These guys are the best! Great customer service and always a pleasure to work with. They're really helped me out with my car problems and were always so kind. I can't stop saying enough good things about them! They go above and beyond.

A negative star wasn't an option, so I went with one, which is absolutely way more than what is deserved.My daughter paid $150 for an oil change and tire rotation through a silent auction at a church and when she went to cash in the coupons in at T&D Auto the owners wife said the coupons had already been used, not true.... Then she called her husband from the back room who agreed to take $50 off the total bill... What? The coupons were for $139 and the total bill for today's service was for $157. I went into the establishment because I could see through the window my daughter was flustered. The husband (business owner) was yelling and swearing in front of his school age children. I'm embarrassed for him and what kind of father exposes his children to that???? I'll admit, I got angry and used a few choice words. After my daughter paid what they DEMAMDED, because the wife wouldn't return the keys to us, the business owner wished DEATH upon us. How's that for customer service?The BBB is also being notified as well as a Yelp review and the church she purchased the coupons from. We will never ever use this business again! Stay away, far away.Oh yes, the arrogant business owner also said he didn't care about Google reviews.... Let's see what he thinks about the truth being told about the way he does business.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident after which local PD notified a tow service to hook my wreck. The driver (company unknown) was polite and took care with my vehicle. The police report and tow driver stated my vehicle would be towed to T&D, this would not have been my desired location, however the scene needed to be cleared.Upon contacting T&D, inquiring about the vehicle location and any subsequent charges, I was abruptly disregarded, told they do not tow and they do not have my vehicle. This was spoken in the least professional way. To which I stated the driver and PD report stated it was heading there. (In a now moderately elevated tone) The individual then hung up, and would not answer following calls, nor did they return a message.The vehicles location is unknown to me.As for this shops automotive service I cannot comment.I will amend this review, pending adequate resolution.9/29/2022 - Their are conflicting names for two separate TD/T&D auto businesses. This is known to both businesses and PD. Took 5 days to find the vehicle in lockup. Charged for each day.

I've been using T & D for my auto service for quite awhile now, and they do a superior job. They've made repairs for me and inspected my vehicle, and are not only professional, but extremely kind. I have never had a problem with their service on the car, but they have given me transportation home when the car has to stay at the garage for awhile, but picked me up to retrieve it as well. Their work is immaculate, the car is always clean when they work on it, and they've been proven to fix something permanently once it has broken. Scheduling is never a problem - I call, we set a day and time, and we're a go. I highly recommend T & D Auto!

Called to have my car towed and looked at. The guy was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked if they serviced vehicles too. Well the name of the place shows up on Google as an "Auto & Truck SERVICE Center" so excuse me for thinking that you SERVICE vehicles. This dope needs to manage his Google business listing and stop falsely advertising.

Derek helped me out when my car broke down at night an hour from home. He came right away and towed it to a local repair shop that he knew was open late. And didn't charge an arm and a leg. Seems helping someone out is just an average day for this guy.

I had a car emergency. T & D had my car in to check it out immediately, got the parts the next morning, and had my car ready to go that day. They were great, the price was less than I expected, and I can drive my car safely again. I have been taking our cars to T&D for 30+ years. There is no one better!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. My car really enjoyed going to the T & D auto SPA. Feels young again. I have gone to other places and I never left feeling completely satisfied. The people were friendly and understanding. I appreciated the printed and emailed document of my car s diagnostics. The only drawbacks is that when I needed work on my car I got rates from here and Route One Auto in Plainville. I m not sure what warranted T&D s price to be approximately $800 more, but I just couldn t pay that. I ve also heard from a friend that one of the workers here backed her car into another vehicle while moving it into the garage. Obviously this is just one employee and he paid for the fixes to the paint, but it is just a reason I couldn t put 5 stars.

Couldn't ask for a better service experience. They repaired my vehicle in less time than indicated by the service manual and adjusted the price of the repair based on actual time required. Honesty and integrity at the highest level. I wouldn't hesitate to have T&D do future repairs.

T&D took care of a service on my 31 ft RV Motorhome, and are one of th few places I found in the area to do it. Lisa was great ! Quick and efficient appointment setup. Clean and easily accessible. The whole team, including Alex who did my oil and lube, were hardworking and efficient. Thanks guys and gal. Easy experience, good prices and I even got to hang at the "Unlikely Story" book shop down the street while the work was being done. All in all it turned into a lovely morning. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to get an inspection sticker. They were able to take my car in right away. They offered to let me sit in the office, however, the smell of cigarette smoke was so bad I opted to stand outside in the rain. An hour later I was still waiting, I went inside to find out what was going on and apparently there was a problem with the computer and the rigistry. Ok, not their fault and I didn't fault them for it but say something to me. They ended up bringing my car out of the bay and I left without a sticker. I get into my car and it is filled with cigarette smoke and smell. I now have to go have the inside detailed to get the smell out of my car. Not only did it cost an hour of my time but it's going to cost me $$$ to get the cigarette smell out of my car. Terrible practice to be smoking in or around a customers vehicle. Entirely unprofessional.

First and only mechanic I've found that genuinely isn't trying to charge me for more than I need. Plus they do great work on whatever vehicle I've brought them. They do resale as well, although I don't know much about that aspect of what they do - but, judging by the other work they do I'd consider them an option should they put something out that I wanted or needed. Think they repair RV's as well.

Traveling in a motor home and needed regular maintenance work done. Called several places..no one could help. Called T&D and they said to come in and they would work us in. Got there and the office staff was great! They were able to get us in and out in a much shorter time than we expected. Mechanics were knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent service and great ideas for things to do in the area....thank you so much.

I have used T&D Auto for the past 15 years for any work I cannot do in my own driveway. They have always provided me with Great service. Nice family owned and run business. They stand behind their work!

Had made inquiry phone calls on Tuesday regarding issues with company dump truck. Called on Thursday morning looking for diagnosis and brought to them Thursday at 11am. Truck sat from then til close of business Friday without being looked at. Called and got bunch of excuses about being busy. You'd have thought we forced potential business on them. Will pick truck up on Tuesday and start over. Hopefully this time with professionals.

I ve taken 2 motor homes there for many years. Always very compete and competent traits or preventative work. They have also fabricated repairs to fix motorhome design problems. Excellent work.

I used to get good service here last time not so much, I asked if they did stick us for Rhode Island the gentleman said yes and when I got my car back I got a mass inspection and when I questioned about it he insisted it was a Rhode Island inspection I don't know what's going on there but it's not the same service that I used to getting

Rude miserable man...after being instructed by my Insurance. Co. to go clean out vehicle and front desk ladies sent me to where my vehicle was located, I was greeted by a disgruntled, angry, yelling obnoxious man. Telling me I had no business being there. Uh okay...tell your front desk that who sent me here & the ins. Co. Needless to say a wasted trip. As grumpy wouldn't let me get my plates until ins. Cut his check. Thanks for wasting my time.

Front desk ladies Rude and unprofessional and will rob u for your money instead of refunding my money they continued being argumentative, how professional very professional sent my vehicle yesterday n dropped it off in the morning picked up to to the same issue , mechanics there does not know what they re doing and tried to overcharge instead of fixing what I already paid for... never again will I let these jokes waste my time again

Unfortunately my experience followed the other negative rating here. Attitude shown was such that I wouldn't trust them on my vehicle. Hope this is not all that they are about.
