Sales team was very responsive to my email and telephone questions throughout my browsing experience. Paul took care of showing me the bike I was interested in. I feel I got a great deal and was welcomed as a valued customer during my purchase experience. They have a nice shop with tons of gear, bikes, and they do maintenance and wrenching in their shop on the other side. Definitely worth a look.

Plenty of inventory on hand for numerous applications of riding. Prices are fair and the employees seem to be knowledgeable. A gentleman named Tom T at the parts counter was very helpful and welcoming, he made the experience quick and easy.

Ordered and paid for a replacement motorcycle key. After 6 months of waiting, I called them to see where it was. They said they'd look into it and call me. They never called. After two more months, I called again. They said they send it right out, Two more months, I called again. They agin promised to send it right out. They finally sent it. Not good service.

A friend had his ATV worked on at this place and they stole his brand new battery and put in a very old one. The engine blew in the first hour of riding it. The fact that they switched parts tells me they screwed something up in the motor.

This is a great place to buy a bike from! Paul and his team are excellent! No heavy sales pitch or rushing you out the door so they can sell the next bike. They care about the product and the rider and take the time to make sure you do as well. I'll gladly buy another bike from them. Great prices too!!

This is a great bunch of guys. They won me over with product selection, value and above all, great customer support. I ended up buying a second bike from them. They have helped me in every way so I can't say enough about them. The guys in Parts are great too; the same can be said for those in the Service Dpt. This was a good call, no doubt.

Bought my first brand new kx250x here, very happy with the service. Paul gave me the basic rundown of buying and properly breaking in a new bike. Both my bikes have been in for service, from custom suspension to replacement of the rear fender/ subframe. Couldn't be happier. Pretty much any part I need from spokes, oils and cleaners, riding gear, this place will probably have it.

One of the only dealers I ve been to where the salesmen don t play games. I bought my ktm 690 in the spring and they ve been nothing but helpful. I drove over an hour to purchase the bike even tho my local dealer had one in stock. The owner Paul, is nothing but an easy, nice guy to deal with and I will continue to give them my business. Definitely 100% recommend.

Best shop I have ever been to. The owner was extremely helpful educating me to make sure I made the right purchase. I could not be more happy with my new KTM.This is the only place I would trust to service my motorcycle. Well worth the one hour drive for me.

I went to this establishment to purchase a scooter for my 14 year old son. I looked around for about 20 minutes without getting any assistance. I even noticed the manager watching my son and I but he never got out of his chair to assist us. The sad part is I went there to buy on the spot but ended up wasting my time driving there because I live about 40 miles away horrible customer service hopefully they got the sell from that guy I heard saying he didn t have any money to buy anything

I got my inspection sticker but no one working there is 1) friendly 2) can't give property directions to show customers where to go with what they want to purchase and 3) the staff( except there inspection sticker service(?>50 years old),)act like you're bothering then from video games on their phone. All 3 had they noses stuck in a device and could only answer in one or two words sentences.. With difficulty! Only the MAN inspecting my Bike had work ethic and was kinda to me, the customer. I'll not go there again and the 30 friends and aquaintences I rode with won't either. They warned me, but I didn't feel like driving 55 minutes to Bettencourt Honda..(that place is ACES & 5 STARS)It's worth the 55 minutes driver to be treated like a friend, not to be made to feel I'm bothering them..

I've had them mount and balance my tires, they did a great job and a great price. They also worked on my bikes too and they do good work. Albeit takes them a bit longer on some jobs, but they do it right and that's all I can ask for.I did buy a bike from them too. They treated me great, I bought my ninja 300 from them for a great deal. They were fair and took me seriously even though i'm a kid (22 years old). They even let me test ride a bike even though I've only had my license for a month. They knew I was serious and excited about the bike. They were completely fair. Will buy from again for sure! A business that cares about their customers.

I had a great experience at Pilgim Powersports. I bought my first bike, no experience. Saw a nice used Yamaha cruiser, first visit. The owner, Paul, told me to take my time and think about it, not to make a quick decision. I ended going back and purchased the bike when I was told that they would deliver the bike 30 miles away for free - essential for a newbie! To top it off, I had a small problem with the bike and Paul volunteered to pick up the bike for warranty repair. It ended up needing a part they had to order. They called me when it came in, I brought it in myself, and it was done the next day, no charge. Small business service at its finest! Will be back to upgrade next year!

Great place. Service department guys were super nice and professional. Front end shop has a good selection of accessories and knowledgeable reps. Quick note; service department is on the other side of the building (second entrance)

I am very pleased with the staff here! The parts guys and service guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. I Went there with the check engine light on on my 2014 ninja and an engine bolt missing! I left with both problems fixed They worked on my bike for hours with out me even having an apt. I will be back soon! Thanks guys!!

Always a positive experience when I go in. Excellent staff, knowledgeable, I won't buy my bikes anywhere else. Paul is a great owner who goes out of his way to make you happy, a trait lost with many dealerships. I've owned a few kawasaki bikes from them and as soon as they offered KTM, I bought one too. Just a great dealership from service, parts and sales.

Very friendly! Even though they were having computer issues, They made sure I was able to get all the necessary paper work in a very timely manner. I was extremely let down last year by a different dealer, Now I will not shop anywhere other than Pilgrim Power Sports! They have excellent prices on bikes and accessories! Looking forward to future purchases! Thank you Pilgrim Power Sports!

I'm 19 and in the market for my second motorcycle. The guys here treat me like a real person and an actual buyer unlike a couple other dealerships I've been in contact with. I know I'm young and look 12 but I can't stand being treated like a child. I do my research and play the game just like everyone else.Definitely going to finalize my purchase with them and would recommend their business to others for sure. Time to get on that Ninja 650!

This place is a joke of a dealership! Never have any common parts in stock . Always get the we just sold the last one or service just grabbed the last one. Parts are over priced anyway. Mail order for now on . Don t know how people give this place good ratings.

Great motorcycle shop. It's a Kawasaki and KTM dealership as well. Good quantity of parts and gear in store. We'll maintained and neat. If you have a Kawi or KTM/Husky I definitely recommend.

They have a pretty good selection of motorcycles, but do focus mainly on more sport like bikes than cruisers. They do have a few though. They have a good selection of accessories and safety gear for riding as well.

Pilgrim powersports is an amazing establishment. Everytime I call the guys are always super nice. I have gotten work done and bout gear from this shop at great prices. The guy Bob that runs the service department is very knowledgeable. He dosent push stuff on you that you don't need. Thanks a lot for being honest it's hard to find now a days with powersport companys.
