When I go to a car dealership, I expect to be swindled and pressured into a contract that doesn t really work for me. I called Hyundai of Plymouth, and spoke with the manager Chris who made sure that there were no surprise costs added after the price estimate. He was true to his word and got me into my exact car of choice for exactly the price I wanted. Chris is somebody you could call for a car inquiry, and want to grab a beer with afterward. We were late to our appointment and they stayed for longer hours to make sure that we were well taken care of. Sean was very kind, accommodating, and made sure we were 100% happy with our decision. This experience was more than positive. When you work with this team you feel like family. We were excited to come back to pick up our new car, but we also just wanted to return for the conversation and the laughs. You will not be disappointed choosing Hyundai of Plymouth for your next ride. We look forward to our next visit!

What a great experience! This was our fifth Hyundai purchase and we had a budget that we wanted to stick to. They worked extremely hard to get to the right payment AND to find the right car that worked for us. They made it quick, easy and fun. We will definitely be back for our next Hyundai!

What a great experience all around!!! I walked in on a Thursday evening with a print out of the vehicle I was looking for It was a white 2023 Santa Fe limited. I was praying to God it was available. I wasn t having any luck trying to find the right vehicle . Chris said well, let s take a look . He had me come around the counter and look it up. He said yes, it is available and a black one just like it. They both are very nice vehicles. We were talking about all the cool bells and whistles that were available and how illiterate I am when it comes to all the new technology. We were all joking around at this point. We were all laughing. I was nervous at first that I was just going to just get a bunch of salesman, bull ! But it wasn t the case. I was feeling comfortable. He , then said, would you like to take it for a ride? I said no it s 15 min to closing time and I don t want keep anyone from going home. I do plan on looking at it, but I was leaving the next day for the weekend and that I would definitely come back Monday. I just wanted to make sure it was here . They said no problem!!!! They were so kind to still pull around one of vehicles and let me take it for a test drive. They said I could go alone, but Lisa was so fun to talk to that I told her to jump in with me. I fell in loveWith it immediately. It was the black Santa Fe . I really was interested in the white. When I got back I had said I d like to see the white one quick. They insisted to pull it up and said take it for a ride. At this point it was just after 6 pm. I said nope no need to drive it. Let me just sit in it and look at it quick. I said THIS IS THE ONE !!! . I ll be sending my husband here to look at it over the weekend. I begged him put a money down to hold it. It s the one I want! II told him how awesome and nice everybody was, and that they actually stayed late for me just to look it. And test drive it. He test drove it and said everyone was nice.Signing the paper work was a breeze. The communication was awesome. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I met with Carey she was awesome.!!! She sat with me, patiently trying to explain everything to me. I was so nervous because I am ADD and this vehicle has so much. She explained that I could come back anytime with any questions and she would walk me through it. This was hands-down, one of the best and friendliest dealerships I ve ever dealt with. From beginning to end. Everyone was great! Best experience for sure!!!. I was sad to hear that it was Lisa last week she was such a doll.I do look forward to seeing everyone at the new location when I have my vehicle serviced!!! Thank you Hyundai of Plymouth!!!! I absolutely love my new vehicle!!!!.

We were rear ended and our car was totaled so we were unexpectedly in the market for a car. Not having a car with a 9 year old and a 2 year old autistic child caused us a lot of anxiety and because of them that anxiety is gone. The team and Carey Perry were so helpful and worked so hard to get us in the one car. We were so thankful and they helped us relieved lot of anxiety and stress. There was never a doubt in my mind that we were going to get a car from them and they really delivered. If you are ever in a rut and need a car definitely go here and work with them. They will be sure to help you while also being honest.

I got to go with my father-in-law (Tim R.) to buy a new Palisade, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, Matt, Chris, and especially CareyPerry were great to deal with. We were made to feel comfortable and valued as customers, and the buying experience was easy- as it should be! I would definitely recommend the crew at Hyundai of Plymouth!

Carey Perry's is a wonderful sales person so helpful with all my questions. Made a easy transition from 1 car to another. The whole team at Hyundai of Plymouth was amazing. Chris sat with us also and was very Honest with everything he said would be happening with helping my daughter purchase a car also. Plymouth Hyundai is the best.

I totaled my car and needed one in a timely manner due to work. My husband and I went to two different dealerships, drove 6 different cars, we over quoted and not treated nicely when asked questions.Then I happened to find Hyundai of Plymouth.We didn t make an appointment but walked in with a car in mind.Once we walked in we were greeted by Carey.She was so nice and welcoming. She got the car ready to test drive and off we went.She was very knowledgeable about the car and understood when we said we wanted to go home to discuss options.We made a follow up appointment for a Monday morning. Went in put in an offer and closed on a new car. Carey and Matt we so nice, walked us though all the steps and were not pushy at all. There was never any questions of if they were genuine, you just knew it. They actually cared about their customers and what we wanted out of a car.We went from a 2016 Kia to a 2020 Santa Fe! I m in love with this car!I have already told friends and family about them! We will definitely be back for our future cars and our kids! Thank you all so much!!!

