Takes a bad situation and makes it all better. En route to Florida his past December we were side swiped by a semi tractor trailer truck. I was inches from being killed. The damage to our Honda Crv was nightmarish. We brought it in to King Collision and like a fairy godmother, they brought our Honda back to its original glory. You would never know the damage was there. See for yourself the spectacular work they did!

My car isn t even fixed yet but I have to put a review just for the costumer service! I had gotten into an accident a couple days ago, it was a pretty good hit. From the second I had an appraiser set up to come look at my car, they have made sure to keep in contact with me and update me with any additional issues, what they plan on doing, and answering any questions right away for me since this is my first time going through this process they have made it so much easier! Usually with body shops I feel they can take forever to take apart your car and you have to kinda bug them abt it, at king collisions that s not what happens! They got my car looked at within a couple of days, quicker than the date they were originally going to take it apart. I even have the shops phone number so we can text about any issues/questions. Brian and brianna are absolutely amazing! very professional and very good at their job. Highly recommended!Update: Ashley Brianna and Brian are the absolute best!!! Thank you to everyone who had worked on my car she looks brand new!! they even detailed the inside of it! I HIGHLY recommend King collisionServices: Painting, Body & Trim

King Collision I ve had to use them twice over a year span and the quality of service and work hasn t changed a bit. They re helpful, friendly and professional. Getting text updates on the progress gave me peace of mind and the free annual details for life of ownership of the car is definitely an added extra! Thanks everyone, hopefully you only have to see me for the details and I ll gladly recommend King Collision to anyone who needs body work done!

Everyone that I worked with during the process of having my truck fixed was amazing. They re all very nice people and made sure to explain everything to me in great detail about the process. They even coordinated with the rental car company to help get me a car for the time being. Everything looks perfect! Thank you guys!

My daughter s Jeep was parked over an Eversource manhole cover that exploded in Boston. Everyone at King Collision was so caring and helpful. They took great care to take apart the Jeep to inspect each part to make sure it was 100% safe for my daughter to drive again. If it wasn t for King Collision and the past experience we had with them I m not sure I d feel safe with my daughter back in that Jeep. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

The Best experience I have had working with an auto repair shop. I fell victim to a rear end collision this fall in my new BMW x5. The insurance company gave me recommendations to various repair shops I could use but I knew I wanted a certified a repair shop to do the repaired. After doing some online research and a phone call to my local dealer I contacted King s Collision in Plymouth to have them repair it. Ashley took my call and was so patient with me. I had a million questions and she walked me through each one never rushing the conversation. They personally went and picked up my car at the lot my car had been towed to on the cape and gave me the date my car would be looked at by them. They were honest from the beginning that the repair would not be a quick repair and gave me a time frame, which they fell in line with. I received text messages and pictures loaded to their auto watch with updates which truly made me feel like my car was always their number 1 priority. They took care of all my insurance needs and when my car was ready and we went and picked it up Jerry walked through every repair and showed us what had been done.Kings collision center completely took all the stress away from this accident and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car repaired adequately and wanting an open line of communication at all times.

Kings collision did such an amazing job on my car after getting into an accident. What is such a stressful time, they made such to take care of everything including facilitating the rental car for me. Customer service was phenomenal and my car came out beautifully. Best experience by far.

Everyone at Kings Collision in Plymouth were a pleasure to work with. Briana texted me regularly with updates and I loved that I could text anytime if I had a question. Once I went to get my car, I was given an overview of the work they performed and an assurance that I could call anytime with questions. The service came with a lifetime warranty and one free interior and exterior detail per year. I own a Tesla and Kings is one of their approved vendors. I would not hesitate to recommend Kings to anyone. So friendly and actually a pleasure to work with!

We can t say enough great things about our experience with King s Collision. From the moment they answered our call, we knew we were receiving a higher level of service. They explained everything in detail, handled all communications with the insurance and rental car companies, and provided regular updates on the progress of the work. Our car looks brand new and we couldn t be happier. A special callout to Ashley and Brianna for their ability to make us smile and laugh while being extremely efficient and professional. Brian and Jerry also exceeded our expectations for answering all of our questions and managing the process as well. Thanks to all of those behind the scenes who had a hand in the repair process. This team can t be beat! We have been singing their praises to everyone!

No one likes to have their car repaired ! But if it has to be done there is no Collision Center that rivals King Collision. Your experience starts in the front office with their incredible team walking you through the process, great job ladies. Then if your lucky Brian talks you through the repairs and schedule. The people here make choosing King easy. Qualified Tesla shop, nonstop communication every step of the way, took care of all the hard parts of working with insurance, and the quality of repair and detailing makes you forget there was any damage to begin with. King Collision/Plymouth's staff are very professional and frank about the time table and cost of repair. I have an Audi Q5 and the rear suffered extensive damage. The auto mechanics did an amazing job and the car looks brand new! Very friendly staff with heartfelt sympathy with each person's dilemma regarding their damaged car. A+ all the way around!

If you just want your car fixed you can go anywhere. If you want it fixed with quality workmanship you must go to King Collision. This is my third car fixed for me over the years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I've never been disappointed or had to return to them for any problem. Honestly, this couldn't have been a better experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few communications issues, but never that caused any problems. They went above and beyond and my truck came back perfectly.

Had the best experience with King Collision and Brian Cox! Got a number of crazy estimates to fix the damage to our brand new SUV-Kings was the most reasonable! We expected to have the car gone for weeks and the cost to rise if more damage found inside. Car was back and a few days and cost didn t change a dime! Car was detailed by Kings- looked newer than new! We ll certainly recommend Kings and Brian to everyone looking for a great experience during a stressful time. Made repairs to my wife s Tesla. Took Tesla almost two months to ship all the needed parts to King Collision. Brian and Briana updated us regularly on the car s status.
