Friendly, informative and reasonable. I'm very happy with the service performed on my car and will return for any and all work in the future. The guys were honest and forthcoming about what was necessary, transparent about costs and timely overall. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in to be looked at because there was a rattling noise when parking. They drove my car around, and determined there was nothing wrong with it. They didn t charge me, but I gave the mechanic a tip. That aspect of my visit was fantastic, and I was so appreciative. However, they parked my car completely flush with one of their own cars in the parking lot. They left all of the room on the driver s side, and I could barely get in my vehicle. When I tried to pull out of the parking space, my car scraped against their car that was parked. The mechanic came over when I hopped out of my car saying oh, it was parked too tight . I replied with yeah, my car was parked way to close to this vehicle .I offered my license and registration, because the headlight to their car was smashed- as well as the entire side of my vehicle. The mechanic said he (the alleged owner) probably won t even do anything with this (my insurance information), it s just a project car . 4 days later my insurance company called me to discuss the claim made by the owner, in which I brought my apparently non-damaged new car in, that was parked absolutely absurdly in the repair shop parking lot, and damaged due to poor storage of my vehicle while in their possession.(They have quite a few clear project cars littered around their lot. After talking with my insurance rep, he explained that even if the repair shop parked my car directly flush with their vehicle, I m at fault because the other car had no driver. This makes sense, but it also seems suspicious that they would park a customer s car so close to the owner s project car, in a way that would result in an inevitable collision to no technical fault of their own as their car was unoccupied, but that would result in a payout for damages on their project car .)This is so highly unprofessional. I was waiting to be contacted by the repair shop in regards to them fixing MY vehicle that they admittedly parked far to close to one of the project cars in the lot, if anything. It makes sense though. I wouldn t be surprised if the payout for fixing their headlight (parts and labor included) from their insurance company goes right into their own pockets, as this happened while my car was at their repair shop, the repair shop I entrusted to FIX my vehicle. If you take your car here, request that they park it far from their project vehicles. If they park tightly against their project vehicles, or any other vehicles, ask that they pull the vehicle out for you.Service: General repairs & maintenance
