We worked with Percy, who made the buying experience THE easiest process we ve ever had in leasing a car. We are new to the EV world, and he educated us and made sure we had all we needed to make the transition away from gas - from sharing apps to recommending which charger to install at our home. Never once did we feel sold to or that he didn t have our needs and best interest as his motivation. Highly recommend this dealership and Percy, if you re lucky enough to work with him!

Our experience with Richard was very positive, he was pleasant, and friendly. He was informative and didn't pressure us and he made our car buying experience a easy experience. I would definitely look him up when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle

The lack of performing a number of services listed on the bill makes me doubt any of the services that were performed. I will now have to go to a different garage to make sure everything was done correctly, as I've lost trust in the Nissan Service team. In addition, lack of communication throughout the appointment, which was delayed overnight, and problems scheduling were disappointing. I won't be back for service or shopping in the future. There are other more trustworthy dealers and garages available.

The workers are great guys I personally know a few of them. Some of them are my customers at my place of work. Other than that as far as business, I m not that satisfied with how they do business at Nissan in Pittsfield. I bought a car twice from them, and in both my experiences, the way that they sold me a car wasn t proper, and I blame myself as well for going along with it I m the one that comes in to buy a car I m the one that has the money and I m the one that s financing so I should be the one to pick the car that I want in the payment that s comfortable for me another thing when they re selling somebody a car they should sell them a car with no burn holes on the seat. They sold me a car with a burn hole on the driver seat and they never told me about it at all. I ended up signing off on the car without even seeing the burn hole until I already bought the car so again, I blame myself for not fully viewing over the car every detail, but they should ve definitely told me that there was a burn hole on the seat either way . They promised to fix the seat, Roberto is his name I went into his office and he promised that he would fix the seat and have it in writing that they would do so I m definitely not letting it go. I will be staying on top of Roberto and making sure that he fixes the seat that I deserve to have fixed. but other than that the experience was good, that s the only part that I would recommend that they work on , is being more honest with customers because we re coming in there with our hard-working money and buying an automobile from them and it s a big purchase they need to put themselves in the customers shoes and realize if that was them, they would not like it either

I m shouting out to a few of my new friends down at Nissan of Pittsfield. Austin Phillips greeted me as I walked through the door and listened to what I was looking for. Life had handed out a few hard hits and I was without a car and out of sorts to say the least. As I sat there Austin guided me through the process of my situation with much patience and professionalism. Which put me at ease when asked many questions out of pure inexperience. I sincerely needed honest guidance and that s just what he delivered.Other s who I grew to know, Wayel, Richard, Roberto, the other Austin, Rob (and background staff)worked smoothly as a strong team together to get my needs met.I drove out of there feeling tons better than when I first arrived with my (new to me) 2020 Nissan Rogue.Happy customer, Maureen Terry

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. From the salesman, finance manger Roberto and General Manager Wayel. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service.I thought that my credit would be a no go for a vehicle of my choice. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted the deal was done in a matter of hours. I highly recommend anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle to go to this car dealership that closes the deal. They made it happen!

Absolute Amazing experience at Nissan of Pittsfield. I ve been looking for a Nissan Z, for the past 4 months. Calling dealerships across the country and them laughing at me. I finally found one in my area for a reasonable price. And they got me a lower interest rate than my own bank was offering me! The entire staff was so friendly! The service team went over my recommended maintenance schedule with me, with FREE Oil Changes! I d highly recommend anyone in the New York area to take the drive to Nissan of Pittsfield. They took great care of me!

An amazing dealership!! This is my first ever car purchase and it was such an enjoyable experience! A big shoutout to Richie, who helped me during the whole process, made sure everything fit my budget just right and provided all of the intricacies that have to do with buying a car! Also, Wayel (the GM) is super great, kind and you can tell the vibes of the dealership are overall positive and helpful.

Wasn t very happy with service. I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 on a Monday for a new key fob that was ordered and there. I called at 430 asking if my car was done, was told they are still looming at it. Then got a call at 450 before they close at 5 asking where the key was no one knew why the car was there. I was then told the cat couldn t be worked in until Tuesday. Called again at 11 Tuesday morning asking about the car got told the key system was down and wasn t sure when it would be back running. I called again 3 asking if the system was up yet. Got told wasn t sure and he was going to find out. He said it should be up and running and would let me k is when the car was done. Took a ride over to the dealership at 4:50 before they close at 5 asking about the car. Got told yes the car has been done. It just would have been nice if someone kept me informed about my car or that they knew why the cat was there in the first place. I thing that should have only taken an hour which was told took 2 days.

