Al owner Outstanding great personality easy going one of the Best people I've ever seen in servicing your car. I wish their were more people like his fantastic co. He does quality work and really makes a great effort helping you with your service for your vehicle. Tires or oilchange or alignment keep up the great work. Highly recommend

Beyond excellent customer service! Al is the best! Fair and honest! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars (just want them to go from place A to place B), I always am confident they are taking care of me and my car and I never feel taken advantage of as I have at other car dealerships and service locations. I'll never go anywhere else!

Always terrific! Professional, knowledgeable and will never steer you wrong! My dealer misdiagnosed a problem and Al was able to diagnose and fix it for a lot less than dealer quoted! 2010 Camry is now like new again!

I needed new tires for my truck, the other local place was too busy to be bothered. I took a shot at colonial with a recommendation from my neighbor. They were busy,but found time to get me in! They did just what they said and didn t try to up-sell me on any unnecessaries. They were very fair and had a great selection.

Best automotive service on the planet! These guys are friendly and have helped our family and our in-laws for over 20 years. Dependable and they will save you money but will not give you second rate service. Not many repair places like this one

This is a great garage. The work is great and the price is fair. The only problem is trying to get hold of someone on the phone. Usually have to call multiple times to try and get someone to answer.

We were on a trip and had a tire damaged by road debris on our way to Massachusetts. This necessitated using the spare tire to get to our destination. As we had about 1K miles left to go and I did not want to drive without a spare tire I stopped by Colonial Tire first thing on Monday morning to see if they could work me in. They were able to swap the spare tire to the regular rim while I waited so we could do some tourist type stuff. About two hours later we received a call that the new spare tire was mounted on the spare rim and to come in when we were ready to pick it up. When we arrived they even put the spare back into the vehicle spare tire carrier.To sum it up this is the type of business I would frequent if it were local to me. They handled my emergency although not theirs in a timely, professional manner but they were friendly as well.

I had a slow leak in one of the tires. I was looking all over for a place to bring my car. I know there are a million tires stores. After going past one tire place in Mansfield, I got lucky and drove to Plainville to Colonial Tires. Al tried to get my tire fixed immediately but I opted to have all 4 tires changed, as they were all in need of being swapped. I received a phone call within 2 hrs and was back at the shop. Within 30 minutes I had all 4 tires replaced and I was on my way. The prices are beyond reasonable and I saved a bunch of money going here. I will be using them for more than just tired in the future.

Dropped my truck off, they had the 35s on it a couple hrs later. Balanced perfectly and at a good price. Would definitely recommend.
