One of the very best auto service experiences I ve had in 50 years of car ownership. John was tremendously kind and accommodating in a difficult situation, honest and forthright about work needed, great communication about options, and the repairs were done promptly and solved the problem. I m very grateful for their wonderful service and would give them 6 stars if I could.

Went with my best friend to get her a vehicle. She left with something different than she had planned on, but loved even more!!! The price was incredible, something she couldn't pass up. The guys at the shop were great. They took their time with her and didn't push her to buy anything. The work they did to make the car run and look as amazing as it did before she left with it, absolutely blew me away. I would highly recommend MARS to anyone and everyone!!!!!

I had such a great experience at Modern Automotive Repair a couple of days ago.I missed my original appointment so I called to reschedule. I was asked if I could be there in about 15 minutes. The appointment was to check my back brakes.Todd checked them out and told me they were in really bad shape and that the car really shouldn't be driven until it was repaired. He took a couple of pictures with his phone to show me the damage. I told him that I had no choice but to drive it that way until it could be repaired. Todd told me if I wanted I could wait and he would have the parts delivered and fix the brakes before I left!!While he was fixing the brakes he showed me the damaged rotor and where there should have been a brake pad, there was none. Just metal on metal.I got to Mars at about 9:00 am, and by 10:30 am my car was finished!!Todd even made sure I was ready for my auto inspection coming up by replacing my blown headlight bulb and my rear light.The crew is friendly, the pricing is fair, and the customer service is excellent. Thank you Mars, for making sure I left in a car that was safe to drive.

Great shop! Very friendly , honest , and informative staff. They went out of their way to fit my repair into their day even though they had many other jobs planned. They did an excellent job and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely bring my vehicles back to them!

Might take some time cause they're usually booked up but it's worth the wait. Honest, trustworthy work at a fair price - hard to find in this day and age. Taken both of our cars there for service over the past year, never any issues. Thanks to the hardworking mechanics at this establishment.

I noticed my car had an oil leak. I hoped it was something small like a bad gasket. I had heard some good things by word of mouth about a service garage called MARS so I took my car there. They had a look and told me it was far worse than I thought. The oil pump had leaked all over the engine. I admit I was a little skeptical at first so I got a second opinion. The second shop confirmed the issue but quoted a price almost double! The leak was quickly getting worse. At that point I had to put another quart of oil in almost every other day. I scheduled an appointment with MARS Auto. I needed to work later that day and told them I would need my car. Tod was the head mechanic I believe, and when I told him my predicament he worked twice as fast on my car. What would have been at least a two day job at the other shop was now finished in five hours at MARS! They had to replace my oil pump and timing belt. Because my car was an older Camry they had to take the whole engine apart in order to fix it. Plus to top it all off the price was far less expensive than what I was quoted at the other shop. That was amazing.Go to MARS and get your car fixed right!

I was looking for a new family car and I went to MARS to discuss what I was looking for. Tod found us a 2016 Toyota Highlander fully loaded. He went over all the features, and went over the history of the vehicle. He explained to us the auto dealership is primarily buying and selling off-lease vehicles which generally have under 30k miles. The Highlander we bought is literally brand new, and came with new brakes, tires, and a warranty. My wife & kids love it! The entire process was simple and smooth. Tod took care of all the registration and even helped us get the vehicle inspected due to our work schedules! Thank you Tod & Mars, we will be sending everyone we know your way!

I just bought a Tacoma from these guys and it was the best dealership experience I ve had or even heard of anyone having to be honest. Never once was pressured into anything, super helpful with any questions, and they went out of their way, above and beyond to help me any way they could. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car or even just have service done

I have used MARS auto for a number of repairs. I find that the service, quality of repair work and Todd's advice to be exceptionally valuable. He also is not afraid to refer specialty work to other highly respected people who will provide quality service when his field of expertise is exceeded. I would never think of going elsewhere.

Our truck broke down on the way from Toronto to Boston for a week-long vacation with our two children. We were devastated and convinced this would completely ruin our plans. Our tow truck driver called up the wonderful mechanics at MARS and they were only too willing to find the part ASAP and stay and work well into the night so we could be on our way again instead of going home to their families. They even picked us up on our walk back to their shop when they noticed it was raining. As a result, our trip was saved and, in fact, only slightly delayed. They were kind, caring and professional, and we cannot thank them enough. We give them our highest recommendation.

First thing back home is rate to this place. This is first time I been there. I drove about thousands miles traveling. They tread me so friendly and willing to help. They get the job done very quick and the most important is they charged very fair price. You can trust them Highly recommend Also they own a lovely dog D

Awesome people, super helpful and friendly.Fair pricing, went above and beyond the minimum requirements even tho we won't be to use them again (Unfortunately) as we live in NY.Also their dog is mad cool!Put these guys at the top of your list when you need a repair or maintenance!

I have heard great things about this shop from word of mouth. I decided to give them a try. I was blown away by the quality and efficiency of their work. The prices were less than what I was quoted by other shops. They are a business for the people. They have great customer service. Next time I need anything at all done to my car I will go to Modern Automotive Repair & Service! You should too!

If there is one thing everyone needs, its a good, honest mechanic. I found mine at MARS. Adam is terrific. He's honest, competent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend MARS to anyone looking for dependable workmanship.

MARS is the best shop I have ever been to. Quality is top notch! They have an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have the best prices around. Great customer service. Would recommend it to anyone. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles to in the future!

Im a mechanic of over 20 years experience recently found myself in need of a clutch' and had no garage to do it myself. They did a thorough job and a very reasonable price.MY car was ready when they said it would be.I highly recommend them.

I'm not one to write reviews but I truly felt I had to because of the amazing service and generosity I was given by Modern Automotive Repair. My car broke down while in the area for a ski trip New Years Eve and no one was open late that evening. I came across their website and called their emergency service and the young man Tod came out to the mountain and helped get my car started. He was honest and told us the problem so we decided to stay the night and have them repair the car. To our amazement he went out of his way New Years day when they were closed repaired our car and brought it to our hotel at 11am! This kind of service blew us all away and I know they will be very successful! Thank you Modern Automotive Repair and Thank you Tod!!

Best prices and service! They really go out of their way to make their customers happy! I'd never go anywhere else! They drove me home after I dropped my car off and told them I was walking home! Perfect, personalized, small town business! I love them!

I don't usually write reviews but I've never had better service. I have no idea about cars and have been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge before. Not once did I feel talked down to. They took the time to explain what needed to be done right away and what could wait. Their prices were the best in town. I will never go anywhere else.

No matter what you drive, these guys have you covered!! Weather its grandpas old cadillac, or my 2000 Toyota Camry that I deliver pizza in, or my cousins new hybrid Prius, or the diesel work truck, theydo it all!! Hands down best diesel mechanics in the area!! Todd and Evan have the knowledge, patience and diligence to do every job right! From oil changes , performance upgrades, to jobs that that overwhelm the dealership service departments, their dedication and integrity cannot be beat!! Many thanks to these guys, saved a friend thousands of dollars just by being honest. Fantastic work , professional, you'll be hard pressed to beat these guys. So Before you do any major repairs to your vehicle, get a second HONEST, opinion, tell em Ted sent you.. I stake my name on these guys!!

I work for a small business where we transport Antiques and modern furniture. I was passing through CT when one on my calipers broke on my work vehicle. They where busy but they got it done quickly, gave me updates, and finished the work early the next morning. If you want good customer service with honest work then this is the place. - P.LaRow
