I called this shop back in September to get my car fixed. They gave me a November 13th appointment, which is fine since auto body shops in town are swamped. But when I called early November to confirm ahead of my appointment, they informed me they never entered the appointment and would try to honor it, but call me back to confirm. I waited another week with no call. Called them back myself to be told they could not take my car till next year.They were apologetic, but apologetic does not honor appointments or fix my car that's been sitting with a strapped down trunk for two months already.