Thank you so much to Jennifer Victor at Nissan of Pittsfield for helping my mother get into a beautiful 2015 Nissan Rogue and working with the finance department to keep her within the payment range she was looking for. We had a great experience and they even stayed to make sure my mom could drive out of the lot in her new car that same day. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for a new or used car.

This was a new experience buying a new car. Actually fun, we got a great price on our trade too. Everyone there was awesome. Especially our sales person Jennifer. It is no longer necessary to go outside the county for a good deal. The dealership is worth 10 stars but I can only give 5. Check it out first. You ll be glad you did.

We were nervous about looking for a car through a dealership due to some past credit issues but we met with Austin Houghtaling and helped us get into a beautiful pre-owned Rouge! The shop was nice, everyone was so helpful and we walked out of the store with not only a new to us vehicle but included with our purchase was regular oil changes and power train. Wow! What a great experience and conveniently located shop!

Can you please put prices on your vehicles in the web portal. I don't have time to email you for a price and give up my privacy to your data mining. Also the web interface is slow and clunky. 3 stars given in fairness. Not that I would visit as i price compare on-line and I'm not driving in to ask for prices or to be pestered by sales persons

Service went smoothly. My only complaint is the phone call I received and the questions I was asked before my appointment. What type of car is it (you sold it to me) and how long have you had it (it s a 2022. Isn t that self explanatory?) and is it still in good shape really? You re trying to feel me out for a potential sale while I get my oil changed? That turned me off. The only business I will be giving the dealership is my scheduled service appoontments.

I'm not too crazy about the way this place operates and I'm not over my experience there taking my old car which I didn't get everything out of; I got lured in by a lottery which won nothing; and since it was my birthday let them sell me a car since my old car was unsafe to drive and it was hard to get a loan not from a bank but some other loan company I never heard of. Now I have car payments hoping I can handle it since I put nothing down. Now I have to pay this down hoping the next time I'm not in this condition. This is really not the way to buy a car. I wanted to pay it off before things start to happen and I want to trade it in.

Fantastic service, great prices, hassle free, quick finalizing, and all around great people to work with. I felt listened to and cared for and not just sold to. I don't feel ripped off like other places have made me feel. I was cared for not just sold a car. Rene Yanke was AMAZING and knowledgeable. Mike was hilariously fun to work with and made sure we got every penny for my trade in with help from Rene making sure she pin pointed everything that was recently replaced. He also made sure he gave us the best price and explained the difference in price between this dealership and the competition dealerships. My husband and I test drove multiple cars and Rene was the best and wanted to make sure we were both happy and just kept bringing them out for us until we found the perfect vehicle for our family.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!Worst dealership ever its under new ownership team Auto. So don't go bye the reviews they are from the last ownership not the new ownership. Absolutely most disgusting experience ever. Sales mangers run my credit score with out verbal or written consent. And even after I told them to stop they ran it through four more financial loan companies. FYI it illegal under the far credit ack . Lawyer are putting together a class action suit. Better business bureau is being contacted. My credit score dropped 75 points and has been a nightmare working with them. I was told I was approved. ( Lie) they care nothing about their customers. This is what your going to get from team Auto the new ownership. Don't go by the reviews that is from the last ownership. If you treat people and customers like this and make it even worse for them to have a good life. After they did this to my credit score. I have no chances to get a loan. My score was 600 when I walked in the door now im at 525 no chance to get a loan a a reputable dealership now STAY AWAY from this place and when ask for the sales managers last names they lied Mr Smith so unprofessional I'm sure I will not be the last one they screw over but we will see just!!!!

Bought a frontier. Jennifer and Roberto were great. Said it was getting detailed inside yet was not. Plastic hanging out of dash and center console. First oil change service they scratched my door. Second visit for window motor and regulator replacement. Never got a call to pick up the truck. The window is already back to slow operation and sometimes not even rolling up. All after 2 weeks. This truck has been a very annoying experience with the dealership not really making me me feel any better.....
