The parts I needed to change my oil were $30 cheaper at napa than anyone else including Walmart or Amazon. Quick friendly service even took some of my waste oil.

Bought a battery in November. In January while 50 miles away my truck instantly died. $600 tow and $1000 repair. Mechanic found that although battery tested good it would intermittently short out and drop to 5 volts for no reason. Battery was replaced and truck has run fine for two months. NAPA would not take battery back and refund or credit. Yes it tests good on the bench but it intermittently shorts out and dies. I ll never buy from Napa again

Associate did not understand part I was looking for (complete strut for 09 Subaru Outback) other employees were not helpful. Instead of helping other employee (store was empty) they sat in chairs and continued their personal conversations. Manager was rude and unfriendly. Adopting a rude and condescending attitude when I showed him a picture of the part I was looking for. Rolling his eyes says we know what it is you don t have to show us - clearly you don t. Manager went and looked up other random parts for people who weren t in store and ignored situation. Only came here because I called ahead and part was in stock. Left after wasting 20 minutes without the part. Poor service all around.

After 30 years being a customer I couldn't believe the way they treated my father. He is a loyal customer. Just because your staff is un you don't take that out on the customer. Then your confronted with a issue and he calls you out your rude? All the staff at once was rude. Shame on you.

Ordered parts online at store website,parts are in stock,drove 20 miles to store to get parts,they don't have them.Informed by parts guy ,the website is never accurate.

Had what I needed and got it for $20 off for internet order. Good thing I got it when I did, bad bulb, got pulled over on the way home. Just got warning because I had the part. Awesome.
