I would like to start by saying thank you to Kevin and his wonderful staff! I was nervous after my initial estimate from my insurance company but once handing it over to B&B, I could not be happier with the result. From the work provided to the customer experience, everything was top tier and you have left me 100% satisfied. So happy I chose B&B!

Very easy crew to work with. Fixed wife's vehicle to like new even with extensive additional work than initially assessed. Worked with insurance adjuster and me in stress-free fashion. Would highly recommend

1st time using them. Had an insurance claim. They are communicative, prompt service and kind! Great customer service and great work. My car was cleaned and looked brand new at pick up. Would 100% recommend!

I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. I have three children who have had way too many accidents. Kevin is amazing at repairs whether we are going through insurance or not. He is fair and reasonable, keeps you informed and works quickly to get you back into your vehicle. His staff is helpful and kind. 100% highly recommended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Body work done here after a fender bender. Excellent work, and the crew was as friendly as you can be. Will definitely come back here again if we need more work done in the future

They did a fantastic job on my car. They gave me great estimate, a fair price in the end. They worked with my insurance company and towed the car to their shop. They had the car done in a week and also did a detail cleaning at no extra charge.I highly recommend this company for all your auto body needs.

When you drop my our car off in the am, get it returned 6 hours later with every issue taken care of and spotless??? Yeah I can give them 5 stars

I could not be happier with my experience at B&B autobody. After an accident the body shop that I had previously used stated they had over a month wait time before repairs could be done, so I asked around for recommendations and everyone I spoke to recommended B&B. They were so responsive, had my car repaired in less than 2 weeks and did a phenomenal job. They even noticed that one of the door handles was not working (not part of the original repair issue) and they fixed it for no additional cost. I hope never to need them again, but will recommend them to everyone in needs of repairs!

It is downright inspiring, what an excellent business B & B Auto Body do. Ive been singing their praises for almost 20 years, when I first dealt with them because I picked up many customers working for Enterprise Rent A Car. Literally ALL of B&B's customers were ALWAYS satisfied and it was the only shop (or dealership) that had that reputation. B&B work hard and help their customers with whatever they can whenever they can. (Today they helped me with a dent for a non insurance deal and I am feeling extra grateful to them.) B&B Auto has earned a loyal customer. We brought our car to 5 local shops to see what the body work would cost and not only did B&B come in $1000 lower from any of the other places but they detailed the car as well. We've used another shop in Plymouth for years for all of our car work including body work but from now on B&B has our business!Service: Body & Trim

A friend of mine referred me to them to get my Caravan back bumper fixed. My bumper was smashed in and some damage to my lift gate by a hit and run. My lift gate had some prior damage that never got fixed. The insurance said it was only $700 of damage. I took it to them and they worked with the insurance company and found $1600.00 worth of damage. I have a $500 deductible and the insurance gave me a check for $225 to have it fixed. B and B fixed the bumper and all the damage to the lift gate and it came out beautiful! When setting up an appointment to get it fixed; the wait was almost 6 weeks, I told them I needed to get it done sooner because I planned on selling the car; they called me back later that day and said that they can do in the next two weeks! So, when they fixed my car they had it for about 5 days and I felt this was a timely manner. One of the best reasons I liked doing business with them is that they worked with me on my $500 deductible and I only paid $250.!!!! Saving me money and wait time. Then I went back with my other car because the hood was not closing right it was crooked (I bought it this way a used car) and they not only fixed it while I waited they didn't even charge me!!! It took them about 1 1/2 hours to do the work it came out beautiful!!! This auto body business ROCKS!!!! I will recommend them every chance I get.

Sue, Gene, and everyone else at B & B Auto Body did an absolutely amazing job repairing my vehicle after getting rear-ended last month causing $6,000 worth of damage. My car literally looks as good as new and they went well above & beyond what was expected of them in the name of amazing customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone on the South Shore looking to get work done to their car.

I was in a pretty bad accident t just a month after buying my new car. I wasnt really near home and chose b and b on recommendation. I will drive from yarmouthport to Plymouth over again! The impact bar in my car was dented into the radiator condenser. Sue in the office was amazing walking me through everything and it was fixed in a timely manner. From the office staff up was nothing but an amazing experience. True to their craft, compassion for their customers. I hope I dont have to go back.. but if I ever need body work again, it was way worth the 45 minute drive, I highly reccomend!

I just got my car back from B and B Auto and all I can say is wow ! It actually looks better than it did before the accident that landed it there. The front is more even than it was after some work I had done at Cape Auto (to whom I will not be returning). B and B even wiped the dust off my dashboard and vacuumed the rugs. I can t say enough good things about this company. They were professional, friendly and got the job done right. They have a couple week turnaround, which was clearly explained at the beginning, and the work was done within the time frame provided. I would highly recommend B and B to anyone in need of auto body repair!

No one likes to deal with this type of issue but B&B made it easy. From the time I dropped off my car to the time it was returned B&B dealt with everything. The car looked as good as new and was completed below the estimated time.

Honestly the body shop returns the vehicle in better than new condition. Thank you to the entire group especially Susan and the proprietor Kevin the car looks tight and right.

Kevin sue Gene are amazing over at this body shop I would recommend you stop in they did a fantastic job on my 2013 Kia Optima if you want a professional job done to you car go to this shop you will not be disappointed thanks again you guys do amazing work

Refuses to give my father corvette has had it for 2 years and continues to claim its safe condition but never returns calls or give proper information. Bottom line i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
