We have been taking our cars to Hilltown Hybrids for about 15 years. They have helped us greatly. They are reliable, honest, excellent mechanics. We have purchased a car from them , which we are still driving at 212,000 miles. They provided us advice when needed about other car purchases. AWESOME!!!! I was referred to these folks by my mechanic of 20 years, ESP auto in Easthampton. They said these guys have a great reputation and do great work. I've never been steered wrong by ESP, so I decided to give it a shot. I needed new hybrid batteries among other things, for my 2005 Prius. The team at Hilltown was truly amazing, doing everything possible to get my repair done within my needed time frame. I also ended up buying a used 2015 Prius form them. When everything was said and done, I was left with two reliable cars at fraction of what it would have cost to get one new car at the dealership, never mind the repairs! Very happy with the customer service, the repair and the purchase! A well deserved great reputation!

I was driving back from VT to NYC and knew my Prius II needed some attention on the wheel bearings. I was able to get a same day appointment. The drive out to the shop is nice, it's in the middle of beautiful country.Jamie took the car for a minute spin and then pulled out his stethoscope and quickly identified the bad wheel bearing. It's difficult to determine which bearing is shot and many shops insist on doing them in pairs. But we were lucky and a couple hours later, I was on my way to NYC.He fixed an issue that dealers and independents shrugged off as "your car's getting old. "

Jaime & Roberta run an excellent little garage! Friendly, efficient, and most importantly very professional, Hilltown Hybrids will have my business for as long as I own a Prius!

The shop owners really know all the tech on the Prius and we're not out to fabricate a big shop job without diagnosing what the actual problem is
