Frank was paid in full to repair my car from what I was told a simple rear-end collision 7 months ago. I do not have my car because there are still parts to be ordered and work to be finished. There is additional work that needs to be fixed because my brand new car got damaged from sitting in his garage for so long. Frank does not respond to phone calls or texts. The only way to find out any progress on work of your vehicle is to drive to his shop and hope that he is there. When he is there is will give you a large number of excuses why the work has not been done and many promises that are never kept that the car will be finished. Unfortunately, this mechanic was not as honest and hard working as he appeared when we met.

Had frank work on my 6.7 several time he s dropped what he s been doing to help me. Not only he dropped what he was doing to help there was several time I wasn t charged a dime. Frank is solid if you can t get ahold just go there he s there almost everyday till midnight

Just save yourself the time, the money, and the headache this is the worst mechanic EVER! CAN U GIVE ZERO STARS***ADD SINCE CANT COMMENT BACK.***Fully understand taking your time. But it has been since October and it is now February put your self in the other person shoes.Having NO transportation for 4 months is a very long time. The dates keep changing and getting pushed back so you are also dishonest. Being told a date your car is going to be done and then it not being done is very disappointing. Also not sure how the google review are still this high considering a lot of people on Facebook have a lot of negative things to say about this establishment. Hope you have the day you deserve:)

The staff are friendly and being able to trust your mechanic is essential. I feel they're reasonably priced on services and do a thorough job.

Very fair in pricing. Saved me a ton of money on parts I was told I needed but did not in fact need.car running on all 4 perfectly.would recommend this place to anyone looking for body work or mechanic issues..there's nothing he can't fix .

Frank is literally a life saver!!After a long drive, I noticed something was very off with my brakes. Decided to stop by and right away Frank dropped everything to help me out. After figuring out the problem, he got the job done in less than 24 hours and saved my weekend!He was honest, and completely fair with his prices. I could not recommend him enough.

Frank is the most knowledgeable mechanic I know. He will never cut corners and is also the most reasonably priced Auto shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He's professional and personable and treats his customers like family.

Frank just continues so be knowledgeable and capable to solve all of my car s problems. I ve been there 3x and he has never let me down. Had my rim scratches taken out last, and he did an impeccable job! Super nice guy willing to work with u . We had a loose plate under the car that randomly started rattling on the highway. If it hadn't been for Frank's help and knowledge we'd have been in a bind... And on a Sunday!

The owner of this shop has been super accommodating and amazing! Offered me all sorts of deals and fast timely repair, spotted the hole in my tire and what caused it right away and took care of me throughout the whole process, I enjoy going to mechanics that know exactly what they're doing and make me feel comfortable 10/10 would recommend and come back again!

I was astounded by Franks auto body skills. The man is a true artist. Additionally, I soon had some troubles with my engine. Frank has an extensive array of diagnostic equipment and auto experience with which he zeroed in on the malady that alluded myself. My hunk of junk 1997 Pontiac Firebird was giving me issues, but I was short on cash, and I've only ever had bad experiences with mechanics in the town of plymouth. Normally I would just go and do my own repairs on my car, but my power steering was leaving me absolutely dumbfounded.Frank not only gave me an ABSURDLY low price on the repairs, but he also showed me what he was doing, and taught me a lot about power steering systems that I didn't know. He's not always the best at answering his phone, but his work goes above and beyond anything I've ever received from a mechanic.If I could give more stars I would, 11/10 recommend

Frank repaired rusted wheel wells and rust on different sections of the car. He built up the rusted areas, finished them, and made a fifteen year old car look like new. He repaired the exhaust system, replaced the emergency brake and did some general repairs. The pricing was very reasonable. I brought my truck to the dealer for a transmission issue that they could not figure out. I took it to Frank's one stop auto shop. He called me after an hour and told me he fixed the problem. I came to pay and he said I was all set and didnt owe him anything "it only took me 20 minutes" he said. Since then ive have brought my other vehicles in. Hes prompt and fair priced. I Would recommend him to anyone.

My car has a problem with the tires on the highway. I parked it to the nearest parking lot of the high-speed exit. I found Frank and told him my situation. He kindly helped me, and even called his friends to help me find the right tire. Thank you very much. This store is really good, Frank's patience and enthusiasm told me what is the American spirit!

Our car broke down right near their shop. They quickly identified the problem (file. pump) , literally pushed our car to their shop, and had it fixed in 2 days. We were out of town so we had a 4 hour drive back home after we picked it up. Got home with no problem and everything seems to be working great. Highly recommend! Price was fair.

This place is one of the best for Frank's attention to detail unsurmountable knowledge and his charm n politeness . Brought my high mileage minivan in for front end work Frank did a great job and kept the price down. Minivan is running great! Frank was honest and did exactly what he said he would. I recommend this shop!

My Jeep broke down at the gym near Franks shop. I walked over and asked for his help and he came right over and fixed my problem. Very cool guy and very knowledgeable!

Brought my car for exhaust gasket, came a week later to pick it up, as you can't reach this guy over the phone, nothing is done, he tells me I need a new head as mine deformed. He told he installed a new gasket but it was leaking. I inspected it, he never touched my car, he lied to my face, wasted my time and wanted to charge 3 times more of what he quoted. Billy is crook and a liar. Stay away.

Frank did a great job on he bodywork of my Audi. He is an old school panelbeater and knows how to repair rather than just replace damaged panels at a fraction of what other body shops charge.

This was my first time at the shop, I am very satisfied with the results. Frank is very accommodating and thorough. Also very fair with prices. I will return should the need arise.

Frank is incredible I needed my brakes done on my work van an he got me right in an did it himself he s been doing this for years he s a level one mechanic that s the best an he is very reasonable as well one stop Auto gets my vote Anthony Troy

The shop is completely disorganized, can t reach anyone by phone or online. I placed order for parts for my Car. When they finally arrived they were the incorrect parts. I have been trying to get my $280 back but have been unsuccessful! This has been going on for over a month! I cannot not recommend this placeJim
