You can't not go wrong shopping at the Pittsfield store. Friendly sales and finance staff! I found a price on an ATV I could not refuse online and drove 2 hours to seal the deal. Easiest transaction I have ever had.

Great place to buy a bike!!! Also go to their Bennington VT location. Ask for Jimmy and he will take care of your motorcycle needs.. great guy who knows his stuff...

Don't buy from them if expect service on your motorcycle in the years to come! Once it has become " out dated " they will refuse to service it saying to take it to an authorized Kawasaki dealer because if we were to break something we might not be able to get the part! They will advertise them for sale, take your money and brag about their technicians - who must all be very young. When the going gets tough, they stop going.
