Unfortunately through no fault of my own after 2 small fender benders, I had to get some body work done 2x within a little over 6 months. The insurance company was difficult to work with, but the staff at Cape Auto did an amazing job advocating for me and saved me from pretty much having to deal with them at all. It was an immense help. In addition both times they kept me in the loop as to the status of the repairs being done, and when I could expect my car back. Once I got my car back I was extremely pleased with the work they did and how clean my car was! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Cape Auto did an awesome job on my truck! My passenger side taillight was taken out by a box truck and was pretty banged up. When I picked my truck up it was like picking it up off the lot again for the first time. The interior was super clean and it looked as though nothing ever happened. It was also blended really well and there is no indication that it was ever damaged. Their communication is excellent and I would definitely recommend them for any body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All the guys did a great job with the body and paint work. All the paint and body lines matched perfectly. My Suburban looked so much better even than it did before I got hit. Heather at the desk is so helpful and made this stressful process seamless. I would reccomend Cape Auto to anybody.

I've had great experiences at Cape Auto's Service Center in the past so I was glad my car insurance company recommended Cape Auto Body Collision after an accident. I needed repairs after another car drove into my car, scraping along both passenger's side doors.Heather and Jennifer (I'm bad with names so apologies if I got these wrong!) were incredibly helpful. They both went above and beyond. They even helped reach out to the other driver's insurance company when I had trouble getting a response. They made a very stressful situation much more manageable for me.When I picked up my car it was quick and easy and the repairs looked great. Cape Auto even detailed the inside of my car, leaving it in even better shape than it was before the accident. I had a really fantastic experience with Cape Auto Body. Their staff were friendly, kind, and supportive. They made sure to explain the entire process, and were flexible in coordinating services with me. When I asked about an update, they provided me with a very reasonable timeframe and continued to keep me updated. I would absolutely recommend them and if needed, will absolutely use them again in the future.

My experience with Cape Auto was phenomenal! The girls at the front desk are the most friendly and helpful group ever! Heather was continuously keeping me updated on the progress of my car, referred me to Hertz for my rental and basically handled all that for me too! My car looks incredible!! I give Cape Auto five stars across the board! I would highly recommend them to family and friends! Thank you CAPE AUTO for a wonderful experience!!!

After my car was rear ended, Cape Auto was extremely helpful and professional while I dealt with a very difficult insurance claim. The employees were very professional with the tow, storage, and working with the insurance adjusters. Jen, Heather, Cassandra and Matt were always pleasant and provided me with important guidance on how to respond to the insurance company. Although my car was eventually totaled and they did not repair my car, I would not hesitate to use them for future service.

Had some work (cracked sunroof trim) done the VW dealer wasn t capable or didn t want to do. Cape Auto took the work on and returned the car in two weeks. Very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone needing the services they offer

I had front end of my truck fixed after hitting a deer and had a great experience working with the nicest folks at the collision center. Cape Auto has provided body work for me on three different occasions since 2019 and has always exceeded my expectations. Their body work looks great and has held up very well. The office staff is great at keeping you updated to the status of your vehicle and always seems to ho the extra step. I definitely recommend this autobody shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cape Auto was highly recommended to me by a neighbor when I needed to have repair work done on my car after a hit and run damaged the area around my front right headlight. Cape Auto was able to get my car in and out in a timely manner and their work was perfect! I highly recommend them for their excellent work and persistence in working with my hard to work with insurance company.

Had body work performed. The quality of work and the people of Cape Cod Auto, from the receptionist to advisers, was outstanding. When I picked up my vehicle I was so impressed with the conditions of both the outside and inside of my vehicle. It really looked like the car was detailed inside and out. Brought my car in with some significant damage from an accident. Kevin, Dan, Heather and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with and never lost their patience with me asking a million questions. They had my car looking better than if did before and in much shorter time than my previous experiences with other body shops. I cannot speak highly enough of their work and courtesy. I went to the Collision Center, located at 116 Sandwich St. in Plymouth Ma 02360. There service was excellent! I was rear ended the end of July. They made dealing with a difficult situation bearable. They handled a difficult insurance company, and although my car wound up being totaled over something not related to the accident , they hung in there with me to make sure that I received everything I needed to out of the situation. It was dragged out until the end of September. I can not say enough about them. Jenn and Cassidy were awesome amid my nightmare! I would go there again if need be.

Cape Auto Body Collision Center was a pleasure to work with! Everyone there is so kind & could not have made my experience easier! Had a great experience with Cape Auto Body!! They repaired my Subaru after a bad scrape, looks just like new! They also took the time to show me another issue they had encountered with my car's heat shield, which they were under no obligation to do (unrelated to the scrape). I had a major accident, $25k major, while a snow bird in Palm Desert CA this past winter. The car was somewhat drive-able (ok for getting around town but not driving back across country) so I was able to limp through the last 3 1/2 months of our winter stay. At the time I reached out to Cape Auto, Kevin Gallerani, and he agreed to order parts based off the insurance company estimate before he got the car to help speed up the repair process (I'm guessing you've heard about supply chain issues?). The entire Team Cape Auto did a great job: from working with the insurance company to not total the car (my car is a Highlander hybrid and buying a hybrid these days isn't so easy!!), helping me with the car rental company and their technicians made a mess of a car look and drive like new!!!! Everyone at Cape Auto I dealt with, from admin staff to repair folks and management types, were extremely helpful, courteous, empathetic and professional. From my experience, I don't see how one can find a better place to get your car fixed. Thanks everyone at Cape Auto....

Great staff and they made my car like new. They were responsive and in touch with me the same day I filed my insurance claim.They had me come in before my appointment to make sure they could get the parts ordered and ready.Once the work started they had it completed when they said it would be done. I highly recommend!

The Galleranis and their staff provide excellent service. I was extremely disappointed in the experience that I had. I dropped off my car for a scrape in the bumper, the job took 3 weeks where I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. I called the shop every week & Felt that I was being brushed off. I finally called GEICO myself & had a very hard time getting the shop to coordinate with GEICO. I didn t feel that this should have been put on me to coordinate in the first place as it was very difficult to do while also being at work where I have my own job to do. The shop seemed annoyed that I wanted my car back & were not helpful at assisting with this. They would just say, I ll send an email. When all the repairs were finally done I was told that the shop didn t get approval from GEICO for certain repairs they had already done. I believe they were trying to SCAM ME. I was then told that they were keeping my car hostage until an additional $500 was paid (in addition to my deductible) & I could do the work to go after GEICO for reimbursement. This was a Friday afternoon when my car had been there for THREE WEEKS. Ultimately they released my car with 25 minutes notice prior to them closing on that Friday. When I picked up my car there was an alert stating low tire pressure. They left me with a PSI of 16 on my tire. I had asked multiple times including when I dropped it off & then on the phone earlier that day if they could put air in that tire as I knew it was low. They said they absolutely would. It felt intentional that my tire was left almost flat. It was unfortunate that I then had to drive around to find a place to fill it in the cold and I was late picking up my baby from the sitter. This was the worst experience I have ever had & I was left with a very sour taste for how cape auto treats their clients at the collision center. I have had good experiences with the service center, but I will never use the collision center again & do my best to make sure that no one I know has to go through this. I can understand that yes there is time associated with getting insurance to sign off, but it seems like such little effort was made on the part of cape auto to make that happen then the flat tire solidified that cape auto does not care.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Welding, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change
