Stopped by here on a Sunday at 12:50 pm to get flat tire fixed. The man at the counter said he wouldn t fix the tire today or even next week. I had the money to buy 4 new tires and was considering it. I was never offered tires, didn t ask my name, didn t say hello, didn t ask if I was a loyal customer - just basically told me to pound sand. I would never do business with this place, or recommend it to any friends or family.

There's no reason to try to use BJ's Tire Center....you're far better off going to Costco's Tire Center.Costco is completely professional and fully staffed....unlike BJ's.I'm a member of Costco, and I'm a member of BJ'S.The last four (4) times that I've gone to BJ's Tire Center, they couldn't fit me in for one to two weeks or, in one instance, the only person there spoke to me from the bay and said he didn't have time to come over and make an appointment for me. He told me to come back in an hour if I wanted to make an appointment.Staff told me that BJ's refuses to hire more mechanics.Don't waste your time here.

this place is amazing! they changed my tires in 2 hours and had me back on the roads in no time. great customer service too guy deserves props

I called in the morning to get an idea of whether or not the tires I was looking for are in stock. The person I spoke to was not very helpful... in fact pretty rude... He kept directing me to the website.. which is not very intuitive... He was very short in terms of telling me when appointments would be available.... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Gone to this place multiple times in the past 3 years. Never friendly. I am always treated like an inconvenience. Never busy but too busy to fix my flat tire. Each time they tell me it will be a week before they can fix it.Last time I decided to leave it there for a week as I had a separate set of snow tires I was putting on the car.When they they called back, they told me the tire could not be fixed. This being the second time they have told me that, I knew it was just another excuse to be lazy. I took the tire around the corner to a place that charges a bit more and they fixed it with out even commenting regarding any tire problems. I am done with the BJ's membership.

What do you do when you have a flat tire on a Sunday? Head to BJ s who is 1) open 2) have time for you 3) and great service. I read a previous review about getting fixed up on a Sunday and so chose to go here too. Same great experience for me.

Had a flat on rte 3 on Easter Sunday. They took me right away and found the right match and rotated my tires. Very fast, efficient, and professional. Thank you!!

Echoing what other reviews have said, this center treats customers like an inconvenience. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

If you have kids or a big family this is the place you need to go because you can buy in bulk. You can also save money on gas, tires, and appliances now.
