I typically feel uncomfortable at auto shops, but the staff Cross Street Automotive made me feel at ease, answered my (many) questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. The prices are also reasonable. Definitely recommend!

These guys are truly the best. Very professional, timely, never give you the runaround or try to rip you off. Have been a customer for 5+ years and would not take my car anywhere else. They are a father/son team with loads of experience and you can really just tell that they are good honest folks from the first time you meet them. They do amazing work and are very honest!A family member had a case where it initially looked like one thing but turned out to be another, and instead of replacing something that didn't need to be replaced they sent the part back.I had bought a used car and brought it to their shop to have it checked and they put it on the lift and let me walk around under it and take photos of everything, explaining things to me in the process.I really appreciated this because the car was a rebuilt and they were able to explain what parts had been replaced after the accident and point out signs of other things affected. It also gave me photo evidence for insurance claims if that ever becomes necessary.I'll keep going back to them whenever my car is having issues!

UPDATE: I posted the review below 2 years ago. I feel the need to provide a more recent update. Cross Street Automotive continues to be a place that I can always count on. Bob and Jay are two of the most honest and hard-working people I know. I continue to utilize this garage for newer and older vehicles for my immediate and extended family. We are lucky to have them so close! I still highly recommend Cross Street Auto.I am very grateful to have found such a reliable and trustworthy mechanic to repair/maintain my personal and business vehicles. The owners are fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend them!

I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years, the one the I am unable to do is mount and balance new tires.I was shopping for new tires on line and stumbled across a company called "tirescanner" they had the tires I was looking for and had them at a very good price.they had install places listed on there site in my area where the tires would be shipped to.I chose cross street because they seemed to be a small privately owned repair shop and there install cost was very reasonable.I support smaller family owned business because its much more of a personal experience with their customers.I had an appointment with them in as little as 2 days. I failed to confirm my appointment with them. and they had booked other work for that Saturday.when I arrived to have the tires installed they were very busy and surprised to see me since I never confirmed my appointment.they were closing in 1 hour .well I apologized for not confirming and asked if they could still install the tires and they easily agreed . wow ! right away I knew they were very nice people .Jason and his dad were friendly,kind and polite. the shop was clean and organized with the latest tools and equipment.I got along great with them.they are very knowledgeable in auto repair and very thorough. they instantly won me over.I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. 5 STARS.

Cross Street auto had my vehicle done the same day that I towed it to their shop and I was astonished. I thought it would take at least two days, they finished it a couple hours before they even closed. I recommend Cross Street auto to everyone and anyone for any car or truck repair!! I was recommended Cross Street Automotive by a colleague of mine at work. I brought my wife's car there for a loss of power issue. It is clear that the team down here take's pride in their work. They were upfront and honest regarding repairs and undertook a process of elimination strategy instead of skipping to the "easy" answer which could've resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs. They have definitely made me a customer from hereon out for all of my automotive repair needs. Highly recommend!

Always polite and professional. No hidden fees or unexpected work. They will call before doing any work and only what has been approved. Prices are competitive and repairs are quality! Wonderful local Father-Son business.
