My third time at this Town Fair Tire location, always spectacular service. Jeff was enormously helpful, and while their prices are extremely reasonable, the honesty is what you really value. Never an up-sell, favors when possible, and very prompt. They do brakes now as well, and I m planning on bringing my wife s car in for just that. Excellent work!

Excellent job guys. Needed brakes for my F150, they beat a previous quote from a competitor and we set up an appointment for that week. Everything went smooth. I dropped the vehicle off and was notified that it was done within 2 hours. Demetrius explained everything that was done and it s driving great.

Amazing amazing! The break tech Demetrius was fabulous and a complete Godsend! I walked in for my breaks (don t recommend, make an appointment), but the timing I came worked out perfect and he was able to take my car in right away and replaced my breaks and rotors. I drove in and drove out in almost exactly an hour!! Amazing quick service, so personable and kind and the price I was a little shocked! I expected it to be much more and was grateful for the price point that is better than anywhere else!! If you need breaks I HIGHLY recommend and going here! Only place I ve ever got my tires all my life and only place I ll now get my breaks!

Mike and his team were great! They were the only ones who were able to get the steering wheel straight on my BMW after some front end work. I will definitely be going back to this location again.

Made an appointment to have a slow leak on my right passenger tire checked out. My car is a Tesla 3, so it was constantly alarming that i should get the tire looked at. When I arrived, the gents took my car and Justin diagnosed and fixed my leak issue while i went grocery shopping. The car's sensors seem happy now with no leaks. Good as new! Thanks for making it an easy and carefree experience!

I needed my tire repaired within minutes of them closing. I called an spoke with Mike, he was extremely polite and understanding. He had me bring my car in right away. His team quickly fixed the tire. Set up a town fair tire account for me. It was the most quickest, pleasant service I have ever had. Even to watch Mike attend to other customs so fast, respectfully. Knowing what car the customer was coming to pick up & drop- off before they even reached the serviced desk. I am not even from this area and I would HIGHLY recommend no doubt.

Came in yesterday at 5:30pm with an unidentified item in my tire store closes at 6pm. Mike was amazing and said it could be patched. Store was closing at 6pm. Easily could have told me to come back on Tuesday or not enough time. Thank you Mike & Derek for awesome service and for getting me back on the road.

I just bought four new Falken Tires from Town Fair Tire in Plainville Mass and the manager Mike and sales representative Justin could not have been more helpful. Great customer service my truck was ready before they promised it

My dad went Town Fair Tire in Plainville for his winter tire change over and a front wheel alignment.He had a 1:00 PM appointment for these services. Took 4 hours and 15 minutes to get his car back. When they were giving him the paperwork and keys back, he noticed there was no alignment print off. After he had already paid for the services and told it was all set, apparently it was forgotten! 30 minutes more to wait for the front end alignment to be done and leave.4 hours and 40 minutes to wait for these simple services is unacceptable. I know they have the best prices, but to frank will not be going back to this location or possibly any other Town Fair Tire again. He d rather pay more and be sure I m getting the quality work done in a timely manor. Saying good bye to a 30 year loyal customer.

Walked in and they had an available appointment. Justin was very helpful! He gave me a price for a tire and I did a quick google search and he price matched. I recommend coming here and seeing my guy Justin! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service!

Dimetrious is my go to guy at townfair! I had 4 new tires done, oil changes, and just the other day my front breaks done. I am in and out of there and happy with the work they do. Always leaving with great satisfaction.

I ordered four tires online for installation on my SUV. The installation and alignment took about ninety minutes. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I have no reason not to return in the future. Thank you

I had new nitro tires installed on my Dodge ram yesterday. Mike and the rest of the staff were great. They explained everything perfectly and got the job done quickly. Thank you for everyone s hard work. I really appreciate it.

Mike was great I showed up on the wrong date for my appointment and though they couldn t take me then they offered for me to return later in the day (when my tire would be delivered). My error but he was very accommodating. I ll be back for future service for sure.

I bought 4 tires and alignment, they put wrong tires on and mixed up wheels, got grease all over the wheels and lied about not being able to adjust my alignment.They did replace tires and put wheels where they go and credited me for the alignment however when I got home some jackass smeared grease all over the rear deck lid .The manager seems nice but the people working on cars are not professional, just children.Never ever go to this location

Went in as a drop in appointment for flat tire repair at Town Fair Tire in Plainville, MA. It was an easy process. I left my car there and in just a few hours, my car was ready and good to go. Workers were kind and professional! I would definitely go back here if I ever have tire trouble again!

Tire was flat so had it towed to the plainville location. Got a call that my car was ready and had the pleasure of being helped by Mike. He was fantastic. Super friendly but professional and incredibly helpful.You have a good one, Town Fair Tire!

I would like thank Jeff and the team for the excellent work. They are awesome.I took my new car to their store for tire patching. They asked me to drop the car for a few hours and they gave the expected bill amount. After a few hours I went to pick up my car. It was ready for pickup. I went inside the store and met Jeff to make the payment.He said, "Sir, don't worry about the payment and you are all set."It was unbelievable, because I know it took huge effort for them to patch the tire as it was done from inside.I was extremely happy with the generous service and very thankful for the team.Please keep up the same splendid work team.

Justin at Town Fair Tire in Plainville, Mass was absolutely amazing on helping me get my new tires. He was very informative and was very knowledgeable. Got my car in and out within the time I was told and explained everything to me in detail. I would go back to this Town Fair Tire before going to any others. I normally go to the one in Attleboro but the service at Plainville was unbelievable better. Thank you Justin

Id like to thank Mike and Jeff for getting my brake job done quick and efficiently. I had my 4 year old daughter with me. It was raining so much and we were going to have to wait until it slowed down. Mike offered to pick us up and bring us back to the store to pick up our vehicle. Thank you Guys for being so kind and providing excellent customer service

Mike and his team at Town Fair Tire in Plainville not only provided exceptional service to our vehicle, but also didn t over charge us whatsoever for our tires and brake work (yes this location handles brakes). They were knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt with their work. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Mike and his team.

Came in for a leaky tire and Mike took care of it right away. Prompt professional service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here to have any tire repair, and or replacement done. Courteous and professional as can be

Was in last week for new tires. Mike and Demetrius were extremely helpful and provided great service. They informed me I was in need of new front brakes as well and were able to get everything done at once and quickly at that. I will absolutely be returning here for all of my future tire needs due to their awesome customer service.

Dropped off my car for tires and an alignment at 12:30pm (on a weekday). Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours so I returned at 2:00 to see my car was still in the same spot I parked it. When I went in to ask how long it would be, they told me another 2 hours without any explanation (there were 2 empty bays and a couple of staff in the garage so I'm assuming they just forgot about me). I called at 4:00 to ask for a status update instead of just dropping by again and was told it would be another 30 mins. I explained to the staff that I had to pick up my son at 5:00 and asked if it would be ready and they said yes. Needless to say, i had to get someone else to pick up my child and 4 1/2 - 5 hours later, i got new tires. Would NOT recommend.

Jeff and Justin in the plainville store did an outstanding job! I came in an hour before close quite obviously very flustered and anxious. They calmly helped me with my car. Took it right back and got the job done. They were calm , cool, collected & knowledgeable. They understood how important it was for my mini van to be driving safely for my children!
