Had my vehicle sound system overhauled including all 4 doors and an amp install. The systems sounds amazing and the customer service was great. No pressure in trying to upsell you and they really try to form your system around the sound you are looking for. I would recommend them to anyone!

Customer service. WOW.Vehicle work. WOW.Product quality and expectations. WOW.I had a hard time finding the right person to do a speaker system install. Others don t want to answer your questions and help you understand exactly what you re putting in your vehicle and why. From the minute I arrived until the minute I left every single question was answered in detail and politely.After the install we ran into some component problems. When I called back I was seen within an expedited manner at no cost and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Why? Because they took accountability for their work (regardless of what happened) and prioritized their customer being seen and taken care of.I have an extremely picky ear, and I can CONFIDENTLY sayMy speaker system sounds absolutely incredible, crisp, clean and certainly loud.Auto Sound is the only place I would EVER go for this type of work.

Picked up my truck yesterday for a complete speaker overhaul and new sub. I followed their recommendation on what to get and I could not be happier. The sound clarity and over all feeling of the music is incredible. The price was fair, installation was beautiful ( can t even tell they did anything) and great communication from them on the process. So happy I chose to go with them. There is a reason they have been around for 50+ years.

I called a few places for quotes on having an auto start installed in my vehicle. I explained that there was already one installed that needed to be removed as it wasn't working anymore and a new one installed. Ron from Auto Sound was the only one that actually quoted me a price for removing the old one and installing a new one. I decided to give them a shot. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00; however, I showed up about a half hour early. Paul (working the front counter) had my car taken right in. The waiting area was comfortable; complete with a TV and vending machines. There was a nice soundtrack that Paul had playing in the background, so I decided to listen to that while I was reading a book. I asked how long it would be and Paul said about an hour. Within an hour I paid for the auto start, Paul took me out to the vehicle to show me how it worked and I was on my way. So far so good. Autosound is amazing! I came in to buy my daughter an automatic car starter before Christmas, and they were friendly and accommodating from the moment I stepped in! They are very knowledgeable about their products and deliver service with a smile! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Shout out to Paul for taking such good care of me!

Had the best experience getting a subwoofer installed in my 2017 Jeep Sahara. Stopped by trying to find the right sub for my Jeep, was shown multiple options, and given a demo of each. What impressed me most was the fact that they did not try to just sell me the most expensive option they could, but the right one based on the sound I was looking for. The install was clean and exactly how described. Stock speakers and new head unit replaced next, definitely going back to Auto Sound to get it done.

There are honest people around! I went to Auto sound to get a remote car starter. I debated because my car was old, was it worth $374? While there for installation I was told there was already a remote starter in the car! I bought my car used and I had no idea!!! They could have easily installed a new starter and charged me but they were honest. Auto sound has certainly gained my trust and my business

Did a fine job on my girlfriends remote start and wasn t disgustingly overpriced like some other places, but when scheduling that I asked for an open book quote for some sound upgrades on my vehicle. A month and a half after when we picked her car up I asked for it again. It s now been a month since we picked it up and I still haven t received a quote. I m going somewhere else at this point, just disappointed as I gave them an open book up to 2.5K for some subs and door speakers and I never received a call

Great service every time. That why I keep going back for a new sound system, alarm, and Cruise Control. After my son put all LED lights into his jeep, the cruise control stopped working. Kudos to Autosound for figuring it out and fixing it while I waited.

Very nice, honest people! They saved our vacation! Our sunroof broke out of nowhere while we are on vacation from Texas, and we could not get it to close. They got it to close in under 10 minutes! So glad we found them!

Thank you John & Team! The factory head unit in my 2013 Challenger w/ Harmon Kardon audio was end of life, audio stopping randomly, sound distorted (known issue w /Chrysler UConnect 730N unit). You set me up with a new Alpine head unit that works flawlessly & I don't need new speakers after all! Not to mention, you were able to install at time of purchase (thanks to a cancellation). I'm most grateful & will be back!!!

I recently had them install a sub-woofer and amplifier in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and they did an excellent job. The installation was clean and professional and it all looks and sounds great! John gave me a competitive price and the installation was scheduled quickly and done right on time. Highly recommended!

Had a really good experience with them .Joe took care of my issue that was caused by a windshield place when I had it installed. Joe took care of the matter in about 15 minutes. Great job and I would highly recommend them. The work was done on my 2005 Colorado. .

I decided to have a backup camera and an auto start installed. I went with Auto Sound because of their reputation in the industry. They did a fabulous job on both. The in dash backup camera is so easy to see. Just the right size!!!! They had different options for pricing and selection and all within range of what I planned on spending. I am so happy I decided to have my work done at Auto Sound.

They put a new remote control cop. On my brand new car and the loss of June 10th this coming Wednesday amazing job with these guys do so really really good place and bow they did my window tint couldnt be happier with the results came out great

Very happy customer. John went above and beyond to upgrade my jeep gladiator audio by putting in an amplifier. His expertise and knowledge was on parallel to other places I tried talking to. I will be back in a couple of weeks to upgrade some of the other speakers. Make sure you choose this place over anywhere else.

Hellohighly recommend if you need any auto or remote startersI bought a Remote starter/alarm from Auto sound in planville ma for my truck back in 2011.was a great priceservice is excellentlast week i had a problem with my remote for the remote starter/alarmand John took a look at it and replaced it.with no charge.I will be a customer for lifethanks again !

Great customer service, friendly staff. They are knowledgeable. The wait time is not long at all. They were able to get me in last minute without problem and finished same day! I highly recommend them over Sound FX any day! They also offer lifetime warranty on installations as well.