We just purchased a 2023 Santa Fe. The staff were awesome. We worked with Ingrid and Monique. I graduated from high school with Ingrid and it was wonderful to work with her. Monique is Portuguese just like me and my wife.We also worked with Justin who is 1/2 Italian and Dutch.Matt was great with the financing aspect of everything and the process went very smoothly.This experience was great people great staff and great experience would recommend to friends.Thanks John and Virginia Machado

My family and I are on our 4th lease from Hyundai of Plymouth and we cannot say enough good things. They are flexible and helpful with cost and truly treat every customer like they are part of the Rountree family. Just last week I went in for my lease end appointment Carey, Mark, Dutch, Matt, and Uirys made it feel like I was on vacation!! Every single question answered and explained in depth and not once did I feel silly for asking. As a young woman it can be daunting to go into a car dealership but this was truly a great experience. I walked out with a new car and an extremely reasonable lease payment. These people love cars but they love people more. If you are looking for a Hyundai in the greater Plymouth area I cannot recommend enough! I added pics of me saying goodbye to my first lease and hello to my second! I cannot reiterate enough this staff is amazing!

Purchased a 2024 Santa Fe from them on 2/19. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was amazing. A great team that works extremely well with eachother. We never felt pressured, everything was transparent, and they went above and beyond to let us take our vehicle home on an extremely busy Presidents Day. We had shopped around previously and they worked to give us a better deal that could not be beat. We look forward to returning here for service and future vehicles. Today I test drove a Hyundai Kona, and I want everyone to know it's an amazing little SUV. I was very impressed with all the safety features and what a smooth ride it was. Sean F. is very knowledgeable about the technology of the car and everything to do with the package really. He didn't pressure me to buy yet spent a great deal of time explaining the features. I would not hesitate to recommend Plymouth Hyundai. Thank you!

We had a great experience purchasing a car from Carey Perry! No pressure, quick painless process! And we are back! After having my beautiful new Santa Fe totalled by a drunk driver in November we knew we had to come back to see Carey and the team at Rountree Hyundai of Plymouth. To top it all off when I picked up the car Matt had started it for me and had my favorite 80s music station on. Can t get much better than that! When hubby needs a car, you know where we are coming! Have never felt so relaxed in a car dealership!Sean was exceptional to work with, and not once did I felt pushed, rushed, or made to feel uncomfortable. I ended up leasing a great new Elantra at a comfortable payment. Throughout the entire leasing process Sean was super responsive and helpful, answering texts and emails very quickly. The team ended up getting me into my car a few days earlier than expected and pulled out all the stops to get me driving it the day before Thanksgiving. Sean, Lauren, and the whole team in Hyundai of Plymouth have definitely created a return customer from me and I am so thrilled with my new car.Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new car!

Buying from out of state and buying a brand new Palisade sight unseen, I was a little skeptical as to how the buying process would all turn out. I ran into some hiccups upfront, but Justin, Sean, and Lauren did an amazing job to remediate the issues and work with me over the course of two months until I finally got keys in hand. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others as they are very personable and will be upfront with you regarding all aspects of the vehicle and buying process.

Wow! Amazing experience buying our new car from the team at Hyundai of Plymouth! From day 1 we were treated with wonderful customer service that was always honest, transparent, and finding options to fit our needs. Easiest, stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Lots of vehicles in stock to look at. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff provided transparent info on vehicle pricing and features. I took a Sonata for a test drive and loved it so much that I bought it on the spot!! One week later, I'm driving my new, sweet-looking ride!! I would highly recommend Rountree Hyundai of Plymouth to anyone looking for a good deal on vehicles.

Both the Santa Fe and the Tucson we drove felt very nice and premium, with affordable prices. But the highlight of the visit was definitely the service. The people at Hyundai treated you like a person, not a customer. They were all very helpful to find the right price, and vehicle for us. Easily five stars.

From start to finish I loved my experience with this dealership. I called on Saturday and Ingrid answered my inquiry quickly and set up apt for test drive before closing same day. When we arrived Carey was ready to help with any questions. Matt the GM introduced himself and was very personable. They sent us home with all the car fax and said to let us know if we found any vehicles elsewhere and Carey would be able to help us with processing car fax and out best options. Monday Carey reached out to thank me for coming in and to please let her know if she could help me with anything. Tuesday I responded I d like to come in and go over the numbers. When we arrived Matt greeted us and handled my trade in. Carey was so friendly and made the whole process seamless. Lauren handled our finances so efficiently and informative on what my options were. They were all so friendly, honest, and direct. I drove home with my new vehicle that night. They are more than fair, very honest and want you to have the best experience. Which we did!!! So happy to have a hometown business like this!!!
