing my truck to Martys Gmc multiple times. I brought it to you guys. You guys not only fixed the problem but you didn t give me the runaround. I appreciate that. It s tough to find people that take pride in their work these days. The service advisor that I dealt with was great. I believe his name is Brad. Very honest and upfront. Again, I appreciate that. Tracy Chevrolet in Plymouth Ma. treats their customers very well. From the Sales Dept to Service- they are all wonderful. I love my 2022 Chevy Colorado. I won t take my truck anywhere else to have it serviced. They take great care of me and my pickup! Thanks guys

Although we are new customers with Tracy Chevrolet we are very pleased at this point. They are going out of their way to make sure our issues with our new Chevy Trailblazer are corrected. It's not always easy to be positive when issues come up on a new vehicle, but we are, at this point, encouraged that Tracy Chevrolet will get our issue resolved. Had been looking at a truck at another dealership, on the way home we decided to pull into Tracy Motors. We met Jacob Eldridge, told him what we were looking at elsewhere, what we wanted in a truck, he showed us the Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 LT, went on a test drive, Jacob explained everything with the truck, the features, warranty. The ride is amazing! Let s face it the worst part to car shopping is sitting down doing the deal .Jacob made it easy, kept us informed throughout, the general manager and finance were also fantastic, service department immediately introduced themselves. We are so thrilled with our new purchase and our experience at Tracy Motors Inc. The question we ve asked ourselves afterwards is why have we bought vehicles in the past elsewhere? Jacob, was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable, comfortable to talk with, helpful, took the time to listen, communicated! The dealership was clean, everyone friendly! Will most definitely buy any future purchases from only Tracy Motors Inc!!
