After recently passing an inspection, it was suggested to me that I have my transmission checked out by someone.( They didn't deal with transmissions). I called Al that day and he had me bring the car in the next morning! No wait! Turns out my transmission was apparently fine, but there were quite a few other unsafe things wrong with my car that needed attention. Brakes, radiator, axle, and tire issues. I knew my car had not been driving nice for a while. After having Al do the repairs my car rides like new. The quotes were extremely reasonable, the service friendly and professional. It honestly couldn't have been better. DEA will be my new and only go to garage whenever my car needs attention. Thanks Al and staff for such a great job! Kim Aiello

I had been calling around to a bunch of different towing companies, DEA had the best price!, But more importantly they were SO NICE! When I told Al my situation about being a single mother of 3, & being on a VERY tight budget, etc.. he was extremely understanding & very helpful! I had been stressing about this situation since Xmas Eve, and after talking to Al for about 5 minutes I felt SO much better!! This will definitely be my first "Go to" place from now on & I'll be making lots of referrals!! LOL. Thank youuu!!

I am soo glad I took my friends recommendation to call this company! NOT only did they fix my car they went above and beyond what is the norm. I was in a VERY tight situation with just having been scammed and taken advantage of by another mechanic. Al and the whole team at D.E.A Auto all came together to help out a brand new customer by being sympathetic to my situation and working WITH me. The communication throughout the process was unlike any other I have experienced before! I am now a loyal customer and will recommend D.E.A to anyone and everyone! I had to get my car towed today. I had called multiple towing companies who all rejected me because it was the Fourth of July weekend. D.E.A automotive was the only company that would give me the tow. I m very grateful to them. they were super friendly and helpful.

Al and his team are excellent! Thorough diagnosis, updates during the work needed, very fair pricing compared to what I had been given from two other shops, and the work was excellent.My needs were complex, and a job most shops wouldn't even entertain due to the PITA that it is... 2015 Chevy 2500 EGR Bypass Valve swap on backside of motor. He fielded it like a pro, managed my expectations of how long and what was needed, and what to consider adding due to the inherent tear down and extraction of the bad parts and was very upfront on pricing. The truck came back running great and feels like it never was even in limp mode with failed components!Nice to know that honest hardworking folks like Al and his crew are still out there. I've recommended D.E.A. already to my father and others, and will absolutely have any work on my vehicles done by them in the future!

These guys are legit. Ive been in Plymouth for 12 years now looking for a local repair shop that is no BS. They have done my brakes, undercoated my truck, and troubleshot a check engine light that i thought was a fuel pump replacement but turned out to be a sensor. I am not related or know these guys from anywhere, found them on the internet and they are my new home for auto repairs.Service: Auto maintenance

DEA was recommended by a friend who's a former mechanic. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, prices seem reasonable, the office manager is friendly, and they did a good job on the car.

I had a hell of an experience with numerous other shops in the area as well as spent almost $2000 on a repair to my truck that did not fix the engine problems I was having. I was without my work truck for a month and could not figure out what was wrong with it for the life of me, while all the mechanics i was seeing prior told me i just needed a new engine.Al at DEA here had my truck for one night, found what was wrong with it and had the truck running like new literally the next day.This is where your vehicle will be thoroughly looked through and analyzed. I just bought a new Ford f550 dump truck ,and wanted to add some accessories to it to make the truck look gorgeous. Al and is team did just that buy adding to many things to list lol.he takes his work very serious and the attention to detail is outstanding..and did I mention very reasonable, it's hard to find reasonable and perfection together, but al nailed it perfectly.
